Negative experience: Bad experience, they told my husband to pay 1 time for both 2 hand injections then he paid. Then they refered us to Campsie Synrad, then they asked us to paid again. Cost 300 dollars for both time. What I need to pay i will but have to tell us at first. Trained all the staffs again please. It's took us whole morning to move from Lakemba and Campsie. really unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: Thanks so much to Noor who was very prompt in responding to my inquiry and helping me book in an appointment at another location (since the Lakemba location didn't do the specific scan I needed). Recommend emailing the location directly rather than trying to book through the website, I got a much quicker response via email.

Negative experience: Bad service very unprofessional did not send results to the doctor after weeks, happened twice in month.

Negative experience: Simply keep phone ringing no one answers the calls. Useless service.

Negative experience: I had a very bad experience with the receptionist. She doesn’t know how to speak politely. This is my second time encountering the same receptionist, and she spoke rudely as if we were getting the scan for free. However, the nurse and doctor performing the scan were very good and polite. There’s definitely something wrong with the receptionist, as she is always rude and have lot of attitude. Visited 09/04/2025 at 8:30AM

Fantastic experience: My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Lakemab Radiology. We received high-quality, professional care from the reception staff (especially the lady wearing a hijab), and the sonographer was equally amazing and professional. The radiology report showed that all ultrasound images were reviewed accurately, and the findings were reported correctly. A big "thank you" to the entire team!

Negative experience: Most disgusting experience on the phone I told her I could have a cancerous lump and she brushed it off as I needed to check it asap ! So unprofessional

Negative experience: Today, my wife went for her 12 weeks pregnancy Ultrasound, after job done, They said Efpose machine not working, come back after few minutes for payment, She came back, they said still not working , we couldn't fix it, come with cash. She managed to withdraw $200 to pay her $ 186, and Receptionist said bring exact $186, we don't have change, She again went out, visited couple of groceries shop to pay your exact $186 bill. Your Efpose not working, don't have change and then asked for exact money, So literally, You forced a pregnant woman up and down there times to get your exact changes $186, Such a selfishness and rude customer service. When your Efpose not working tell your boss to keep some changes, And front desk two ladies need to know how to deal with pregnant woman. You two receptionist are totally rubbish.

Fantastic experience: Had a cortisone injection. The ultrasound technician Omaya was the ultimate professional. Made me feel at easy explained the entire process . Step by step gave me tips and suggestions. Was the best service ever.The entire team was very friendly.

Negative experience: Pick up the phone, lazy receptionist. Everytime you call them to make a booking over the phone, they never pick up. They act like so busy but nah they are busy for nothing.

Negative experience: The receptionist was very rude to my 72-year-old dad when asked for tap water, she refused there is no tap water. Then another staff member helped my dad with tap water. Even my dad comes to this place regularly for tests today receptionist said she doesn’t have any record of any fillip form again. When she called with lots of anger and attitude. We came to this place last 1 year only today have we had this experience. Management should organise training for medical staff on how should respond and treat with respect.

Fantastic experience: This is the second time I visited Lakemba Medical Imaging and again I was very pleased with the service I received from both the receptionist and the sonographer. The receptionist was very considerate to call me in advance about short of staff and the expected wait time. There’s wooli next door so parking was also nice and easy. It’s not as busy and crowded like some of the other imaging centres so I could actually take a break from work while waiting. Thank you for all your help today!

Positive experience: I had an excellent experience with Lakemba Medical Imaging. The place is immaculately organised. The staff, especially the sonographers and the technologists, are kind and professional, doing an excellent job. On top of that, the results of the images and the reports are sent to the patient's doctor and the patients themselves, which is the right thing to do in case we need it in the future. But unfortunately, this time, I waited 48 hours to be able to book an appointment. Although I was calling from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., choosing to call back and then the online booking, the operating system answered that the team was busy with other customers, and this was for two days. Fixing this simple issue is extremely important for a wonderful place with its professional staff and unique system.

Negative experience: I had a terrible experience with fire alarm going off. Everyone was evacuated, however it brought everything to a standstill till fire brigade have the all clear. Three hours later....The reception staff addressed me with the term"love" whilst other clients were addressed as brother and sister. The last they could do was use my name. The lady that was performing the ultrasound was ready to send me home because she couldn't understand the referral.

Negative experience: Never go here for a biopsy. The bruising is worse than the actual problem. Plus during the procedure with their gloves on they open doors, go outside get needles do everything! Worst place ever!

Negative experience: I know they are nice. But this time, I felt like treating me like a dog. Didn't acknowledge me. Didn't reply me when I said 'hi' to start conversation. Besides that, since I had a stroller with me and one of the Dr. from Lakemba Family Healthcare send us there for the treatment I had to use the door connected with Lakemba Family Healthcare to come in to this radiology. When getting no appointment, I wanted to use that door to leave the premises. That lady again didn't behave properly and told us we should use this door to come in. I didn't reply to that, just left the premises. My question is how to get in when we have stroller with us. So far I know, there is no other way.

They are very friendly, and easy to get in touch with- They respond very promptly, just leave a message on their chat box and go on with your day. Whilst Lakemba Team are just the best overall from reception to their sonographers. The wait time was so short compared to other places and that they’re very much in time with your appointment (waited no more than good 2 minutes during my appointment). They were very much accomodating and so far is my favourite imaging place!

Positive experience: Went there for my ultrasound. I was a bit concerned after reading the negative reviews about the ultrasound lady but to my surprise I am quite satisfied with the service. The lady named Laura was so gentle and polite. She did not rush the process and took enough time to examine. She was very well mannered and very serious about her job.

Fantastic experience: Due to train cancellations I was running late & had lost my paperwork on the way. Staff at the desk were extremely helpful & kind, rebooked my appointment for an hour later and helped me link with my doctor to get a new referral emailed in time. The woman who did my ultrasound was polite, informative and professional. My injection was done by a doctor who had obvious expertise and left me with less bruising and pain than my previous experience elsewhere for the same issue. I left happier and healthier thanks to all the staff involved. Hopefully I won't need another procedure, but if I do this is where I will be booking it. Five stars.
