Fantastic experience: I had an ultrasound here today and was genuinely blown away by the level of care I received. The reception staff were warm, kind, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The technician who performed my ultrasound (his name was either Mike or Mark) was absolutely incredible. I’ve had many ultrasounds over the years, including internal ones, and I have never felt more dignified, respected, and cared for during the process. He made what is often an uncomfortable and vulnerable experience feel safe and respectful. In fact, he showed more sensitivity and professionalism than some women have in the past performing the same exam, which truly speaks to his exceptional approach. I cannot recommend this clinic enough. Huge thanks to him and the entire team for making such a positive difference today.

Positive experience: I had an MRI here recently and the staff on the day were professional and caring. However, when I called two days later to check if my report was ready, the female receptionist was dismissive and unhelpful. A little compassion goes a long way. Basic courtesy should be part of the job!

Fantastic experience: Recently had an Ultrasound on my knee - booking process was very smooth online and reception staff where great when I got there. My radiologist Minah ( apologise if I have spelt it wrong ) in my option was the best I have ever been to - a radiologist who should be a doctor. From playing competitive sport and having numerous scans and X-rays across Australia he was an absolute stand out!! Result where with my GP in less than 24 hours

Negative experience: A terrible experience. Harbor radiology in North Sydney forgot to send my ultrasound report to my GP. I called them a week and a half later, and they incorrectly sent it to me directly, where the report mentioned a large 8cm tumour in spleen. They had the report there, they just never bothered to send it, and it lead to a delay in the diagnosis of a very serious issue These people are playing with lives, and if I hadn't shown the initiative to call and chase up, I wonder how late it would have been until my tumour was discovered Avoid at all costs

Fantastic experience: I was extremely pleased with Joanna who assisted me with an Ultrasound. I was in a lot of discomfort and she was extremely gentle, kind and supportive throughout the entire process. I'd definitely recommend her to all. Thank you so much for your service. Negative experience: Reception staff at as very rude on the phone despite my results not being given within 4 business days as promised. Radiologist was great, shame the receptionist was not.

Negative experience: Was running 10 minutes behind for my appointment today and I received a call from the receptionist. I said apologies I’m just outside walking in and the lady hung up on me! I walked in and said I received a call and the lady at the front desk just looked at me sarcastically and didn’t say apologies I hung up!! Incredibly disgusting coming from a receptionist who is meant to greet you respectfully in a medical setting. You pay peanuts you get monkeys!! The sonography was amazing. Shame for the reception staff.

Negative experience: They cannot be trusted to deliver the results to the doctor.

Fantastic experience: From booking to attend the procedure was very smooth and easy. Medical staffs are all very professional and helpful.

Negative experience: Procedure with radiologist was good but experience with the reception has been not great for booking, on the day and in my communication via phone after the procedure. If you can, go somewhere else to get your very expensive scans.

Negative experience: Terrible experience getting a CT guided cortisone injection in my back. I had side effects mid/ post injection causing me obvious distress. Despite this the doctor left the room post procedure without a care or any support. The nurses were not helpful, with one even doing a hand over mouth shocked reaction when my blood pressure was taken and read as low. Completely unprofessional and caused me greater anxiety. The even forgot to put a bandage over my injection site and gave me no information of what to expect over the coming hours/ days.

Fantastic experience: I had an ultrasound, mammogram and OPG. All staff were caring, kind and reassuring. I would recommend this clinic to my closest friends. All three scans were years overdue and I had a horrendous mammogram four years earlier with significant injuries caused by technician at another provider. My GP promised it would be different at this clinic and it was. Extraordinary gentle empathetic treatment of a patient with such positive outcomes. Thank you

Fantastic experience: I was sent to the North Sydney office of Harbour Radiology for quite urgent x-rays & ultrasound for a fractured foot, & I was travelling interstate for work the following day. I hadn't made an appointment but the staff were able to squeeze me in incredibly quickly, I barely had to wait at all. It was fantastic. Plus very friendly & professional staff, it couldn't have gone better.

Fantastic experience: The doctor and staff made me feel relaxed especially because i hate MRI. Their machine was quite wide and not too deep. The facility is hi tech, clean and professional. Thank you for a great experience today!

Negative experience: The three young men at front desk were terrible. no greeting, nothing explained, had to ask questions. Waited well after my appt time, only to have everyone who came in after me- go in before me. Had my scans, went to front desk to pay and the guy just slammed the receipt infront of me and puts the eftpos machine on the counter. I literally glared at him when he did this. Didn’t ask me if it was through insurance etc (it was) nothing. I asked when my results would be at my GP so I could call my GP to make the appt and he wouldn’t even look at me, just said ‘2 days’ really annoyed tone too. Don’t know what his problem was but he needs to grow up. Honestly, being nervous as it was to have scans, it was the last thing I needed. Do your job, or give it to someone who wants it!

Negative experience: I phoned HR NSydney at 12 today re an x-ray and ultra sound to check if I needed to make an appointment. The telephonist (male) said no but I should turn up before 4.30pm. I said I'd be there well before that. When I arrived at 1.45pm I was told that I couldn't have the ulta sound because I hadn't made an appointment but that they would do the x-ray. I didn't make a fuss but I was most unhappy and very annoyed. Eventually they said I could wait an hour and then they'd do the ultra sound but they could do the x-ray now. I OK'd that. After waiting 3/4-hour I inquired when they'd do the x-ray, oh they said right away. What if I hadn't asked again. Would I still be waiting? They did the x-ray and 10 minutes later the ultra sound. I think you should train your receptionists to make the right decision of whether needing an appointment or not. On the other hand we went to your Lane Cove branch on 15/4/24 for bone density scans and were thoroughly happy with everything there. SK

Fantastic experience: This is a very well run efficient business & staff are pleasant & helpful. I’ve had several x-rays ,CT’s etc which were bulk billed on presentation of my referrals. Other businesses charge substantial fees for the same procedures and out of pocket expenses are still high.

Positive experience: Scans were ok, but future access to scans and results problematic with no option to upload to MyHealthRecord meaning difficult to share with other medical professionals in the future. I was offered a CD but not really practical in today’s day and age so a bit behind the times tech wise.

Fantastic experience: Thanks to Adam and Kyle for a really positive experience with a procedure. Not only were they both very capable, friendly and good at their jobs, but Adam took the time to sit and talk with me to explain everything and make sure I was prepared and comfortable. Vreem at the front desk was able to schedule me in quickly for the procedure thanks to her hustle and kindness. All front desk staff are nice too. They have free parking just behind the practice that is just for harbour radiology customers.

Fantastic experience: I only recently needed some x-rays and ultrasounds, and they were able to fit me in very quickly. The reception staff have always worked to find me a fast appointment that worked around my other time constraints, and the image reporting has always been sent back quickly to my doctor. Almost everything was bulk billed, and they advised of the cost before booking if required.
