Negative experience: I will never attend this practice again charged me $350.00 for a scan that at other practices I have had NO out of power expense & to a pensioner that hurts total rip off merchant’s & told me the referring practice will reimburse me they don’t once bitten twice shy be very weary about costs at this practice

Fantastic experience: This is the best imaging place I've been to. The reception staff and super-friendly and efficient and the radiologists and doctors are all nice. Usually not a long wait and X-rays are walk-in, no booking.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing service! I came to this place for xray and ultrasound. I walked in closer to the end of the day, however I felt so welcome and was treated with care. The lady at reception was also extremely helpful and attentive. Even though my ultrasound was supposed to be done the next day, she managed to squeeze it in for just before they closed, so that I didn't need to come back again. Lots of gratitude to all staff!

Fantastic experience: I had an MRI today and Anh took wonderful care of me and was thorough with safety protocols, giving me great confidence and he made me feel safe. He gave me updates in the machine and encouraging words, this is a really great radiology clinic. All the staff are excellent!

Fantastic experience: Scans , Ultrasounds and Imaging with Professional and Caring Services that you cannot compare with other places as they always explain the procedure and ask if your alright. I’ve had other Services done at other places and they just go by the Referral and never ask were the pain is located. Thorough, Clean, Efficient and Quick but don’t tell too many people as it will then be a long waiting time to book into . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: I have been having reoccurring scans the last few weeks and Perry has been absolutely incredible, so friendly, so informative and he has truly made this whole process significantly easier and calming for a first time mum. I 110% recommend seeing Perry for any of your scans and can honestly say he is the best sonographer that I’ve had this entire pregnancy. I will be requesting him for all future scans! Negative experience: I have never been more disgusted in my life. I over heard the asian receptionist fat shaming and discussing other patients body weight in the most disrespectful way possible. I took my grandmother to get a scan and I will never be returning and will pass on this information to other future patients. I hope to see her leave.

Negative experience: Reception lady was very kind and friendly. During the pelvis ultrasound, I had a worth experience. The sonographer who opened room door while I was changing the clothing, even I told her I hadn’t ready yet after she knocked door. End of the transvaginal ultrasound, she didn’t remove the transducer from my vagina when she was holding it and moved to other side. I could feel the plastic cover of transducer was scratched me and was painful. I am dissatisfied with this sonographer.

A significantly more pleasant experience than a recent scan I had at a nearby radiology centre. And on top of the great service, this clinic bulk bills. Negative experience: The senior sonographer was patronising and abrupt despite a difficult ultrasound. Further, patients are not allowed to look at the screen during the scan, so you sit in silence for 10 min until they decide to share the results - first time I have heard of this policy during an ultrasound and it is unnerving and creates unnecessary anxiety. The reception staff are an exception to this - they were very kind and considerate.

Fantastic experience: The clinic is fresh and updated, beautiful plants in waiting room. Staff very friendly. Had an ultrasound scan, female sonographer ‘Khouloud’ was very knowledgeable and reassuring, her trainee did a fantastic job. highly recommend!

Positive experience: Good service, friendly staffs and easy to book an appointment. I had pregnancy ultrasound here, staff was very gentle. However, it would be perfect if there’s a TV facing me to let me see the baby during the entire ultrasound instead of only 1 screen for the staff. And ultrasound photos could be also shared with clients instead of just doctor.

Negative experience: Had a very worst experience while I went for my third trimester ultrasound there. There was a trainee doing t such a critical ultrasound who didn’t even know what she was doing and checking her notes through out the ultrasound. She was constantly pressing and hurting my tummy in the same area for like 20 times, not explaining anything at all and it took more than an hour to do the whole ultrasound. At the end, I couldn’t bear and I asked to stop. If there was negative points in the review i would do that. Please don’t go to this place for pregnancy ultrasound, they will make you very very upset.

Negative experience: Horrible service. They have an indian guy booking appointments after 5pm who has no clue what procedures and services are provided. He booked me in for the wrong procedure and i ended up wasting my work day. Will never go here again. Very unprofessional!

I get my ultrasounds done here, mainly with Ashley and have pretty much been on my whole pregnancy journey with them. Fantastic experience: Had my very first early pregnancy ultrasound with technician Ashley. I came to the appointment with a lot of anxiety and feeling a little bit lost. She made me feel extremely comfortable and reassured me through out the session. I highly recommend Ashley for your dating scans. The reception staff are also lovely and very fast with the services they provide in person or over the phone. The facility is clean and recently renovated. Today was my second visit at scan medical and I am so happy I found this place to have all my future pregnancy related appointments at.
