Fantastic experience: love my teeth whitening treatment and bianca is very lovely!!

Positive experience: I really appreciated the speed of the service, and they seem quality as well. Got the classic glam done and they turned out very good, a little bit long but I didn’t speak up. Not sure if they had a colour range but received plain black. She was lovely to talk to. Also a fairly good price for the area.

Negative experience: Hair all fell out within a few washes. (This is the second time it’s happened) Followed proper aftercare. After requesting a partial refund, (for a paid service) owner went on to say that I was threatening her and that I was abusive. Absolutely horrific experience. Never returning. Formal complaint made to fair work (acknowledged for further investigation and complaint recorded.) Results pending, owner disputing ongoing.

She puts a lot of thought into choosing the right lashes to your eye shape, making them perfectly customised. My lashes stay on for up to 5 weeks and they always look amazing. Bianca’s bubbly personality is also a bonus

Fantastic experience: I’ve been getting my lashes done with Bianca for a few months now, the retention on my lashes last over 3-4 weeks with barely any falling out, she aces the look I’m trying to achieve with them, bonus she works quick and can do a full set within an hour and is affordable fairly priced :)

Bianca did such an amazing job, I don't feel the glue, they aren't heavy and look totally natural. Fantastic experience: I went to beauty inc to get my teeth whitened for my wedding which turned out so amazing! This was also the very first time I’ve had my teeth whitened so I was a little worried but Bianca made me feel very comfortable and kept checking in to make sure I was ok. I also had some fillers done which was also an amazing and comforting process. The place is really cute and chic and the service is so great! Can’t say I’ve been to many places where the service provided and the customer serviced provided are both great! Would definitely recommend!
