Fantastic experience: Excellent booking experience, lovely and comfortable atmosphere, almost no wait time, excellent patient service, definitely sets a higher standard for other lower than average pathologies to catch up. I am always using this company for my tests from now on.

Negative experience: Dreadful booking service. Not easy to arrange an appointment and the idea of simply walking in for an X-ray and having to wait goodness knows how long is simply abhorrent. My time is valuable too.

Fantastic experience: Very impressed by the great care towards patients from a staff named Anna. I took my dad who is over 80 years old for an ultrasound assessment this morning and there was a fire alarm in the building so everyone has to stay outdoors for a while. Anna came to check if my dad needs any help and she brought a chair to my dad since we don’t know how long the fire alarm will stop. Also she checked from time to time if my dad needs to go to toilet or need any water, etc. Besides medical and technical capacity, customer service acts as a critical element for service and business. Customer service also impacts the loyalty of customers and reputation. Thank you very much Anna for the great customer service and care during our visit. You have made the cold morning so warm.

Fantastic experience: Very good experience. Location is really good. Feels very calm, serene and relaxing so that helps when visiting this facility for any scans. The staff were very polite, welcoming and professional. The radiologist was highly experienced and professional. Would definitely continue using this facility for all future needs and highly recommend using this facility for anyone in need of ultrasound scans.

Fantastic experience: This Friday I took my father to Lakeside for Liver Ultrasound. The whole process was really thorough and nice. It was great to have someone who can speak Chinese to do the scan( thanks to the lovely lady who I forgot the name) The reception was really nice too. Highly recommended for Chinese family!

Negative experience: Very disappointed... they declared that they are bulk billing practice & my GP requested to do bulk billing but they charged me Gap money because I don't have Medicare. They should explain before hand, it's a robbing policy to those patients who has only private health fund but no Medicare.

They accommodated me at very short notice (within 24 hrs-I was about to travel overseas in the next few days) and as my prep involved drinking and holding a litre of water 1 hour before my procedure, on arrival they enquired as to my comfort level and outlined a " plan B" in clase it became too much for me. This reassurance made a world of difference to me. As the previous patient was finished early they got me in early (another world of difference!) A+ service !

Negative experience: Terrible customer service, and they don't bulk bill for even the most simple scans. They are only here to make money off less informed patients. Look elsewhere and don't support this unethical business. Mount Druit quantum imaging is nearby and has organised multiple scans, all bilk billed, with less fuss. Highly disappointed.
