Negative experience: Absolute terrible serve from the receptionist to the sonographer. Outdated equipment, the list goes. They’re in the business for money not for care or compassionate of their clients. EDITED - I don’t know why youlooking up my name with all my personal information was necessary. The appointment was for my pregnant wife.

Negative experience: First attendance and I will never return. Waiting 50 minutes for a ultrasound with a full bladder. I have never had this happen at radiology practice where I've had to wait more then 15 minutes for this test. I have residual pelvic and stomach pain as result. Do not recommend this place for an ultrasound

Fantastic experience: Hello everyone, My name is Arminder . I have been using the services of Rouse Hill Synergy radiology and always had good experience.I had X Ray of my arm on 10/06/25 .The Radiologist Lachlan was highly professional. He observed abnormality in the X ray . He immediately told me to go back to the doctor. He was exceptionally good at his work, he realised the urgency of the results and promptly sent to my doctor. Because of his intelligence and foresight, I managed to see orthopaedic on the same day.

Fantastic experience: I would like to say thank you to Louise. I had a pregnancy scan yesterday and we were prepared for the worse. Louise did an amazing job and a little heart beat was detected this time around. To say that I was super emotional is an understatement. Fantastic experience: Best Experience at Synergy Radiology At Rouse hill. my dad was there for the CT scan.. Extremely thankful to Josh for making this experience very easy.. Negative experience: Too many staff at the front, yet no one was helpful. I waited 40 minutes with a full bladder for a simple ultrasound — I nearly peed myself. I won’t go again!

Negative experience: I had an extremely disappointing experience with this radiology clinic. I booked an urgent ultrasound appointment over the phone, received confirmation via message, and even attached my referral with the booking. Since it was urgent, I made arrangements for someone to pick up my kids and arrived on time. However, upon arrival, I was told that they could only perform the CT scan and not the ultrasound due to staff shortages. The receptionist took nearly 30 minutes just to consult with her manager, only to come back and tell me I had to either wait 2-3 hours or reschedule for the next day. The entire process was handled poorly—there was no communication about the staffing issue beforehand, the reception staff seemed confused, and their attitude was unprofessional and rude. This level of mismanagement is unacceptable, especially when dealing with urgent medical needs. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone looking for reliable and professional service.

Fantastic experience: I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible experience my partner had at Synergy Radiology Rouse Hill. My wife, who is highly claustrophobic, had previously undergone an MRI at another center, and the experience was nothing short of traumatic. The way the specialist handled her added to her fear, leaving her with lasting anxiety. So, understandably, we both approached Synergy with hesitation and dread. But from the moment we walked in, everything changed. Cheralee, the MRI specialist, was absolutely remarkable. She exuded such compassion, patience, and understanding that it instantly put my wife at ease. Her approach was not only professional but deeply humane—something we didn’t expect but are incredibly grateful for. Cheralee took the time to explain everything, reassured my wife, and provided consistent support throughout the process, which made the entire experience so much more positive than we could have imagined. And let’s not forget Noah, Cheralee’s co-pilot, who played a vital role in this amazing experience. Together, they make an outstanding team—efficient, caring, and dedicated. We truly felt as though my wife’s comfort was their top priority, and their combined efforts turned what could have been a distressing event into a truly positive one. Fantastic experience: I went into Synergy at Rouse Hill today for an ultrasound and arrivedearly. I had to wait in line for a little bit was then served. I was amazed at how nice, friendly and professional the staff were. I remarked to the person doing the ultrasound how nice everyone is. Fantastic experience: I would not have been able to do my MRI if it wasn’t for Dan. He talked me through everything and was calm when I panicked going into the machine. Pulled me out, helped calm me down and get back in there and supported me and communicated with me what was happening at every point whilst I was in there.

Fantastic experience: The reception staff were welcoming and very friendly, making the check in process smooth and stress free. The doctor who performed my CT scan was extremely professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure. I was especially impressed by the efficiency of the entire visit. Negative experience: DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS BUSINESS. I called several times, and each time, i waited 20 minutes, but there was still no answer. They keep you waiting, and no one attends the call waiting. The staff are rude and unprofessional. They're too busy chatting away, and when approached to ask a question, they respond rudely. Highly NOT recommended.

Fantastic experience: Came in this morning and had fasted for my test. Made a mistake with my booking, but this wonderful lady Emma at the front desk helped me out. She managed to fit me in for today and being a Saturday it’s very busy and they don’t allow walk-ins but she still put me in after asking the technicians at the back so thanks to them as well. May be a bit of a wait but I’m happy to wait Highly recommend but yes expect the wait with or without bookings

Negative experience: Extremely Slow, Disorganized, and Unprofessional!!! We had an 09:30 MRI appointment today and arrived early at 09:00, but we didn’t receive the MRI until 10:30. When we booked the appointment, the man on the phone told us he would try to get our previous report for us. However, when we arrived, the radiologist asked us to provide the report ourselves, which was frustrating since it had already been discussed. While the receptionist was friendly and helpful, the two male radiologists were dismissive and unprofessional. One of the radiologists had a heavy accent, which made it difficult for us to understand him. When we got confused and asked for clarification, he became impatient and showed a rude attitude towards us, adding to the frustration. There was no explanation for the long delays, and the whole process felt chaotic. We lost track of how much time was wasted. I wouldn’t recommend this facility due to poor time management, lack of communication, and rude behaviour from some staff members.

Negative experience: I came here for a follow up scan but the results were shocking and inaccurate. My experience during the scan was unpleasant as well. I dont recommend this practice if you wanna have inaccurate results.

Positive experience: The lady doing ultrasound on 4th Oct 2024 around 1.45pm was outright rude!! Is it so hard to simply hear out patients? Even if they may unintentionally repeat something they already said? Do you really have to say things like "Oh I already heard you when you said that the first time". Fantastic experience: Very impressed. There was a little incident in the waiting room with 2 male patients and a few male staff came out to oversee it. The problem was solved quickly. They also have staff that can speak other languages.

Positive experience: Service on the day was excellent. However my report is ready, it had been sent to my GP and specialist but won’t be available until 9:18pm tomorrow, and then sent me a message at 7:30am this morning saying I could view my results online! I want to check my report to know if I need to book with the specialist or just go see my physio and when I called they said they can’t make it available to me any sooner. So I am expected to waste money and time on an appointment for them to tell me what is on a report and IF i need an appointment when I should be able to see myself. If I do need to book something in I wasted days as they will only make it available to me on a Saturday.

Negative experience: I received a referral from my GP for an appendix ultrasound on Friday, 9 August.on calling up the synergy radiology rouse hill, the staff said it was urgent to be done and I should arrive in 10 mins. On enquiring if I needed to email the referral immediately as it was on email, she said no need.you just come in and we will tend to you asap and squeeze you in. I immediately left and on arrival was asked to email the referral. When I faced technical issues and was unable to email it out - I was told unfortunately you need to email this to us as we can't proceed otherwise. I highlighted the urgency as mentioned to me by the staff in her team yet I was asked to somehow email it through. I tried again through other email id and it went through. This was at 1:20 -1:25 pm. I am waiting still at 2:15 pm without any call out. Weird how urgent patients are made to wait… or was it the service staff over exaggerating over the call that its urgent and we will tend asap pls arrive in 10 mins!! Not sure… but disappointed. They usually used to be good… my fourth visit here. I am a single mum and responsibilities for my sons tuitions and activities. Feeling stuck and annoyed

Fantastic experience: I Went here for a morphology scan had an amazing experience. Sonographer, RACHEL was the best i had ever seen. She was super polite and so-much into what she was doing and focused on clients. I was very impressed with the service she provided and also the receptionist was nice. Negative experience: Disgusting service. They called us, saying they had received our referral. The man who called said if we came straight away it shouldnt take long for an ultra scan for suspected deep vein thrombosis after my husband had a double knee replacement. The poor man waited almost 2 hrs. He wanted to leave so mant times as he couldnt sit in their hot waitingcroom without intense pain and there was no whete to put his legs up. They ate now swollen!!! We asked why it took so long and were told that we had been "slotted in" and that the idiot who called us didnt even look to see how full the waiting room was. No care, no compassion, just dollars!!! No appointments, just cram you in and make you wait NEVER COME HERE

Hi Linda, Thank you for taking the time to speak to our Practice manager regarding your experience. This scan is considered an urgent scan and for this reason we did ask your husband to attend as quickly as possible without an appointment to ensure he did not have a life threatening condition. We do require appointments for other ultrasounds. While it may have felt like 2 hours, we did perform in just over an hour of your husband attending the practice. We acknowledge that the initial communication regarding wait times should have been clearer. We have spoken with the staff involved to ensure this we improve on this in the future. Our waiting room is quite a large waiting room. If patients feel warm or uncomfortable in the waiting room we are happy for patients to let us know. We will do our best to make the patient more comfortable. While we aim to manage patient flow effectively, unforeseen circumstances such as walk-in services can impact wait times. Please rest assured that providing quality care remains our priority, and we continuously work to improve our processes.

Fantastic experience: Had my child's X-ray done here around 4:30pm and asked if they could email the results to my doctor ASAP and they emailed the result to my doctor within an hour and sent me a SMS informing that the results have been sent. I have used their services before and they are very professional and very efficient. I would highly recommend them.

Positive experience: This is my usual radiology ive gone to for years. Whilst their inhouse services are fantastic their communication via phones and callback systems is appalling! I have been trying to contact them for 4days with messages left and call back option chosen and they haven’t responded yet. And when they do call it’s late at night when your with family. They really need to just employ someone who does phones and customer service. I know they are busy but this side of the customer service isn’t working for them.

Negative experience: To whom it may concern , I would like to formally complain about the sonographer my son had at his appointment on Wednesday afternoon. On Wednesday my 8 month old son needed to have an X-ray and Ultraosund on his hips to check their improvement as they had concerns at birth. He had this ultrasound at SYNERGY RADIOLOGY (Rouse Hill) , the X-ray was first and had a lovely lady who scanned him & she was so patient (as you can imagine an 8 month old baby moves around a lot ) After that we waited a while for his ultrasound & then we were called in , the man was quiet and didn’t say a lot . I had my brother jacob there with me for support as jaiden (fiancé) had work. The start of the ultrasound was okay , my son stayed still and jacob held my phone with the wiggles playing on it but after a while Harlow started wriggling (as he did for the X-ray) WELL as he moved the man who was doing the ultrasound used his full force and grabbed my son little leg so hard that my son screamed , now this was a scream of pain as he never screams like this - I asked can it hurt him and he ignored me , the rest of the ultrasound my son cried until finally I was able to pick him up and cuddle him and ensure him that he was safe , when we got out of there and to the car jacob and I noticed my son had 2 red handprints on each of his thighs (which proved to us that he had been hurt) I wish I walked out of that room the moment he hurt my son but I was truthfully in utter shock and kept saying to my brother do you think he hurt him? Do you think he meant to hurt him? Both of us just in shock.

Fantastic experience: I was really impressed with the service of Rouse Hill medical imaging. We went on a Sunday night for my son’s MRI and the receptionist was so friendly and helpful. He really had great energy and made us feel very well looked after. Also was impressed with the radiologist. I highly recommend this place. And it is bulk billed which is really helpful, especially in this economy!

Negative experience: Booked for a 9am appointment for my ultrasound, had to wait for an hour before it happened. Wish they could tell me there’s an hour waiting time so I could at least come back later rather than wasting my time sitting around in the waiting room. Negative experience: This review is about poor customer service and not about a technician or doctor working at this place. They have around 6 - 8 ( I counted it) staff at front (3 on left side while another 3 on middle ) and while some are taking patients details the majority are just talking with each other and I noticed that while I was waiting there for my turn. However, if you call this place they will immediately tell you that they are busy with other customers and ask you to leave numbers for them to call you. So like all other radiology where staff actually pickup phone and give you appointment or tell you when your results will be ready this place simply won't pick your phone to assis at a time you need them but instead they will call you when they are free (this is my experience). In medical business patients go to the doctor/radiologist when they need it and the doctor/radiologist admin staff not going to help when you need them then what is the point of going there? The owner of the business should change their practices and start picking up the phone because for you it is another day but for the patient who is eagerly waiting to know the status it is a big deal and significant disappointment when no one picks up the phone. I will definitely tell my GP not to send patients to the practice who has around 6 - 7 front desk staff but still no one pickups the phone. I have no issue with the service provided by the technician or the equipment used at this place.

Fantastic experience: Pleasant staff. My doctor sent me here as they bulk bill, which is much appreciated however I’m not too sure it’s worth the two and a half hour wait. Perhaps a phone call to let their patients know would be a good idea. I now understand though that it’s practically impossible to predict how long each person will require to be scanned, so waiting is pretty much par for the course. Fantastic experience: Lovely team!!! … my 10yr old son need x-rays and ultrasound From the moment we walk-in we were serve by a lovely lady who try to accommodate our needs . We had to wait a bit but did not mind when service and communication was provided. Then a young lady in the x-rays department truely took her time to explain my son the process and the lady in the ultrasound department was very approachable and very empathetic with my son’s concerns. Positive experience: Yesterday, my radiology procedure went well. The radiology technicians were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel relaxed before, during, and after the procedure. However, I noticed some areas where improvements could be made to enhance the patient's comfort in this clinic. Primarily, I faced issues with the reception call attendance when I attempted to call enquiring about my appointment process and seeking advice. Unfortunately, there was no one picking up calls. I tried a couple of times. Although there was a call-back option, the person would call back after hours of my message, which was often during my work meetings, making it impossible to pick up the call. Due to this inconvenience, I struggled to connect with anyone before my appointment. During my visit to the clinic, I noticed that the seating arrangements and overall waiting comfort level were relatively poor when compared to other similar clinics in Sydney. I suggest that you consider providing comfortable seating options for patients who have been affected by the procedure medications and may be feeling tired. Installing sofa or armchair-type chairs in the inside patients-only waiting area would be a good idea, as I personally had difficulty sitting upright both before and after my procedure. Also, please make sure the patients have a option for their privacy. Please be mindful of the TV channels you choose to play in the clinic. Sick individuals may find it distressing to watch war and other disturbing scenes while waiting for their medical appointments. It is recommended to choose something more pleasant to play on the TV instead. Thank you!

Positive experience: Hi. Today I attended the Rouse Hill medical imaging. I found the staff on site very friendly. The technicians and medical professionals were clear with their instructions and took care of my needs. It was a very quick visit for me. I have given 4 stars as the information provided over the phone during booking the appointment was not accurate. I needed to get a x-ray and MRI. The person who booked the appointment told me that I'll be charged $40. If I didn't want to pay, the doctor should mark my referral with bulk billing. The specialist office did not agree with this.

Fantastic experience: Good communication from check in staff. Waiting time was minimal despite booking in on the same day. Was advised that they were running a bit behind schedule but that they often catch up and that they did. Radiologists also communicated well, performed efficiently & demonstrated proficiency.

Fantastic experience: I'm extremely claustrophobic and was very apprehensive and reluctant to get a CT coronary angiogram done! Jo Hurtado was absolutely unbelievable, he spoke to me for over half an hour on the phone, explaining the procedure the day before the scan. On the day of the scan, he spoke to me yet again for about 20 minutes, putting me at ease. And giving me Valium :) He counted down the 15 seconds it takes for the scan, which was great! Without Jo's help, I don't think I could have got this done!! Thanks again Jo, and sorry I took so long to post this review. Respect and gratitude!

Positive experience: Clean and wait wasn’t too long to get an X-ray. Staff was pleasant but no procedure of where to line up to be served. Could be better organised when u have to stand on a broken foot. Only thing is that it takes a while to get the results to the dr which I found a bit of an inconvenience when it was Friday when I got my X-ray done and previous X-ray place I went to was able to at least give me the image by the end of the day. Had to chase up on results which they said should be sent via text as well when it should be done and they told me Dr report has been sent out but my dr still hadn’t received it. Makes follow up appointment challenging delay my treatment options

Negative experience: Worst experience ever!!! Do not go here for any type of pregnancy ultrasound !! at my 20 week ultrasound the lady told me my baby looked “slow” and had a big head and big body … this made me cry … and my ultrasound was labeleled completely healthy and normal by the ultrasound specialist who is actually able to comment on these things !!! These people are not qualified to make such horrible comments let alone any comments!! I have carried this through my whole pregnancy, it really upset me!! Very unprofessional and traumatic to tell a hormonal pregnant lady things that make her feel something is wrong with her baby !!

Fantastic experience: I just wanted to leave a review for any women going through a similar experience. I just had my first vaginal ultrasound. I was meant to just have a general pelvic ultrasound but my bladder wasn't big enough so vaginal was an option offered to me. The ultrasonographer (Maan?) was so beautifully professional. He ensured I was comfortable, totally respectful, and was super gentle - I could hardly feel the probe. I know vaginal ultrasounds can often be scary, especially when you have had trauma experiences, but please know that my experience with Synergy was a totally positive one due to the professionalism shown to me throughout this imaging. Thank you Maan (sorry if I got your name wrong) for giving a good name to your gender. I also loved the booking process and being able to do it via text message. The responses were super prompt and was a great option for those who experience anxiety around making phone calls.

Negative experience: Really disappointed! Was there on Monday. I was having a CT Scan. I was hustled through there so quickly with no foresight into the pain I was suffering. Sushame! waSuch a shame to be treated like an animal! the main issue to me was that patients in distress were being treated in a common room. This is a private medical centre, heavily subsidised by Medicare. You would expect such treatment in a public place but not in a private enterprise such as this. Young attendants obviously with no empathy asking loudly what symptoms the patients were experiencing. Asked loudly what their issues were, no privacy allocated. At one point there were 6 people being triaged together and nothing was personal or confidential. One patient was even put on a heart monitoring machine in front of everyone else waiting there. Just rude to a point of disappointment. might as well go to the public system. Shame on your services!

Positive experience: I have good and also unhappy experiences. The good one relates to fast and excellent services. For example I emailed Angela Micalizzi many times for various reasons and she was responding professionally and quickly. There was time she was not at work but responding to my email and or promising to follow up next day. To me Angela is a real Angel. I am disappoints because I was told my MRI report be ready in a couple of days and to be sent to me and my specialist. I visited my specialist Doctor a week later to find out that the report is not prepared yet and have to visit the doctor again at another day. It means stress for me and specialist visit charges.

Fantastic experience: Staff were friendly and welcoming, I had a male for my pelvic ultrasound who made me feel very comfortable. Very happy with my visit as always when I use synergy radiology.

Positive experience: Wonderful staff, great facilities. Unfortunately they’ve had to introduce excess charges to ultrasounds and some other services that were bulk billed, over and above Medicare costs (over $150 out of pocket) quotes for a shoulder ultrasound guided injection. This makes it impossible for some families to now use their services as they can’t afford these costs.

Fantastic experience: The MRI technician was very knowledgeable and aware of my needs and accessibility issues due to poor mobility. He was respectful of me being on pension and ensured that the correct flims were taken whilst I was on the examination table. Fantastic experience: Outstanding care and service from the moment I walked in. I had a semi urgent need for scan and was seen immediately. Outstanding care by each person who saw me, scanned me and organised immediate results to be sent to my doctor by tomorrow. I can’t fault anything of Rouse Hill medical imaging.

Fantastic experience: Seems a very well run place. Quite a large operation, parking not bad, probably barely enough when super busy. All the staff were quite friendly, plenty of room in the waiting area. Didn't really have to wait too long either. Zero complaints, would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: We came for an MRI scan today. We didn’t wait much for our pre-booked appointment & instructions were given clearly by the receptionist. Staffs we came across were all very helpful & friendly, and the place & facilities feel welcoming! But the best part was, there was no gap fee to pay! Can’t ask more than a perfect place for doing this!
