Fantastic experience: Got a massage and facial here. Lovely place and great service. Definitely recommend it.

Negative experience: Wanted shellac manicure and pedicure. Manicure was done by an apprentice, the nails are still sticky 2hrs later no soaking no moisturiser. Pedicure no soaking , just nails, so cancelled that. Very disappointing. Lovely girl but i should have been asked first. A salon with salon prices needs to be just that. I’ll return to the nail bars.

Fantastic experience: WOW JUST WOW. I got my first lashes done here and I could not be more impressed! Super sweet staff and amazing pricing for amazing results! Cute little store in nice area right in town. The lady who did my lashes was super gentle so gentle I fell asleep twice hahahhaha. Also gave me a free lash brush. SUPER impressed with my lashes they are SO SO GORGEOUS! Definitely come here to get beautiful lashes done. THANKYOU SERENITY MAKEUP & BEAUTY I LOVE THEM!

Negative experience: I overpaid for a lash lift 08/03. They very kindly fit me in for a last minute appointment. After my appointment, I noticed that the beauty therapist didn't show me what my lashes looked like straight away, I was instead directed to get up and pay. I thought it was odd and did what I was told. When I looked at my lashes in the car, I realised that they looked exactly the same as before. I've had lash lifts before which looked way better. I messaged them and they offered to fix it, but I didn't appreciate the dishonesty and also it would have been better to have done a decent job in the first place. I'm sure there are better places in PMQ to get a lash lift than this

Fantastic experience: The staff were just wonderful. So friendly and managed to find a time for me as I was in town for a short time. I had a quick Mani and Pedi with normal nail polish. Great job, the polish lasted really well and looked great. The salon was fresh, clean and nicely decorated. Highly recommend. Thank you to the lovely ladies.

Fantastic experience: The ladies at Serenity are just lovely! While on holidays in Port Macquarie I took my daughter in for a full set and they made her and I feel so welcome! They even painted my 5 year old nieces nails while we waited. Beautiful atmosphere and service to match.

Fantastic experience: Booked in for the Unwind spa treatment (body scrub, shower and full body massage) last week with Ebony. It was the best treatment and massage I have had in a very long time. Ebony is amazing - her massaging was truly relaxing and de-stressing, I almost nodded off ! She made me feel comfortable, was softly spoken and very professional. The decor and ambiance was calming and quiet - no background noise at all. I was so impressed I booked another treatment before I left. Thank you Ebony for a beautiful spa experience! Thoroughly recommend

Negative experience: Attended an appointment today and waited 20 mins with barely any acknowledgemrnt from staff finally walked out after waiting what would have 20 mins into my appointment. Watched staff use their mobile phones whilst ignoring customers.not l

Fantastic experience: I was lucky enough to have a friend book me in for a birthday pedicure. It was my first visit to the lovely ladies at Serenity and it was a relaxing and enjoyable service. I had a sneak peak into the amazing new fitout adjoining the original salon and it looks incredible. I will be booking in a facial or massage soon!
