Negative experience: Terrible experience. Went in thinking I could just pick up my scan. Ended up waiting for more than half an hour. The actual workers are kind and knowledgeable but the receptionists need better management. Would not recommend.

Fantastic experience: Rabi is very professional and skilled when it comes to administering injections and performing scans. At the previous clinic in city west, they were unable to locate my mother’s vein for a contrast injection, even with the help of ultrasound. But Rabi he was able to find the vein quickly and perform the injection efficiently without causing any unnecessary bruising. I highly recommend the clinic. Thank you, ijlal

Negative experience: I have never in my life been to such a disorganised screening centre with such time wasting sonographers. All I needed was a growth scan, yet I had a sonographer sending me in and out of an imaging room to a dirty smelly waiting area that was very obvious it had not been cleaned or disinfected for a long time horrible waiting area. I had a simple referral to get a simple growth scan to get the size of my 34 week growth size, yet this sonographer (male Asian who couldn’t speak proper English) kept bringing up irrelevant excuses, wouldn’t give me clear yes or no answers when I was asking if they were going to do the scan instead just looked at me dumbfounded and then after wasting so much time wanted me to go back the next day all because he didn’t want me to “take them to court” if I had to pay for another scan in the future. Wasted my time for 2 hours, kept me waiting with a full bladder while pregnant and uncomfortable! To treat anybody yet alone someone who is heavily pregnant like this is beyond me. I will seriously never book an appointment here in the future ever again. Don’t waste your time and go else where trust me. All the sonographer had to do was take the images on the ultrasound yet he’s trying to be a doctor and worry more about what the report will say when I simply told him I have already dealt with any past issues in my pregnancy as if he was the one who was going through the pregnancy. Second time pregnant I knew exactly what was needed and the referral stated growth scan and and he just made the situation to brain frying that I couldn’t stand looking at him anymore and walked out! What an absolute waste of time this place is seriously train or change your staff and get a cleaner to sanitise the place. The zoo is cleaner!

Negative experience: We get a call to arrive 45 mins earlier than the booked scan. We arrive as requested however staff were not aware we were told to arrive early. 35mins later and the scan commences. I duck out to grab a drink and am locked out at 1715hrs. My partners scan is 40mins and I got to sit in the gutter for the whole 40mins waiting. I was so embarassed I actually shed a tear or 2. I've got a buggered knee so I couldn't even walk around to kill time. So i just sat down on the filthy ground covered in ash and grime. On a positive note, I made friends with a cockroach named Michelle and 2 mosquitos named Larry and Harold. A side note however, the reception staff were lovely and polite.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this establishment. The staff consistently goes above and beyond in assisting customers. On one occasion, I witnessed staff members providing translation assistance to a customer with limited English proficiency. Additionally, I visited for an urgent ultrasound for the first time, and they were able to accommodate my needs promptly. Their customer-centric approach is truly impeccable!

Negative experience: Horrible experience and waited for almost 2 hours to get everything done. Was made to go back and forth to do scans and different staffs were telling different things to me. I got another episode of pain again because of sitting for long just to get the scan done.

Negative experience: The service here is extremely disappointing. This is my third visit—twice before with friends and now for myself. They took over an hour to attend to me and even prioritized a patient who was booked after me. The staff seems completely disorganized and unaware of proper scheduling. They let someone who was scheduled 30 minutes after me go in before me. This place is utterly useless. If you’re injured, I strongly advise against coming here. To make matters worse, the waiting area seats are incredibly uncomfortable.

Negative experience: I had visited earlier today for 9am appointment along with my husband - seen by sonograoher Isabel / Annabelle (can't recollect her name now). She was rude from the moment we went in the room. When my husband mentioned that he'll be watching the monitor she lessoned him about 'personal-space', thereafter did not take any questions with regards to what was being viewed as part of the US - this was a much anticipated visit for us and we only had a few relevant questions related to the session itself. We were rushed through the process, which understandably retrieved the most poor quality images we've got from an US. If you're having a bad day just stay home and don't ruin someone else's day - sure Synergy would offer some sort of a mental health day unless you've already exhausted them.

Fantastic experience: I recently had to take my father for some scans and he has very complex issues. The entire staff were so kind and helpful. Everyone accommodated to assist my father (whom is vulnerable) and myself. Considering how busy they were all effects and time was taken to assist us. Special shout out to Sandy at reception.

Negative experience: My mate had a pretty obvious hernia... which wasn't detected by the Auburn Medical Imaging team after two ultrasounds and at least one MRI/CT. I feel like the radiologists here used to be Boeing engineers??

Negative experience: Went in for an ultrasound and was really disappointed at the older Asian tech lady that took me in. Everything was rushed, she barely spoke a word as she was doing my ultrasound and when I asked her a couple of questions it seemed like I was bothering her. Her replies were one worded as if she didn’t know english or she’s being forced to do her job. Nothing was negative about my ultrasound results yet she still didn’t like to speak about what she was seeing at all, not even a smile. I understand it’s a busy imaging place but at least do your job professionally and take proper care of the patients that you do take in. Their job isn’t that hard for them to be so rude and unprofessional that early in the morning specially to pregnant people. I won’t be returning to this place but I do hope the ultrasound techs are retrained and better for future people.

Negative experience: I'm from a developing country, yet I've never seen radiology rooms as dirty and untidy as this one. The reception area floor was dirty and a look in one of the corners behind a pot plant told me that the floor hadn't been cleaned on the day. The outsides of the rubbish bins were dirty and even the surface of the reception desk was grubby. When I went in for my scan the room had 2 rubbish bins, both overflowing, with no lid. This practice shows a complete lack of respect for its staff and clientele. The inefficient booking system should have been a clue that dealing with Synergy radiology was not a good idea. I submitted my referral online and of course they couldn't find it when I arrived.The person who took my scan was pleasant enough and I felt sorry for her that she had to work in such an awful environment. Do not use their services unless you have no other option.

Negative experience: Anyone giving more then 1 star are being lenient, if so a 0 would suffice. This place is notorious for making you wait, whenever I come the secretary (mind you who have no customer service skills and have a blank dumbfounded face) will always say there is a bit of a wait which extended to a minimum of at least 1 hour. Whether it be an X-Ray, Ultrasound or MRI for me or others in my family. I’m never happy here though it is the closest medical imaging location I don’t have much of a choice, but if possible I would change as soon as possible. And clearly reading other reviews, others are not quite pleased either. Please change your staff and have a word with them because this is just disgraceful and is tainting the name of your business.

Fantastic experience: Amazing team in this medical center Easy to take an appointment, responsive staff They are So kind, they do everything to make you feel comfortable, if you go there for multiple appointments they’ll remind you And it feels so great to feel closer to your medical team I used to feel stressed and panicked in thoses places There, it was just the opposite Everything went perfect ( you’ll have 1 week wait to receive the images)

Fantastic experience: I would like to commend the lady that did my ultrasound this morning. She was caring and sweet. She talks like a friend and has wished me well. I forgot her name but she's also from asia. I hope to see her again on my next visit. Wish her all the best! The customer service team did a great job too. While I was waiting on queue, someone came and asisted on checking my documents. He was polite and kind. The ladies in the front desk were all nice too. There were heaps of people coming in but they were able to accommodate everyone in a matter of time.

Negative experience: Fonda exhibited an unpleasant and impolite demeanor. This wasn’t the first time, she has a history of rudeness towards people. Initially, I thought she might have been having a bad day, but her behavior persisted, and she consistently acted in an immature manner. She spoke to everyone as if she had authority over them, and even other staff members appeared to dislike her and exchanged disapproving glances. it’s about time she gets replaced. Fantastic experience: I was very nervous. The staff was great and told me to stop apologising as I'm disabled in a wheelchair as I was taking too long to get setup, I believed. I believe I would be there for a long time to get in, and I believe I would not be able to get on the CAT SCANNER. I did quite easy with a litter help from staff and my carer. Disability toilet best I have seen at a place like it. The doors are wide enough for a wide wheelchair.

Negative experience: Came for MRI scan. Had bad experience with "Chinese mid aged receptionist". She should have basic manners on how to communicate and behave with people. People visiting your imaging center certainly have some medical condition which is already troubling their life And on top of that if you encounter such Rude Receptionist, it makes their experience "more painful". Kindly make a note of it.Surprisingly, She was behaving well with "Asians" but had bad attitude towards Non-Asians. Take Note of It if you care.Thank you.

Negative experience: Worst the nurse asked the questions she said have you had this injections before I said no. I was suppose had a CT head scan they put the needle in my vein. The injection was very painful and they did not tell me before if the injection very painful you have to tell us. All 3 man 1 woman was just useless for the services. I was so disappointed and injection went out of vein and the one doctor said can I do it your right hand. I said what are you talking. I have a 8 months old baby boy what do you think if my left arm is not recovering well. I am a single mum with my 8 months old baby boy. The just starred the computers and said do not move and did not tell the injection is not painful. If it is painful you have to tell. I was dead end painful and they did not think from my side. it is still very painful.

Negative experience: The staff is very friendly (both at the reception and inside the exam rooms), easy to book appointments, very flexible and all… However, the place looks messy… the prep ‘rooms’ are all over the place, and patients are nearly ‘on top of each other’, no intimacy whatsoever! While you get prepped and wait for your turn, you would be lucky if you don’t sit next to a big open bin where medical waste go (needles, used gloves, used gounds…) this place could be a 5stars if it was tidy and clean!

Negative experience: Made us wait 45 minutes for a scan because they were short of staff. Absolutely incompetent and worst customer service ever received for a simple pregnancy medical scan. Behind the counter extremely aggressive Arab lady telling me she cannot help a medical emergency situations. It is out of her control. They forgot to mark us check in and made us sit 45 mins for nothing. Disgusting poor service.. DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

Negative experience: Had an MRI and ultrasound. Arrived early as requested and MRI was done very promptly however then had to wait close to an hour for an ultrasound. Asked twice how long it would be and was given no indication. After the hour went to cancel my appointment and was told they misplaced my paperwork hence why it took so long. Understand these mistakes can happen but when I ask. Receptionist and explain I have been waiting am while I would’ve expected better than ‘they’ll get to you sometimes it can be delayed’ which clearly was not the case.

Positive experience: Actually scan very good, receptionist Was talking with her colleagues while I was waiting for no apparent reason. Toilet is discussing, toilet paper holder broken n toilet paper is handled by every on. Toilet seat v dirty.

Fantastic experience: Went to Queen Street medical centre first to get a ct scan but they where more concerned about finished instead of there customers even that there was 20min left till close so come to auburn and even that they where about to close they still took me in and did my scan thank you so much

Positive experience: They did a good job considering what they do. Very polite. But given it was my first time having a MRI. They could have spent a little time preparing me for it. I'm not claustrophobic but it was intense

Fantastic experience: Staff members are helpfull and compassionate and they are very professional when providing services. Especially staff members in CT and MRI rooms are very diligent and assisted me as much as they could to comfort me with my disability.

Fantastic experience: All the staff were very friendly, very quick waiting time. Ultrasound tech was lovely & very informative and got super clear pictures of baby & explained everything as she went along. Best experience at a scan place!

Fantastic experience: I have been attending Auburn Medical Imaging for a few years now for my elderly sick father. They have been great in every aspect. The radiographers are very professional, informative and empathetic.

Fantastic experience: The staff at Auburn are very friendly from the time I called them over the phone to the time I walked out after the scan. Staff that helped me book a time was very thorough with the details, helpful and friendly. The technicians running the MRI scan were also very warm and friendly that even though I was rather claustrophobic, they helped me stay calm throughout the process. Thank you guys, keep up the great work!

Negative experience: First they delayed my report for two days and then they gave me a call they sent my reports to the doctor and when i reach the clinic after travelling 44 kilometres. Doctor haven’t received any report.

Fantastic experience: I had to get my MRI immediately and the staff working the phone lines and at the front were so helpful they stayed 10 minutes after close just to make sure that the doctor was able to sign it off and give me the documents. Thank you so much for your help, this was amazing by the staff at Auburn Medical Imaging.
