Fantastic experience: I had my makeup done for my partner’s son’s wedding by Alicia at Highlands Laser and Beauty yesterday. I immediately felt welcomed when I arrived and knew I was in safe hands as soon as we started chatting. The makeup lasted all day from the morning Tea Ceremony, to lunch, the wedding ceremony and even the reception that went to 11PM without any touch-ups. Thank you so much for making me feel and look beautiful on the day, Alicia - I am truly grateful. ☺️

I had to fight myself from going to sleep. Perfectly calm atmosphere and lovely staff. Highly recommend this treatment. I would have it weekly if I could.

Fantastic experience: The beautiful Alicia has been my beautician for 12 years! From facials, massages, waxing, tinting etc i always leave feeling absolutely amazing! All the ladies are so welcoming and great at their jobs! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Negative experience: I spent $200 on teeth whitening and there was no noticeable change. I had 6 family members visit that week and not one noticed any difference. I went back in to give feedback but there was total lack of interest and no follow up by the salon.
