Fantastic experience: I haven’t had my appointment here just yet but I have a good feeling. I just got off the phone with Kyle and he was very sensitive and empathetic and thoughtful with his words while we booked the appointment. Update: I had my scan yesterday and Celine was amazing - persistence truly does pay off and it was a win-win for both of us. Thank you sooooooo much! You don’t even understand the impact the experience has had on me.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic Place. Went in for an xray of the toe and the way the young girl looked after it with empathy care and detail is commendable. Thank you team

Negative experience: My husband and I arrived on time for a CT scan, filled out the paperwork and waited to be called in. where ushered into an extremely small change room barely had room to sit and the young lass from the counter proceeded to ask again a myriad of questions, why ask questions in the change room as my husband did not need to disrobe for this procedure, why not at the counter? Again, we asked to move to another room and that's where everything went downhill. Once again, the room was inappropriately sized to conduct an insertion of a canular, it was chaotic, so small 5 staff members, a lady on some kind of gurney, plus my husband and I plus the technician who initiated the conversation in a loud voice directed to myself asking if my husband understood English as through my husband was non-existent member of the conversation. this was a clear breach of respect and dignity as my husband is multilingual and is proficient in the English language. The technician subsequently inserted the canular (without gloves) with an unbearably condescending attitude throughout the procedure, my husband did explain to the technician that he had undergone this type of procedure previously and was well aware steps involved. After 47 minutes waiting, he had enough, and we asked one of the many nurses to pull out the canular and complete the scan in a more appropriate facility elsewhere, fortunately we were attended to. We are well aware of what is required and what to expect. We expected a lot more professionalism from the staff, in conclusion walked away being completely humiliated by the whole experience and felt we were another profitable unit on a conveyor belt of a very big, corporatized health machine. The facilities in Strathfield are definably not appropriate for the procedures that are undertaken at the present premises.

Fantastic experience: A huge shout out to Christine, who went above and beyond in obtaining mum's referral from the hospital, after toing and froing for a couple of hours, Christine called the hospital and instantly had the referral sent through and expedited an appointment for mum, an absolute star, great service, thanks again Christine

Fantastic experience: The doctors and recepsionist is friendly here. The CT scan procedure went smoothly. The place was clean. I would highly reccomend to visit strathfield medical imaging.

Negative experience: Extremely disappointing experience! I had scheduled an appointment [04/07/2024 at 5pm] but received a last-minute cancellation notice. No explanation or apology was provided, leaving me feeling disrespected and inconvenienced. The lack of consideration for my time and schedule is unacceptable. I expect better communication and reliability from Strathfield Medical imaging. Unfortunately, I will be taking my business elsewhere." Here's the reply to Ur response: I'm shocked and disappointed by your response. Your excuses and justifications only highlight the lack of consideration and respect for your patients' time. I had to leave work early to accommodate your sudden rescheduling, and because of your last-minute cancellation, I had to come in my work truck, which meant I had to walk 15 minutes from the business address in my work gear. I explicitly told your staff that I would send the referral via email as soon as I reached my car, but instead, I was left feeling disrespected and inconvenienced. The cancellation of my original appointment and the subsequent chaos were entirely avoidable. Your staff's incompetence and lack of empathy are staggering. I will not be returning to your practice, and I will make sure to share my horrific experience with others. Your business needs to do better.

Fantastic experience: Stella (sonographer) and David (doctor / radiologist) were amazing during a biopsy I had here. So comforting and reassuring, very professional and answered all questions I had. Would recommend for anyone who is anxious or nervous during procedures!

Fantastic experience: Really fantastic service. Used a few times in the past for chest xray and ct scans. Every time I have come in with a referral, it is processed there and then and procedure done within the hour and xray and report sent out within 48 hours. Efficient, professional and friendly service.

Negative experience: I came in for a pelvic ultrasound and there was no wait which was good. Unfortunately, my female practitioner doing the ultrasound made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Not with the actual procedure but in her approach. I was already feeling quite nervous and she didn’t help. She was unkind, abrupt and short in her responses and lacked professionalism. I don’t normally write reviews but I felt very rattled after my appointment and needed to say something.

Negative experience: Based on the high rate of this center, I used to do almost all my ultrasounds here until they gave me wrong information about my pregnancy ultrasounds and completely confused and stressed me and my doctor. When I asked them for an explanation for their wrong reports, they rudely did not have any convincing answers. I ask pregnant women not to choose this center for pregnancy ultrasound.

Fantastic experience: my wife had an appointment here today, has been using this service for years, and she said the customer service was amazing as always and technicians are professional, courteous and very helpful. they went out of their way to ensure she was looked after.

Positive experience: I’ve been here twice and staff are very professional, helpful and friendly. The office opened a little earlier than 8am which was a nice surprise (I don’t think this is a regular thing but this happened that morning). Apart from a 10-15mins delay past my booked appt time, I would’ve given a perfect 5 star rating.

Positive experience: Dropped in wo an appointment. They didn’t have any available appointments. But I asked them to call me if there was any cancellation. Got it in the afternoon of the same day . The technician was very good at her work / she looked after my wife very well through the appointment.

Fantastic experience: Came here today 27/1/23 because my specialist said they have clear imaging. Have been to this place a few times in the past and EVERY TIME is a 5 star, from the staff at the front desk to the radiologist. It's very clean too. My GP always send me to.the I Med Radiologist Network at North Strathfield, don't go there, they have the worst and unfriendliness customer services, especially at the front desk. I will get me scan from here now I always feeling happy when I leave. Thank you for taking care of me today. Highly recommend to get a scan here.

Fantastic experience: Everyone at the clinic was incredibly helpful. If anyone might need to get any scans done I would highly recommend going to this clinic. Not to mention the amount of professionalism every staff member exuded. The entire team at this clinic works in synergy, you can feel it in the air the moment you walk in. You are able to feel a team spirit which is quite reassuring for any patient. Earnestness to providing and ensuring the patient is being well taken care of too is at the top of their list.
