Negative experience: Received a text from Harbourside Radiology in Pymble saying ‘you can walk in anytime for an x-ray before 4pm so no need to book’ When I walked in at 9.50am they said they were fully booked and couldn’t do my x-ray! What a complete waste of time going there. Would not recommend using Harbourside Radiology.
Fantastic experience: Excellent overall service. The sonographer, Sherry, was extremely kind and caring throughout the procedure. I was quite nervous about my scans, but she calmly explained everything with great professionalism and patience, which really put me at ease. Highly recommended! Adeline

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience at Harbour Radiology in Pymble! The clinic is spotless, and the staff are fantastic—so friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist. They also offer secure, covered free parking, which is a big plus, especially on a rainy day like today. A huge thank you to everyone for making my visit so comfortable. Scans can be intimidating, but the staff’s reassuring attitude really helped me feel at ease. To top it off, I had the results sent to me by the time I’d returned home.

Fantastic experience: I have had excellent experiences with Harbour Radiology over several years and having visited their Mosman, North Sydney and Pymble clinics. They do bulk bill ultrasound and their MRI prices are half the costs of PRP and Imed for the same service. Yet their machines are first rate. Highly recommend and will continue to have imaging done there

Positive experience: Asked to arrive 9.20 for a 9.30 appointment. I'm never late so arrived at 9.15. Said hello to receptionist and then nothing until 9.35. Seems to me they ask you to get there early just so it's more likely your not late. Not customer centric. 3 business days to get results back to your doctor seems excessive when process is digitised

Negative experience: I was told to contact Pymble clinic to get the films from Kellyville grover clinic, the lady at the reception mentioned the machine has not been working, in fact it is often not been working. Then I was told how environment unfriendly it is to print these, We understood but we were travelling overseas hence need the films, they could not answer and they have mentioned it's not been working for a long time.... they were not wiling to let us speak to a manager or anyone...

Fantastic experience: I recently had to attend Harbour Radiology Pymble for an MRI scan and was very impressed with my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming reception team who made the check-in process smooth and efficient. Their friendly demeanor and professionalism immediately put me at ease. The clinic itself is modern and impeccably clean, with a calming atmosphere that significantly alleviated any anxieties I had about the procedure. The waiting area was comfortable, with ample seating, making the short wait time quite pleasant. What truly stood out to me was the professionalism and empathy of the medical staff. The MRI technologist was outstanding. They took the time to explain the entire process to me in detail, addressing all my questions and concerns with patience and clarity. Their expertise was evident, and their reassuring words helped me feel more confident about the procedure. The MRI itself was conducted in a state-of-the-art machine that seemed brand new. The technologist ensured I was comfortable, providing earplugs to reduce the noise, headphones and Smooth FM! Post-scan, they were extremely prompt in reviewing the results. I was impressed by how quickly they provided a thorough and understandable explanation of the findings. My experience was outstanding and the clinic’s commitment to patient care, their state-of-the-art facilities, and their professional and compassionate staff made what could have been a stressful experience incredibly positive. I highly recommend Harbour Radiology to anyone!

Negative experience: Been using this center for 3 years. However, the service has been going downhill. Recently booked in for a fibro scan, five minutes during the scan, the technician said she didn't know the software well enough to continue! Then they booked me in with the North Sydney center on Saturday. Arrived there on time in heavy rain and found the center doesn't open on Saturday. I had no food and water for 6 hours on those 2 days. My daily routine totally disrupted.

Negative experience: We booked an appointment 2 weeks ago for our 20 weeks ultrasound and we show up this morning. They take our referral and let us sit down for 10 minutes. Then all of a sudden call out my name and tell me that there’s actually no booking for me that morning. What?! How is that possible when I book it in and get a text message yesterday to confirm my booking? I now need to go to another of their centers later this morning while I’m bursting as I have a super full bladder. I’m really unhappy with this service and also very disappointed that this is the way they handle this. My husband also now has to take out extra time off work while we for that reason booked an early morning appointment.

Negative experience: No manners in service. Try to do more politeness. We come to visit very common just ask. You shouldn’t negative at all customer.
Negative experience: Significant pathology missed on ultrasound. My GP referred me to another radiology clinic which cost me out of pocket expense, but it was entirely clear why you pay for what you get. Diagnosis was made quickly by clearly more experienced staff with some additional imaging done on site with no additional cost to confirm the issue.

Fantastic experience: Harbour Radiology Pymble. From the time I walked in I felt relaxed. The CT scan was excellent and efficient. Ruby the radiographer so efficient and professional, I will go there any time.
Positive experience: Staff were very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I had a Calcium Score done and the ECG part of the machine gave a little bit of trouble at first but the technicial sorted it out and everything worked fine.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a CT scan here. I was seen the moment I arrived. The staff were super friendly & explained clearly every step of the procedure. It made me feel super comfortable during the whole procedure. I highly recommend them.
Negative experience: Very bad experience. There is no proper equipments. The reports are not emailed to doctor on time. I had to call them and request my report to send it to the doctor. I would not recommend this place.
Negative experience: This practice did not deliver an x-ray within the 48hrs they said with no information about any delay. It resulted in a wasted trip to the doctor & the inability to make treatment decisions because we have no diagnosis. The practice staff did not have the courtesy to call back & confirm status of the x-ray let alone apologise. Very poor medical & customer service.
