Fantastic experience: The radiologist and the Sonographer Shala were fantastic at Imaging Queensland. These staff explained every step very thoroughly and answered all my questions when I attended my appointment. It made the experience of the appointment very comfortable and I would recommend this practice to others. Reception was also very helpful too in getting a suitable appointment. Positive experience: Went this morning for a fasting Liver and Ovary Scan. All the staff were professional and considerate. Good communication. Ive been a few years ago and had the same experience. Of course the bathroom facilities are tiny but what do you expect from a prime-real estate located practice. Overall happy.

Negative experience: One of the receptionists here has a habit of talking down to people and interrupting them. I’ve visited this place several times, and every time when I see she’s behind the counter, someone ends up being talked over, whether they’re just trying to book an appointment or asking a simple question like where to sign. I experienced this myself when I called to make an appointment. There was a bit of static on my phone, and instead of letting me know or politely asking me to move to a better spot, she immediately assumed I was on speaker and started lecturing me about how they can’t take appointments that way. It felt unnecessary and dismissive, she wouldn’t even let me speak or check if the line had improved. While I understand the need for clear communication, the way it was handled felt unnecessarily abrupt. A little more patience and understanding would go a long way in creating a more welcoming experience for customers.

Fantastic experience: This is my third visit and every time has been a breeze. I call around for pricing and they are always the lowest and bulk billed one of my MRIs that another provider would not. This time I had 2 MRIs in one appointment. Jess booked me in and was lovely and helpful. The guy that did the MRIs was also lovely but I do not remember his name. Thanks Lesley.

Negative experience: After 147 reviews, the average 3star is being generous for this business. Had my MRI done last Thursday, they sent a report to my referrer on time however they said the only way for my referrer can access the MRI images is by signing up to their portal (something that i was not informed about before the MRI). I asked them if as a patient I can have access to the portal and they said that is only possible a week after the testing date which sounds ridiculous to me as the images were already ready. I asked for speak to the manager who showed compassion about my situation and said that they were able to print the images for me and leave it at front reception to collect. My wife went to collect on my behalf and after making her wait 45min, they said their printers weren’t working and they couldn’t work out how to copy the images onto a CD. Furthermore, the Brisbane clinic never picks up their phones, every time, I’ve had to call their other clinics to request them to ask the Brisbane clinic to call me back. When I went into the Brisbane clinic to get my MRI done, I sat in the waiting room, called the front reception to see what to happen, the two young women at front reception were completely unoccupied audibly talking about non work related things and my phone call was not answered. The owner of this business needs to do a proper audit to reflect on why customers rate them so poorly. This is not how you do business.

Fantastic experience: Visited last Friday and luckily got my x-ray straight away. There were 2 staff at reception who were supportive and helpful. And they sent me copy of my x-ray so I can access anytime I need.

Negative experience: Turned up for an MRI after a 3 week lead time, to be informed 30 Minutes after arriving that no one was going to be available to do the procedure. Staff were super apologetic but the service and lead up to the appointment were challenging. Don’t waste your time, go anywhere else. EDIT: the generic reply is far from helpful, it’s condescending at best. Hours of a day got wasted because of the inability to forecast staff hours. It’s pretty disrespectful seeing a copy paste reply… forward on… sure. What’s the bet no one contacts me as a result of my review

Negative experience: I called earlier today and the lady on the phone was shockingly rude. She kept talking over me and then told me that I need to let her finish what she's saying. Their pricing scheme sounds like a scam it's apparently $250 per half an hour but they can't guarantee how long it'll take for an MRI scan and they wouldn't clarify how much more it would cost after that. So for all I know they could then charge for the full hour if it goes over by a minute.

Fantastic experience: David (radiologist) performed my Radioactive Isotope test and he was fantastic!! Very very clear and caring directions throughout the appointment. He is a excellent listener and communicator. Just absolutely FANTASTIC at his job. You can really feel he cares and makes the process as easy as possible. Fantastic experience: I had three ultrasound scans done at once recently. The sonographer was kind ; she calmly explained the order of the procedures, which helped me go through all the scans smoothly. The reception staff were also nice. Overall, I am satisfied with the service here.

Negative experience: would not recommend. staff friendly but results from xray were completely incorrect, said i had 2 broken fingers and no other fractures. I actually had 1 broken finger and broken wrist, big mistake.

Negative experience: dissapointing, called monday (28th Sep) was on hold for 15-20 minutes so hanged up, called back later, same deal another 15+ mins on hold, tried again third time and still nothing. So I sent an email requesting an appointment (online refferal form) with my refferal form attached as of today (9th of Nov) still nothing back from them. It seems like the reception avoid answering the phone and replying to emails. Unacceptable, as I get them the benefit of the doubt that they were too busy to answer the phone but still no respons to my refferal request? I hope management looks into this. I went else where as I got no response via phone or email.

Negative experience: Just called to request an appointment, and basically, the receptionist hung up on me. On the website it says to call to request an appoinmet then you call and they have no time to check for you, so you have to wait untill they call you back which it takes around 1 day waiting.

Fantastic experience: Their service was so good, and the radiologist was so nice. I just emailed them to know the price for my MRI scan. Then they realized one thing was missing in the referral letter, and due to this, I had to pay for my scan. They spoke with my doctor on my behalf, which I didn't know about, and then called back to confirm that my scan is now fully bulk billed. I would like to say a big thank you to their reception team for their assistance. :)

Negative experience: I visited this place on the 29th May and I am never ever going back here even though if this is my last option at Brisbane; I would rather travel hours but go to this place ever again. The receptionist, “Liz”, was extremely rude, unprofessional, and inconsiderate. When I greeted her with a "good morning," she (extremely rudely, not even looking at me, looking at the computer) replied to me “I will be there in a minute.” While I understand she might have been busy, her manner of addressing me was entirely inappropriate. I have been to places much busier than this is and I know how professional receptionists are. When I informed her that my documents were on my phone, she curtly replied, "You have many things on your phone, I can't use them." I was about to ask for an email address to send the documents, but her abruptness cut me off. It seemed she expected me to explain everything in one breath. I work as a nurse and I can’t imagine what my employer would do to me and what my patients would think of me if I treated them in similar manner and I don’t understand how “Liz” is getting away with this behaviour. I have been to this place twice and I have similar experience with Liz both times. Other receptionists and other staff members were very nice.

Negative experience: I am compelled to express my disappointment regarding the service provided by the receptionist at this medical facility. It is disheartening to encounter such a lack of professionalism, empathy, and helpfulness from a staff member tasked with welcoming patients. Patients rely on receptionists to provide assistance and support, particularly during vulnerable moments. Unfortunately, the individual in question has consistently displayed a negative demeanor, which is unacceptable in a customer-facing role. While I empathize with personal challenges, it is imperative not to allow them to impact interactions with patients. I hope this feedback prompts reflection and improvement in receptionist conduct and customer service standards. UPDATE: I just had a biopsy done via CT scan. Despite having had some not-so-great experiences with customer service in the past, it's only fair that I also speak about the good things. I have to give special mention to Pedro and to Dr. Antonio (I'm not entirely sure of his name). Both, but specially Pedro, have been incredibly understanding, patient, explained everything wonderfully, and made me feel very comfortable, supported, understood, and well taken care of. Thanks to both of them, they've made the situation much easier for me:)

Negative experience: I wasn't shared details like I'd need to undress for the procedure in advance, I had to ask the clinician to close the door during my procedure, she didn't explain the scan to me, she kept leaving the room without explanation, and she started prodding my arthritic hips before she asked permission. They made me wait 15mins in reception before telling me to go despite it being bulk billed, a waste of my time.

Fantastic experience: I had an ultrasound yesterday morning received a call from my doctor 4 hours later, walked into Citiscan again got a CT straight away. Jeremy you are the friendliest and professional radiologist I have ever met. My apologies to the receptionist,I don’t spend enough time to remember your names but you all made me feel so welcome. Negative experience: They are understaffed, the toilets are dirty (doesnt look like a one off) and the xray technician really lacked in basic communication skills as she didn’t even prep me for what was about to happen with a mouth/tooth xray and just left the room. I felt like I was not taken care of and it was upsetting as I didn’t know what to expect and felt claustrophobic as the machine moved around my face.

Negative experience: Stayed away from this place, appalling incompetence, I wasted my time and my money... I'm really sorry for the service offered. The manager of the facility should take action on the unprofessionalism of his secretaries and the incorrect information they provide.

Fantastic experience: The staff is exceptionally friendly and respectful. I've had ultrasound and CT scans done there three times, and I never had to wait for an extended period. Fantastic experience: Last week, my GP told me to ring CitiScan, as they can book me in faster, and my GP wanted my scan asap. I rang and thankfully got an appt on the same day, so headed there straight after my GP visit. The lady I spoke with on the phone for the appt was very friendly, and so was the receptionist I checked in with. But special shout out to Harry, who did my scan. He was funny, friendly, and very helpful (thank you for helping me not go home "blind" lol), and truly made me feel at ease with having the scan. Awesome service all around. Thank you, team! :)

Negative experience: We have booked in for today morning two days ago, they didn’t send any email or text confirmation for the appointment. We entered this morning for my wife’s ultrasound and receptionist informed us that we are booked for tomorrow. First you book people and then tell them to come back tomorrow? People have to take day off for this which I think they don’t understand. I don’t know if they have any process for booking appointments, but certainly this is not how it should work. I have never experienced this in my life when you go to attend an appointment on false day. It’s ridiculous. On top of that receptionist doesn’t know about greeting customers. When they see you, their first question would be “Do you have an appointment today?”, instead of “Good morning or How is it going?”. Also when they call you, surprisingly they point finger at you . I’m sorry to say this, but I would rather delay ultrasound for a better place than come back here to get humiliated. Very disappointing.

Negative experience: the place is amazing however i would recommend a bit of more empathy from the technicians, i had to get a scan after a miscarriage i did not wanted a guy to do the ultrasound so i asked for a female and he was like then a lady did came to do my scan and while she was doing it i started to cry, and she was like what’s the matter that feel with an attitude, all i said was seriously? my baby just died that’s the matter… and she was like ah ok thought it was hurting… seriously in that moment i was devastated to be talk like that, should have a bit more empathy and understanding of my case and try to be more considerate. hopefully no one else feel this way ever again

Fantastic experience: My first visit there and I was impressed. Everyone was really nice. Their ultrasound bookings were booked up for the day, so I just went in there for an xray. They had a sonographer who finished up a scan early, so they were great and got me in for the ultrasound as well.

Negative experience: I do not recommend Citiscan for prenatal ultrasounds especially for first time couples. Firstly the receptionist was rude when we arrived and running late. On the website it says it opens at 8am. Then the female sonographer doing the ultrasound was rude and not helpful. They avoided answering questions and did not want to respond to health or gender related questions. There was a sign saying no photos and the only printed photos (and online in the app) we received from the ultrasound were of poor quality.

It is the responsibility of the sonographer to produce images that assess the baby’s structure, wellbeing and growth. The images generated from the scan are sent for radiologist interpretation and a report is sent to your referring medical professional who can address any health related queries. It is not appropriate for a sonographer to provide medical advice. Depending on the position of the baby, it can also be difficult to determine the gender. Negative experience: I had a brain MRI. I got an appointment for the next day, the receptionist was really nice and I didn't need to wait long. But when I got in, the MR technician/radiographer just wanted to get rid of me although I tried to ask some things. I knew what would happen during the MRI so it wasn't about needing reassurance but I still think this isn't the right way to treat patients, even if you're fully booked. She might have been having a bad day so this wasn't even the biggest issue. My scans were uploaded really early, BUT the image quality is so poor they aren't suitable for setting up a diagnosis. Lacking acquisition parameters, my details being only in a far corner (not in the images), it gives the feeling these scans might have been only cut from somewhere online (which I know is unlikely, but this is the best way to describe what I saw). If these are the same images radiologists receive, the quality is unacceptable. If lower resolution images are uploaded to the patient portal, the unacceptable part is why do patients not have the right to see the original scans? These would be relevant concerns even if I hadn't paid full price for the examination.

Please understand that the images uploaded to the patient portal have been reduced significantly and are a compressed version of the images sent to the radiologist for analysis. The original image size from your scans would be much too large for upload to the patient app and are not suitable for self-diagnosis. Our radiologists utilize specific software to interpret and report your scans and transfer the high-resolution images via secure channels to your referring health practitioner for follow up.

Negative experience: They will fit you in within a reasonable timeframe, however poor communication with respect to fees. I was only told about the need for a Mater scientist to attend my scan on the day of the procedure, and was told this would incur an extra $100 bill. There was no communication beforehand regarding the need for a third party to attend my procedure and the subsequent bill that would follow, purely for the scientist to attend. Not pleased with the poor communication - difficult to decline and say no on the day of the procedure.

Negative experience: This center and staff cuz me too much stress. I had my morphology scan booked. And it suppose to be a very special day for me and my husband but it turn for nightmare. I had too much stress driving to the city with all roads work and ran late just 10 min. My husband was there and let them know I can’t make it in time. When I had arrived they just throw on my face “your appointment had been cancelled”. I just can’t believe why its impossible act like a human to other people

I'm sorry this became a stressful time for you. I checked with my colleagues and was advised although your husband was here early your arrival time was actually 35 minutes later then the time you were asked to be here by and 20 minutes after the scan time. We could not proceed with your scan as there would have only been 40 minutes to complete a 60 minute scan and this would also have impacted the following patients. We did offer to reschedule your appointment.

Negative experience: I gave them a call to make an appointment for a nuclear medicine scan, and the receptionist asked me to send the referral to their email box and then gave me a call. They didnt call me and so I called them the next day. The receptionist told me that the technician was not there and would be back on the following day. The receptionist said she would check with the technician and gave me a call to confirm the date. I told her it was time sensitive because I had to get this done before seeing my doctor. She said she would definitel call me the next day. So I waited again but no call on the following day. I didn't really have too much time to wait and so I contacted my GP and found another place to do it. It really waste my time. The receptionist wasn't very helpful because she didn't give me any useful information in time. For example she could let me know at the beginning if the technician was not available, instead, I had to find out by giving them 3 calls...Seriously, just let people know if you cant do this scan.

Negative experience: I would like to give a zero but there is no option for that. So today I had an appointment for nuclear med of my tummy. They don't usually do it and took 2 weeks to fix an appointment. I was there 10 minutes prior to my appointment and I was asked to have a seat by receptionist. I was sick (flu symptoms), I advised in the morning by calling them and was asked to come. After waiting for 45 minute while having a seat there I got a phone call from reception and I am told my appointment has missed. Is this a joke or what. I am sick and the new appointment that worked was 2 weeks later. How can someone be so reckless when it comes to health issues. Despite arguing there I left and will not be back rather book an appointment at different place. Terrible service and disappointed with way they worked

Fantastic experience: Meg was exceptionally professional and friendly, even when I was a couple of minutes late for my appointment. Wendy was also lovely and she explained everything to me so I felt very safe - even as a mild claustrophobic in the MRI! I would absolutely recommend coming here for any scan, everyone was very friendly and welcoming :)

Negative experience: I came for my ultrasound at 36 weeks pregnant. I will specify that all my previous ultrasounds were done here and every time I came I had to wait 20/30 minutes and I never said anything, I didn’t have any apologies. Today my appointment was at 8 (you open at 8:00 and not before) and I arrived at 8:08, The receptionist was too rude as by phone. Then the ultrasound technician told me that I was on delay during my ultrasound repeatedly!! So my husband and I had a totally uncomfy experience! my ultrasound was rushed…it is obvious that the quality of the service has gone down. I will not return, of course. Not recommended!! And by the way, no one told me about the reschedule, otherwise I would have changed my appointment. Since the most important thing for me was to have a good service. Just to clarify: I never said That I was tired! Of course you don’t listen! But it’s ok! You care about the money! Actually you said “our business” of course, just money! You don’t care about customers! You call just to say “hey you are wrong” doesn’t matter anything else! Congratulations also for your work as manager… Terrible customer service! And getting worse!

Although we have spoken on the phone, I feel it is necessary to reply to this review publicly, as I believe your rating is unfair and not an accurate reflection of the service you received today at CitiScan Radiology.

Your appointment was scheduled for 8am, with a 7:45am arrival time to allow a reasonable timeframe to complete the appointment registration process.

You arrived at 8:10am, almost 25 minutes late. Our reception team could have asked you to reschedule, as your late arrival had then pushed all our other scheduled appointments back, but our team did their utmost to accommodate you given the short time frame they had. It is understandable that you felt rushed, because we did too, but we did our best. Our receptionist spoke to you about your late arrival, and you acknowledged that you were aware that you were late, and it was because you were tired.

On the phone you mentioned that you have always received fantastic service from CitiScan Radiology during your previous appointments. It is disappointing that you have based your rating on our business on an instance where we feel we made every effort to accommodate you in a limited timeframe, whilst ensuring we weren’t inconveniencing our other patients with scheduled appointments.

You have since edited your review to include that you waited 20-30 minutes each time you visited CitiScan. Please note that the commencement times for each appointment are recorded on your file and this was not the case.

You are new and you misplaced the referral letter it’s just that simple! Instead of apologising you chose to be all defensive about it. I wouldn’t be here writing a review if you just said sorry. Negative experience: Refused to release my records until a period of time had lapsed, would not send via email due to ‘privacy’ reasons. The real reason no doubt - scratching the back of the GP that referred me with another consult. Highly unethical behaviour.

Medical imaging reports should be accessed by the patient via their referring clinician. This allows the results to be explained in a medical context taking in to account any further testing that may be required and ongoing patient management. We can also release the report to other medical professionals involved in your care at your request.

CitiScan Radiology’s medical imaging studies can be accessed via a secure password protected patient portal. The images from your examination are available to you immediately following your appointment, while the report becomes available to you 14 days from when your referring doctor has received it.

We understand that in some circumstances, you may require access to your medical imaging report sooner. In this instance, please present to our practice with your ID, and our reception team can release a hardcopy of your report. Email is not a secure platform for disclosing medical records.

Secure electronic communications are considered the most efficient and appropriate method of communication across the healthcare sector, hence our patient portal.

The risks of using unsecured or unencrypted email include:
• emails can easily be sent to the wrong recipient
• email is often accessed on portable devices, such as smart phones, tablets and laptops, which are easily lost or stolen
• emails can be forwarded or changed without the knowledge or consent of the original sender
• email is vulnerable to interception.

Negative experience: Terrible customer service, spent 15 mins waiting for the phone to be answered then it goes to voicemail. They cannot send images to dr specialist, you have to beg them to share this information and until this date, my image is still not shared with my dr. and still cannot get a dr. specialist appointment as I do not have the image. Forget about it too hard, find another place.

Fantastic experience: The receptionist was very nice and friendly. Very clean and inviting. Was there early and didn't have to wait long to be seen. After my scan I got a bit sick and the lady who did my scan brought me water and a cookie and told me to sit in a waiting area and made sure I was OK before I left. Even a staff member walking by saw me sitting in the waiting area stopped to ask if I was OK. This was my first time getting a scan and I'm very happy with the care I received.

Negative experience: Today I went to do a pregnancy scam and all I didn't need was to face a sonografher like Celysce Chan. She is absolutely not an empathetic person, didn't answer even one question as asked and she was in a total rush after made me to wait almost 30 min for her to do my scam. Very very disappointing. This is not a scam that is mandatory which means that who goes to do it it's because they are concern about something. I left the clinic with more doubts than when I got there. Also for the second time the reception didn't even mention about the Medicare rebate and when I asked she asked for me to do it myself I do not recommend this place.

Thank you for taking the time to send us your feedback and bringing your experience to our attention.

We have taken your comments seriously and investigated your complaint.

Firstly, we can advise that you did not wait half an hour to have your scan performed. We have checked what time your scan commenced on the ultrasound machine, and this time is recorded at 1:04pm. Your appointment was scheduled for 1pm, with a 12:45 arrival time to allow a reasonable timeframe to complete the appointment registration process. Your scan concluded at 1:24pm, which is standard for this type of ultrasound.

Although Celysce feels she was sensitive to your needs during the scan, including offering to pause for you to change positions when she noticed that you may have been uncomfortable, it was not possible for her to answer all your questions until she had taken all the necessary images. We cannot delve too much into this segment of your complaint on a public platform without breaching your confidentiality, but we are more than happy to address these concerns via phone or email.

The images that the sonographer obtains during your examination are interpreted and reported by a radiologist. The report is sent to your referring doctor for your doctor to discuss the results with you.

In regards to your Medicare claim, unfortunately your claim was rejected because your address has not been updated with Medicare. This was advised to you yesterday and your husband told our receptionist that he would submit the claim online.

Fantastic experience: I had my first ultrasound here today, and it was surprisingly a great experience! The reception team from beginning to end were friendly and helpful. I was early for my appointment, after signing in and say down, they called me in so I did not have to wait. The Sonographer was incredible. She was friendly, professional and talked me through the process beginning to end! I would highly recommend the team here at CitiScan Radiology! I don't leave reviews often, but this place was fantastic! Thanks to everyone there! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fantastic experience: I had my MRI scan done before elsewhere. Hands down this is the best one and highly recommended to anyone that needs it done. Receptionist and the technician are Soo friendly and welcoming when you walk inside the place. This place has an awesome vibe! Thank you CitiScan for making me feel comfortable. :)

Negative experience: Turned up to find out that wearing a mask is a requirement, which is fine, but couldn't believe it when I was told that I need to pay $3 for one. Firstly, I have been to various medical clinics in the last few months and this is the first clinic that charges for masks. Every other places I've been to, if it's a requirement I was given one for free. Secondly, you can buy 50 of these single use masks from Chemist Warehouse for $40 at retail, which equates to 80 cents each. You would surely buy these at wholesale price or at least pay less than what normal consumers would be able to buy them for and yet you want to charge $3 for one and make money on selling masks? Absolutely disgraceful practice regardless of how small $3 is. Looking at the recent review from Elwyn Ingley, I guess charging $2 wasn't enough so you had to increase the price to $3. Shame on you.

Our policy has been reviewed, and although it will remain a requirement for all patients and visitors to wear a mask while in our premises, there will no longer be a $3 charge for those who do not bring their own mask.

Positive experience: A sign at the front door and receptionists demanding that a mask must be worn to enter, charged at $2. Ok, but a pity that of the four receptionists, none were wearing masks. Hypocrisy? Whatever the justification, from a customer's perspective it's not a great first impression. However, the medical staff are excellent.

Our reception staff are seated behind COVID-19 infection control barriers, allowing them to socially distance themselves from patients and visitors. When moving around the clinic, without the protection of these screens, reception staff are required to wear masks.

As social distancing cannot always be maintained during your medical imaging examination, all of our technical staff are required to wear masks. We are following Queensland Health guidelines by asking all patients to also wear a mask while in our clinic. We advise all patients and visitors of this policy both by phone and confirmation text message prior to arrival. You are also given the opportunity to bring your own mask, to avoid purchasing one when presenting for your appointment.

These measures are in line with both state and federal health authority guidelines so that we are providing a safe environment for all patients, visitors and staff.

Fantastic experience: I had a health scare recently and decided to use CitiScan for my CT scan. This was an incredibly stressful time for me. When I called to book I spoke with Kat, who was extremely friendly and helpful in getting me in urgently - Celysce was also involved in a consultative capacity in this process and was instrumental in getting me cared for quickly.. The day of my scan Sarah made me feel really comfortable and cared for. I cannot express my gratitude to the team enough for making what was an incredibly daunting time, a positive experience. This is the place to go if you want help from people who care.

Fantastic experience: Hey guys, I just wanted to take the time to say thank you for the amazing service that CitiScan provides. As an International student, it is very common to have bad experiences with the GPs. But when the GP sent me to CitiScan you can instantly notice the difference on the service. Helpful and Charismatic staff from the reception until the doctors. Even though I do not like to go to the doctor, I'd definitely go back to CitiScan whenever I need to.

Fantastic experience: I had to have an ultrasound with little notice and cityscans team were extremely helpful and able to fit me in quickly - not only that, the lady who did the ultrasound was lovely and made it much easier. I would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: Great service, I had an MRI here recently- reception were knowledgeable and more than happy to chat about my concerns re having an MRI. I called around and got a few quotes - Citiscan was the cheapest and could fit me in same day which was awesome. I had the scan in the afternoon and my doctor had the results the next morning. Lady doing the scan was lovely too.

Negative experience: The worst reception guy i have dealt with. Incompetent - he kept asking me the same question over the phone. the scan technician were good. When i rang back to have the scan results sent to another location the same guy on the phone took down my email but clearly was not listening or interested in getting it right, I had to ask him to read back what he had written. I suggested he get the phone number from me in case there were issues. I rang my treating doctor to see if the results had been sent and they hadn't. I did not even get a call back from the reception guy to say email did not go through. He basically did not do his job and didn't seem to take notice of what I was saying. The other reception staff were nice and seemed to know what they were doing. This place needs to sort its staff out. And I have not used my original details in this message as I don't want to be identified in case I need to go back. Happy to talk to someone - post your phone number and happily discuss over the phone. I would give zero star
