Fantastic experience: I had a great experience today. Neha was incredibly patient as I struggled to log into my Medicare app. She kindly offered to check my records directly and, in no time, but finally I got my app worked. She made the process smooth and stress free. The centre being quite busy, everything flowed efficiently. It’s clear they have a solid system in place, and the staff were all very professional, friendly and helpful. The lady who performed my ultrasound was especially kind. She used warm gel during the procedure which I’d never experienced before and it made the whole process much more comfortable. The level of care shown by the staff really stood out. In addition, there are two entrances, one through the building and another from the street side carpark (see attached photo).

Fantastic experience: The patient interaction in this clinic is simply THE BEST. All the staff are extremely professional courteous efficient and friendly. They go out of their way to explain procedures which makes a huge difference. My wife had an MRI scan today and they took the trouble to inform us why they were running late. Unlike some clinics where you can be waiting indefinitely and no one cares. We highly recommend this place.
Negative experience: Arrived on time, waited in line for 15 minutes, got told that I will have to wait another 45 minutes cuz they are running late. Could have called me and cancelled, instead wasted my time. This is not the first time it happened, I will never get to this place.

Fantastic experience: I was able to book in for an urgent MRI at short notice and the staff were very helpful. The radiographer, Marlene was very lovely and made me feel at ease throughout the process. I’d definitely go back to this radiology clinic given how nice the facilities and care was.

Fantastic experience: I encountered a payment problem at the front desk, but the radiologist (possibly the manager at the time) handled it with excellent problem-solving skills. He was very patient in explaining the situation to me and found a way to resolve the issue, offering me two options. His professionalism and leadership were truly commendable. I really appreciate his help and highly recommend this clinic! I give 5 stars to the radiologist.
Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience at Norwest Synergy Radiology today. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The radiologists were patient and took the time to explain everything to me, which I really appreciated. There was a temporary issue with the CT machine, and the staff were proactive in organising an alternative location just 5 minutes away so that I wouldn’t have to reschedule. Thankfully, they managed to get the machine working, and I was able to complete everything in one visit. Their professionalism and commitment to patient care really stood out. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Alex in X-ray was absolutely gentle caring young lady I have meet. I went in for my 6 week scan after back surgery and Alex was so caring even to the point to help me get dressed and helped me with putting on my shoes I couldn’t have ask for a better person who absolutely cared. Fantastic experience: I attended an appointment here at norwest on the 24/10 at 9 am Had the best experiance for that i like to thank the radiologiest her name is Fawzia who was very pilot and nice. After the precedure i didn't feel good but Fawzia and there was another radiologiest Hopefully im not mistaken his name( Dan) ، they did everything to make sure im ok to go home، they offered everything from biscuits to coffee، they were coming back and forth to check up on me till i felt better and left I would love to thank them both. At first when i got there waiting in the line but the reciptionist did not aknowledge me at all . But once i went in thoes people turned not so good experiance to a great one. Keep up the great job you guys doing
Negative experience: My wife was treated very poorly by the radiologist. This Asian lady was rough and impatient and looked like she wanted to go home. My wife felt very uncomfortable with her as if we held her up from going home or we owed her money. She was very disrepectful and should be reprimanded. We have had good experiences with Synergy elsewhere but this is the worst experience ever. Will not recommend this practice.
Fantastic experience: I have been treated here for various severe musculoskeletal injuries for the past 10/12 years. My appointments, except for once are always on time. That's an awesome record for the length of time that I have been treated there. Dr Tej Dugal is a fantastic doctor, extremely easy going and approachable. The rooms are always clean, they don't have that horrible hospital smell and the staff are very polite. Seats are clean and comfortable, a huge TV also free WiFi. Plus a small area for children to play. The CT staff are exceptional, the girls Sam, Celine and Jane do their job without problem. I have to give a special mention to Quoc, IMHO the most easy going, chilled out dude I have met in one of these established medical practices. He always remembers my name and always looks after me even when on the rare occasions things don't go to plan. Overall I would recommend Norwest Medical Imaging as the place to go to get your CT guided injections and whatever else that your doctor refers for you in order to relieve your symptoms and pain. 10 out of 10.

Fantastic experience: Unfortunately I didn't catch their names but yesterday I had the two most lovely staff helping me with my MRI (it was around 3pm on 24/09). I was so terrified and they were so patient and calming and so reassuring. I really did not think I was going to be able to do it being so scared and claustrophobic but they were so accommodating and even let my partner sit in with me. I am so grateful.

Fantastic experience: Very well run, very professional & thorough, & they won't put you through anything test/x-ray/procedure that you don't need to do. They have toilets, water (both cold & room temp), & an overall pleasant environment to attend.

Fantastic experience: Had the most lovely experience here at Radiology Center. Receptionist was so nice and made me feel very comfortable and at ease as it was my very first time coming here. Negative experience: Norwest Medical Imaging's phone lines frequently go unanswered, causing patients to endure excessively long wait times of over 20 minutes, which is incredibly inconvenient. Although , All staff are absolutely helpful & great customer service.
Negative experience: Noone picks the phone for booking. Automated music with message that they are busy and will pick the phone when they can. 1st day 4 hrs hold and 2nd day 2 hrs hold since 8 am. Even filled the online booking form but nobody responded Finally went to the clinic, 5 recpetion staff were there, noone was on the phone. Showed them the call is still on hold but they still said we are busy and you have to make online booking. I said that I already filled the online form but reception staff wasnt ready to listen. This practice booking system is ridiculous and no regards to good patient customer service. Eventually, made the booking for 1 week later appointment while i was there.

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank Carmen the lady who went above and beyond to access my records and set up my appointment for a Dexa scan and X rays also both of the technicians everyone was very professional.
Negative experience: The waiting time to get the call through to your office is way too long each and every time. This has offset the services you provided no matter how good because we cannot reach you.
Fantastic experience: Both Maria (at the desk) and Connie (technician) are amazing! For someone who’s never been comfortable with MRI/ CT scans, I felt very much at ease, and confident to talk about my concerns with them. Such a wonderful crew, soooo friendly even when they were clearly up way too early in the morning (my appointment was at 6am!!)

Fantastic experience: Had the best experience the other day with Kim who did my shoulder ultrasound. Very professional, very caring and who went above and beyond for me. Dr Tej Dugal is the best doctor at giving cortisone injections. Won’t go any where else, Dr Dugal has done quite a few injections on me now. I’ve had bad experiences in the past at other radiology centres, not anymore, now Synergy Radiology will always get my business. Great team, reception staff are super lovely too.
Fantastic experience: Efficient front desk staff and medical team for X-rays and Ultrasounds. Easy to make a booking either over the phone or online. X-rays can walk in with no appointment. Not a lot of parking.
Negative experience: The staff were really nice, especially the receptionist, but you had to wait for a very long time for you turn, which is not going to be helpful if you're in a rush. I waited 45 minutes for my Xray and another 15 minutes to complete. We were running late to pick up my younger sister from her school. - - Zac A very nice medical center. But a bit disappointed on the long wait. Understand there could be a long wait in an imaging center. But you won't expect a walk-in appointment to be waited for 45 minutes. It happened to me as well in this center. A while ago though. A smart queuing system could be helpful :P

Fantastic experience: I had my MRI done today at Synergy Radiology, Norwest. I was feeling nervous as I am claustrophobic and the Radiologist dealt me very nicely, gave me options and made my scan pleasant. Thanks for her. Fantastic experience: The place is very busy and while they are a walk in, I'd recommend going in the earlier part of the day due to it's popularity. They are very professional, very prompt and very efficient. Great staff and very no fuss. I travelled 45 mins each way to get my scans and would definitely do it again (if I had to get a scan).

Fantastic experience: I am unlucky enough to be a bit of a frequent flyer at Norwest Radiology, but each time the staff have been kind, respectful, helpful and friendly. Appointments are simple to get. And they download your scans and reports to an app so you always have access. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this service for quite a few years now. The staff members are superb! Both the reception team and technician. They are super friendly, very knowledgeable and not above spending time to explain in the simplest terms what the procedure will do and what is the likely outcome. So you dont feel like a number, but a patient whos well being at the front and center of this practice. They are always busy, so kudos to them for keeping sanity intact! Highly recommend!!!!

Fantastic experience: I always choose Norwest Imaging because they consistently demonstrate professionalism, starting with the welcoming receptionist who greets patients, to the radiologists who provide timely reports. I have never experienced long waiting times; on the contrary, they always try to assist if I arrive early. I would particularly like to acknowledge the sonographer Rebecca, whose amazing professional and interpersonal skills made me feel at ease and relaxed during the test. Fantastic experience: I have been here to do my mammogram for the first time. Obviously I was too nervous! The staff were so professional. Treating all the patients with dignity and respect. Very happy with my experience. Saying that, it wasn’t my first time being in this service .once in 2020 I was here for a test too! Even at time I felt very special with how staff treated me! Fantastic experience: Went in for a Cardiac CT. I was met by a lovely nurse who assessed me and inserted a cannula totally pain free Then when walked into the Scanner the Radiology team were excellent and before I knew it they let me know my scan was finished. Fantastic experience: Went to get X-ray and ultrasound of knee. They were quick and very helpful. Able to assist with an early result to doctor within 2 days. Staff were even happy to provide some idea of issue.

Negative experience: Staff were nice, but they make you undress, then go sit in a corridor with people all around you. My cape didn’t cover my back so I wore two capes front and back. It was still awkward to have to sit in a busy public corridor waiting for your scan. Maybe slow down the intake, and build more change rooms people can wait in, so they don’t have to wait out in the corridor half dressed with people walking around them? There were only 4 change rooms with approx 8-10 people waiting or undressing. I came out of my scan and there were no rooms available to change back into my clothes. A poor man hiding in his change rooms waiting for his scan offered to come out half dressed so I could change, but I told him I would wait.

Fantastic experience: The last few visits have been really great. There was little to no wait at reception to check in the past two times, and then only 5-10 minute wait to be seen by the friendly and professional sonographers. Each time everything was explained really well. I especially like the ability to make an appointment via text, as well as receiving the results via the My Health app.

Fantastic experience: Been using this centre throughout my wife’s pregnancy and a couple of unfortunate injuries I’ve had to suffer. The experience has always been extremely positive. The staff are really courteous and knowledgeable. Most importantly, the appointments are almost always on time too. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Very professional, from the moment of entering the facility, they were very courteous. Parking was under the building, and staff (under training) was assisted by a senior member who kept me informed of the waiting time and also where the reports were being sent and whether physical copies were to be provided or not. Negative experience: It took three weeks and multiple phone calls to get them to post my scan results on their patient portal. They finally tried to tell my it's up to the doctor to release the results, which is both untrue and actually illegal. I had to threaten to report them to Medicare to get them to back down. Even then they resisted. Too difficult. Will not use them again.

Fantastic experience: I went there to make an appointment and I was lucky there had been a cancellation. I was booked in later that morning. I have been in considerate pain and was given a guided cortisone injection. There was a short delay as they were extremely busy, but I was advised and lady was very apologetic about it. Dr and Ultrasound technician were great and attended to my injury.

Everything was seamless and five star from ease of booking, reception customer service, caring and courteous attitude of technicians and timely and thorough reports. Fantastic experience: I was able to make an appointment for an xray, CT imaging and ultrasound all on the same day of phoning for appointment. The receptionist on the call was extremely helpful, she even called back to inform me of a cancellation, which meant I could have all 3 procedures carried out at same time. From reception staff, sonographer and radiographer they were all very helpful and professional .

Negative experience: 1 star for customer service, had a 430 booking, called twice to let them know I was running 10mins late stuck in traffic, they said was ok, then updated wuth 2nd call to say late 15mins, was told they could not see me at all today??

Negative experience: Arrived before the scheduled appt time.. and have had to wait for 30 minutes before they could attend to me. Unable to keep to appointment times given making it hard for working people to be able to stick to work commitments and time taken off work to attend to the appointment. Experience both times I have been to this centre. The 2nd time was even more hard as I was made to wait for 30 minutes with a full bladder for scan..

Positive experience: Long wait even if you have a set appt. Expect to be there an hour longer. Friendly staff and quick results. Took 1 day to get them back, they said I'd be waiting two.
Fantastic experience: Excellent customer service. I tried to book elsewhere but earliest I could get was 2 weeks. Visited these guys in person and they managed to fit me in today, and cancel the other appointment. Despite the short notice I was only here for about an hour. Very professional staff.

Fantastic experience: Very pleasant staff, and the nurse who put my cannula in was a pro - I didn't feel a thing. The staff were patient and kindly explained everything to me that I was going to experience. If you need any medical imaging done, I would highly recommend Norwest Medical Imaging.

Fantastic experience: I have been to Norwest Medical Imaging many times during my current pregnancy and have found the staff to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I have found Celeste who greets you on arrival lovely, she always checks on me whilst I wait to be called to check I’m comfortable. The administration staff are kind and polite as are the sonographers. Fantastic Radiology Company at reasonable prices which to quality service and care.

Fantastic experience: Upon arrival a lovely lady assisted us and helped us complete paperwork. The young lady doing our bone density scans was very patient and very helpful to my wife who was in a wheelchair. A very good experience and wonderful people.

Negative experience: General I find this practise amazing. And have been coming here for years. The staff are always so lovely, caring & kind. Today was no different except the wait time was 40 mins. If they were running 40 mins late why was I not notified earlier? I had to fast for my procedure & arrange to be picked up. Disappointed

Fantastic experience: Visited Synergy Radiology today, the staff members were very friendly and helpful. The whole process from getting my car parked to exiting the centre was a smooth one. The radiologist who did my ultrasound was very patient with my questions and kept me informed throughout the process. Highly recommend the team at Synergy Bellavista!

Negative experience: I’m very disappointed that you don’t bulk bill MRIs for over 50’s and if this is not your doing, why the price is not reduced for over 50’s to help compensate. Additionally, when I explained that I needed to have both knees MRI’d I was told it would cost double the price. I get that it is two scans, and it extends the time on site, but you are already there, so an additional charge I agree with, but charging double….I’ll ensure I ask our GP to use an alternative provider. It may make no difference to your business, but take my comments onboard…you asked me to comment.
Thank you Lee for your feedback. We do take this onboard. In 2018 Medicare removed the billing for those patients aged 50 and over for any MRI knee referred by a GP. For those patients over 50 referred by a GP we do charge a non rebatable fee. Our fees enable our company to continue to provide the highest possible patient care and invest in our staff and technology for the future. We understand that when patients first hear how much it costs for an MRI it can be a surprise as this is not a commonly incurred fee. Our fees are set after a great deal of investigation with patients and quality of care in mind.
Positive experience: First up rang and chose call back. That was 10.28. No response at 12.27 so rang direct. After a short 6 minute wait I was told to come along and the wait for an ultrasound would be short. The wait was short and procedure was very well done and explained. Hope this helps.

Fantastic experience: I'm so encouraged by the help of staff with a beautiful south Africana accent that came to me in line and helped me instantly with paper work + The staff and Dr doing my epidural and the beautiful nurse going about altrasound on my ankle thank you to all great work well done.

Fantastic experience: I went for an U/S today and was so glad they could accomodate me on last minute. I usually go to Rouse Hill which is close to home but was re-directed to Norwest and they did not disappoint. Everyone was polite and helpful. Also happy that I didn't have to wait long (everyone knows how uncomfortable it is with full bladder could be) so thank you very much! Lei (i hope I got her name right) my sonographer, she was amazing all through out my session, she reassured me that we could see what I was hoping for :-)

Positive experience: I have been happy with Synergy Radiation previously although it now seems like it is just a money making concern. Was told upon booking that my MRI procedure had gone up in price and then asked at least 3 times on arrival if I was aware of the charge. If I needed an intravenous dye injection then that would be an extra charge although I was given no choice when the nurse tried to put in a cannula anyway. I had been fasting for 6 hours, not even any water and my veins are deep and tiny so after a couple of unsuccessful attempts, they gave up.

Fantastic experience: I have being going to this medical imaging centre for at least 5 years now. The staff are amazing and each time I have gone here I have made a booking, turned up and am in and out within an hour. Love how the run the place. Never had a problem.

Fantastic experience: I created a chat online and booked my appointment and my son’s via sms. The staff member who assisted me was friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions regarding billing and preparation. The process was very easy and suited me well. Once I arrived for the appointment the staff were lovely also. Fantastic experience: From the beginning, my experience with Norwest Medical Imaging was terrific. The staff there were professional, polite and knowledgeable.
