Negative experience: AI reception on phone. FARRK even these businesses have me yelling at stupid AI phone receptionists now. How infuriating.

Fantastic experience: Very polite staff from the moment you enter. Very friendly, without being familiar. The technicians are professional, but approachable. And, let you know what’s happening at every step.

Negative experience: Worst experience today. The lady who did for us ultrasound today 19/05/2025 at 2pm learn on how to behave while with your clients. You can’t be on the phone the whole time you are doing ultrasound. Your attitude too is just disgusting. My wife is still traumatised with your actions today. Receptionists should learn more about customer service and relations

Negative experience: Not happy with my experience here yesterday. It doesn't help that although this place is open till 6:00 I can't arrive on time after work where the services I require are available, prompting me to book leave. Considering i called the day before to book an appointment i was told that wouldn't be needed. When I arrived to a filled up lobby I was conscious of time so after confirming twice with the receptionist about the wait time for my xray, they confirmed it would be 5 mins. I proceeded to wait for more than 25 mins before getting up to explain to them I can't wait any longer. They then asked they can check again how much longer but that wouldn't have changed anything. I would've happily left and come back another time had they just be honest. Waiting any longer would led to me missing a flight, not saying you should be relying on theses places to be freely available anyways.

Negative experience: Waited for over an hour without any follow up. All customers that arrived after me were always being called up. Witnessed the staff just kept pushing my referral sheet to the back of the list. I followed up and no action was done. Will not be coming back here for any future scans.

Fantastic experience: Hello Yesterday I attended Hoxton Park Harbour Radiology for the first time. I had to have 3 different tests. I just wanted to say thankyou to all the staff they are friendly efficient and professional. I'm sorry I didn't catch every name of staff But a very special shout out to Iris for her patience care and gentleness towards me especially during a usual very uncomfortable procedure. I also happened to notice how helpful and well they worked together not only to their patients but with each other. Thankyou again and to the staff member that also completed my ultrasound with such gentleness & care. I thankyou Leisa.

Negative experience: I’ve lost confidence in the radiologists here. I’ve had three scans reported as normal or showing no abnormalities, yet scans from other facilities have identified a medical condition.

First time i feel welcome as a customer in Australia since i moved from NZ, as most places we went is always a grumpy or look down facial expression, today i saw smiley and happy faces of all 3 receptionists towards the customers also amongst themselves. Negative experience: unprofessional gossipy receptionists. Maybe its the weekend workers l dont know. Ive been here twice and first time on a monday everything was fine they were nice little lost and clueless but polite. On sunday they were very rude for no reason. Have a look at low reviews they are all correct. I suggest you make everyone wear nice big name tags so people can name and remove the problems.

Negative experience: I recently had my first ultrasound at Hoxton Park on July 3rd at 1:30pm, and the experience was disappointing. The technician who performed the ultrasound was mean and heartless, making it clear that she wanted us out of the room as quickly as possible. She mumbled throughout the procedure, making it difficult for my partner and me to understand her. We were in the room for barely two minutes. At one point, someone knocked on the door, and she left us. When we asked if we could hear the baby's heartbeat, she provided false information, claiming the machines were too weak and that it was harmful to hear the heartbeat. I gave this review 2 stars only because the receptionist was nice and we didn't have to wait for our appointment.

Then you can log into their account and see your scans and results online. Very handy. Plenty of restrooms inside and heaps of parking outside. Located next door to Aldi so you can't miss them

They even let me choose the music I listened too inside the mri machine

Fantastic experience: Called today, with an urgent referral for my doctor and after having no luck anywhere else, the really polite receptionist reassured me and they managed to squeeze me in (on a Saturday)! I arrived a few mins before my appointment and was in and out within 5 minutes. The doctor and receptionist were all lovely and supportive! Highly recommend! I will be back!

The radiographers always go to extra lengths to make sure I am comfortable with everything. I have medical PTSD and I don't feel bad going to Hoxton Park Radiology at all. They are great!
