Negative experience: Made a phone call enquiry and the receptionist that anwsered was extremely rude and belittling. I don’t recommend going here unless you want to feel uncomfortable.

Fantastic experience: The google 5 star reviews are real. I had an appointment yesterday and all the staff I’ve met are super nice, kind and helpful. Special thanks to Shoroq at the reception, she is very helpful and kind. As well as Annie, super nice she makes sure I’m feeling comfortable during the procedures. Will highly recommend this center!

Fantastic experience: I had my first MRI scan at Synergy Radiology today and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were efficient, professional, and also brought a gentle touch of empathy that made all the difference. I was quite nervous — having never had an MRI before — and while the scan itself wasn’t the most comfortable experience, the team helped guide me through it with reassurance and kindness. Their calm, understanding approach really put me at ease. Grateful to have been in such capable and compassionate hands. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: The staff were very friendly and professional. I was really nervous and concerned coming into my appointment but the manager went above and beyond calling me the day before, going through step by step what to expect which was super helpful. On the day the manager Hassan was brilliant , he reassured me the whole time and was so helpful and reassuring making me feel comfortable and at ease. Thank you so much I highly recommend, never experienced such professionalism and care like this place

Fantastic experience: Customer service at the desk the young lady with the nose piercing so welcoming and friendly! My sonographer Laura is one of the best I’ve had, will be comming back whenever I need any other ultrasounds thanks ladies!

Negative experience: I called and waited so long and asked for the phone back twice, no one called me back. I called a month ago even cancelling my appointment and asked to send my x ray and ultrasound result to other company but still my appointment was there and 2 days before my appointment from another company, they said still didn't get my report and scan. Other company let me know that synergy has an app and I can send myself, and I did it. Very unhelpful........

If you have appointment eleven o'clock they call you one thirty Whatever pain you have they don't care at all Each time you ask when is my turn There answer is just have a seat. Will call you when your turn Very Not happy at all please don't book in this center

Negative experience: The center has gone one over the last year, have been going for many years, the front staff are so rude, the last 2 times I have been I was wanting to make an appointment, cause if you call your on hold for a long time, she took my papers the first time and asked me to wait, we waited like 20 min in between receptionist took my referral and proceeded to start walking getting water for herself and having a chat, went there yesterday same thing sort of happened where she took my papers waited 10 min but during this period someone else walking in wanting to make an appointment got seen to straight away and left before us, when you approach them they become very angry with you, the guys inside that do the xrays and ultrasounds so have I have not had any issues with they are great. Wait time for the phones is also high you could wait like 20 min or more at times.

Negative experience: Awful service on the phone to book. He made it so hard and complicated to book a simple ultrasound. I ended up calling another place and they booked me in so helpful in less time than I was on the phone to him. Avoid.

Negative experience: They’ll give you an appointment - but they will never ever ever stick to it. You’ll be waiting an hour.

Negative experience: The on hold customer experience is appalling, It's quicker getting through to the bank. Since you are so busy why not put on an extra phone person to handle customer enquiries rather than have us waiting for half an hour.

Negative experience: In-person service is fine but trying to reach them via phone is ridiculous. No one has ever answered the phone, you are just forever listening to their hold music being told to wait for an operator. It’s like they renovated the clinic and put the phone in a box somewhere and forgot about it. I’m now going to have to travel there with a baby to see what’s happened with her results as they haven’t been uploaded to my health record 6 days later when I was told they’d be ready 3 days ago and she has an appointment with her doctor tomorrow.

Positive experience: The radiology staff and scans staff lovely people but the reception staff need more customers service training,not every one is Asian in Campsie and not everyone do not speak English,the Asian receptionist sure do have a personal complex

Negative experience: Do Not Go Here for your pregnancy scans. I've been enjoying my pregnancy and looking forward to seeing baby at ultrasounds UNTIL TODAY. 2 HOURS wait time after my appointment time, holding in 1L of water for the duration and being told if I go to the bathroom I will NOT be able to do my scan. They've got new software systems in place that's delaying the appointment time but so some reason the pair of young females in front of me in the queue dressed in low cut tops came in expressing that they DON'T have an appointment but were in an "urgent situation" WERE ABLE TO WALK STRAIGHT IN during my allotted appointment time that I booked a month in advance. I have had nothing to eat since 6pm the day prior in preparation for the day's medical exams waiting until 3pm the next day for my appointment holding in my cramped bladder that's being abused by growing baby and a full Liter of water washing around in there. Just go elsewhere for an ultrasound. I had a full emotional breakdown, the first time during my previously blissful pregnancy. Let the cancer patients queue up here, it is not worth it for any of you other pregnant ladies.

Negative experience: I have been coming here for years and satisfied with their services but now, it seems the services have changed. I have a dating scan and breast ultrasound at the same time. Receptionist lady who's wearing a blue veil should perhaps asked me if I prefer a female technician for breast ultrasound since it's a breast and sensitive part of the body for ladies. I presumed she knows it well based on her culture as well. Australia is a multicultural society and should know that not everyone is okay exposing breast to a male technician. And also the male technician should have asked me as well who do I prefer. I don't know the process of breast ultrasound since it is my first time having this kind of ultrasound. They should have informed the client first of how will the procedure goes. The male technician asked me to wear a gown so I assumed that my breast is not exposed until I was there already, lying. And it's too late for me to back out. My bad and mistake that I didn't asked as well but shouldn't be their job and not mine? I feel so ashamed. No one explained me. I've been here for years and everything is so smooth and always in my favor that's why I keep coming here even though I live in Wolli Creek which is far away from Campsie because I am a satisfied customer. But it seems the new hired people is not good in taking care of their customers anymore. I should have read reviews first before deciding to come back again. It never crossed my mind that they would change for the worse. Not definitely coming back again.

Negative experience: I don't understand why they have receptionists. None of them answer the phone, despite the fact the phones really are not that busy; when I was in there, no one was manning the phones. No call backs or booking links and their online booking is abysmal. Had to go there in person to get a booking. Now they won't answer the phone when I call back for results 4 days later.

Fantastic experience: We recently had our second visit to Campsie Imaging Center, and the experience was exceptional. Especially thanks to Has and Alexia. The manager, Has, along with the front desk staff member Alexia, provided us with extraordinary service. They were incredibly caring, compassionate, and thoughtful, really taking the time to listen to our needs and offer outstanding service. As first time parents, we are very excited about our baby. We felt very well cared for; the health and development of our baby could not be in better hands with their advanced technology and loving care.

Negative experience: Very bad experience, paid $225 for unprofessional lady to do my 38 weeks ultrasound for baby. The lady didn't communicate at all, and i had to keep asking questions about the baby measurements and growth. She said this machine doesn't show measurements!!! I paid $225 !! Use another machine it's not my problem. Very Very disappointed pluse the receptionist charged me extra amount on what she told me on the phone. Do not waste your money thir screen very blurry and not advanced machines

Fantastic experience: my wife had an appointment today and we got there 3:30 pm on time, and we had previously asked for a female sonographer. The staff were running late with the patients and the last female sonographer finishes at 4 o'clock when I was still waiting. A male sonographer came to us and apologised for the delay and so kindly he tried to solve the problem by sending us to the Beamish St medical imaging which closes at 5 pm, and where there were 2 female sonographers. Anyways, walking to the car, the kindest sonographer I've ever seen Nicole, followed me and my wife and called me to come back inside and apologized for the delay, even though she finished her shift, she was very happy to get me back in. Thank you so much Nicole I really appreciate what you've done today!

Fantastic experience: Well organised. Front desk has some of the most friendliest people. The rest of the staff were polite and very helpful. The ultrasound member introduced himself as John. He explained everything to me. From the get go I knew exactly what was going to be done and why. He even laughed and made it a fun experience. The Dr who did the injection introduced himself with his full name but said please call me John. He also was light hearted very personable and extremely professional as well. He also explained everything and why. All around it was a fantastic experience! I am telling everyone I come across of this encounter and how amazing the process was made by the wonderful staff there. My deepest thank you to them all.

Fantastic experience: Infrequent visitor, but everytime I go, it hasn't been too busy. Quick reception, quick scans and friendly staff.

Negative experience: I called to book my Heart CT scan as referred by specialist on 04/09/2023. I attached the photo of my referral letter while on the phone to book service. The staff member confirmed me that it will cost $150 and approximate time taken to do the test will be 20 minutes. I organized accordingly from my work place to attend the centre. But when I was waiting to be served, they said the test will cost $450 and it will take two and half hours and the staff member quoted and booked me for wrong test, which is unacceptable from a medical test centre. In addition, it will cost me 3x time more and I have to give explanation to my workplace for the late return. It’s really very inconvenient and unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: They were wonderful, in that I had the unique situation of having to dash out of an appointment for an emergency work meeting 2 weeks ago. I got back to them yesterday. Tracked down the appointment and associated paperwork and 'squeezed' me in without an appointment! Thank you for going above and beyond here folks!

Positive experience: Campsie branch is better when it comes to the waiting time and location and also the reception. The sonographer I got not so much, I feel like he's been dismissive and I honestly was a bit disappointed cos he didn't even spend much time on me during my ultrasound, probably only took 15 minutes and I asked for extra images so I can see my baby but was told that the baby was hiding. He could've tried but he said that's not the purpose of my ultrasound. It wasn't bulk billed so I thought he should've atleast tried given that we haven't been there for long. I understand the referral was not to see how my baby looks like but it would've been great if he had a bit of empathy on my request and atleast TRIED. I will come back to this location but will probably request for a female sonographer next time.

Negative experience: I was very upset when one of the staff that was doing the Ultrasound questioned my privacy and what I’m comfortable with or not, when I pacifically said I’m not okay to be exposed in front a male staff. She was not understandable towards my comfort as a woman. Her behavior put me in a lot of stress. The staff should have acted professionally and respected my wish. And I was shocked to see that the place is not clean. The place is very disappointing of not being well organized and is in a poor hygiene state.

Negative experience: This place needs to be more professional with their bookings and getting people in without delays. When booking someone at 11 or 12pm, people shows up at that time knowing this is the time they will get in but they sit there waiting for more than an hour. People have other things to do in their days. And some are elderly people that can not be comfortable standing or sitting for too long. And when it comes to name calling, they should call the name of the person more than once due to the noise in the place where people are unable to hear clearly. Do not over book if you are unable to get people in time and call the person's name correctly an loudly for them to hear. Let's remember, this place is not an Emergency Department for people to wait more than they should.

Fantastic experience: Thank you for assisting my husband today for his appointment. We had an early appointment and were attended straight away. The staff were friendly and approachable. There's street parking that allows you to park for 2 hours which helped because the appointment usually takes time.

She acted with professionalism, compassion and was absolutely lovely. I think her name was Christina and she did the scan. His appointment was 9.30am today Friday 3/2/23. Second visit here and awesome staff and atmosphere.

Positive experience: All the staff were very nice and did their jobs really well. I was concerned that masks weren’t compulsory, though. Many people crowded in waiting and coughing. I had a 12n appointment for a CT scan. I didn’t get the scan until 1.30. I am 67 and in the covid vulnerable age group. I hated sitting around waiting to go in with people who may have had covid. Not an ideal situation.

Fantastic experience: I had a midday appointment for a Cortisone injection in my knee, I had to wait a longtime and got a bit perturbed. They were very busy and the doctor wanted to inject using CT scan to ensure the best result. It was worth the wait the doctor was brilliant, the reception and other staff were sympathetic and accommodating, so glad I did not blow a fuse, next time being aware and there could be a long delay I will be prepared and patient and park in a better position so as not to stress about getting a fine for overstaying a time limit or other issues, forewarned, happy to wait, real good outcome, not so grumpy next time. The professional attitude combined with the empathy , compassion and kindness , whilst allowing me my dignity was second to none. Fantastic experience: Today I had to take my 87 year old mother for a Bone Density Scan. From the moment I phoned to book the appointment for my mother and when the appointment was finished today, I could not fault them at all.
