Fantastic experience: I am writing this review in the waiting area at Synergy Campsie( Beamish Street). My son's experiencing stomach pain and need to get an ultrasound. There's nothing I can say but this imaging centre provide the best service and the staff are soooo super friendly. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: We arrived 11:13am for the 11:30am appointment. We were told to wait as they need to contact our GP for further information on the injection. No communication from all 3 receptionists. I asked what the update was - to be told they are waiting on the fax! I called the GP myself & the receptionist re-faxed it ASAP. A simple task yet too difficult for them. 12:34pm we get called in after I confronted staff for their lack of communication! Instead of chatting to each behind the desk - our wait time could have been so much quicker!

Negative experience: Been calling for 2 dayz No pick up So you guys deserve 1 star.

Fantastic experience: Went in for lumbar puncture/ spinal tap Procedure was done very professionally, little to no discomfort apart from the slight sting of the anaesthetic. The staff were all very skilled, patient and with good people skills. First procedure of this type for me and no complaints about how it went.

Fantastic experience: From the moment I called to make my appointment the staff member was so friendly, she assist me by calling other clinics to find the most suitable day. The ladies at the front desk were so kind and calming, and the radiographer came out to notify me of my waiting time instead of leaving me there. Great management all round!

Negative experience: Unfortunately I won’t be back. Front desk staff were unfriendly and unhelpful especially when patient was short of breath and in distress. We stood in line for 6 minutes with 3 staff at desk no one acknowledged. Will be asking GP to go elsewhere. Friendly customer service goes a long way especially when a patient is not well

Fantastic experience: The service is very good especially with receptionist Evelyn and ? Manager Thien. I would just like to suggest that patients have different cases wherein my son has symptoms of tremors and agitation because of over active thyroid wherein being a dad I have to hold his hand everytime he undergoes venipuncture/cannulation to calm him down. Please don't arrogantly say to a parent that he is making their son or daughter more anxious and never to do that (holding hand) ever again. Be holistic in your approach and I know you just want the job done.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service the staff are very professional plus the lady who attended to my 7 yrs old for the ultrasound took her time to examine everything and explained in details to the family and to my daughter. Venice was comfortable during the procedure and not scared at all.

Negative experience: I barely write a review but for this one, even one star is worthless, if there is a negative reputation I'm more than happy to give -5 stars. I live in Rosebery and tripped to here 4:30 appointment. The examine started 15mins late. They got me to drink more water since my bladder wasn't full to be scanned. Before 5pm all of sudden their senior examiner came in and said that they close at 5pm and ask me to leave and come tomorrow. They actually close at 5:30pm. Firstly I agree with that my preparation for the exam was poor but they ask a patient to leave in the middle of exame because they need to call it a day? They even lied that they close at 5 when they actually close at 5:30. Because they really wanted to go home? Also the receptionist was extremely rude, looked upset and repellent to answer. Is it ok to get the patients wait but you really need to wrap it up 30mins before you close? Where is your professionalism working in the medical area. It was a really sad experience, never recommend this place.
