Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Broadbeach beauty studio for many years now and am always so happy with the service. Misha does such an amazing job at my lash lift and I have always been super happy with the results. The salon is not only clean but comfortable and an enjoyable experience. I am always very satisfied with the professional service here and look forward to continuing coming here for years to come.

Fantastic experience: I had the best experience getting my eyelash extensions done by Gina! She was so lovely and made me feel super comfortable from the moment I walked in. My lashes turned out absolutely amazing! exactly what I wanted. You can really tell she cares about her work and her clients. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m on the Gold Coast. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: Misha was nice enough but when I had my brows and lashes done with her she was clearly unwell and sniffing and coughing. She walked away a few times to blow her nose but never washed her hands.! Was leaning all over my face and resting her palm heels on my face. Really sloppy attention to detail . The constant snorting as she had a runny nose was terrible and breathing in me .

Negative experience: Service was really good and the lady was nice but she did a terrible job. My lashes have only lasted a week and they’re pretty much gone now. Waste of money unfortunately. I’ve never had lashes that have fallen out this fast. Heard both the lash techs talking during the appointment about how the glue hadn’t been drying properly and they kept having problems with it. If that is the case then you shouldn’t be using it on paying customers. Do not recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to both Sarah and Maeve multiple times for months - to get my lashes done and I love both of their work! They both get it right for me every single time and it’s the one salon I’ve actually stayed with consistently for a long period of time without looking for other technicians. I used to refuse to spend anything over $80 on lashes until I found this salon, mine last so long and their products are great / they don’t irritate me at all. They’re both the loveliest ladies as well!!

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Meabh enough. She is so professional and always made me feel so comfortable. I have been so happy with every treatment that I have gotten from Meabh in the past. I particularly loved my lash extensions and my brow lamination. They lasted so long and I was complemented on them at every opportunity! Amazing!

Negative experience: Got my lashes done at Broad Beach beauty got my skin burnt will never be coming back scar on my face is still visible and all i got was free lashes for them burning my skin
