Fantastic experience: Excellent service, impressive results and reasonably priced. Lib from SmileLABS Newcastle is highly professional and will talk you through everything thoroughly before the process. My teeth were 8 shades whiter after 4 x 15 minute sessions, done as a one-hour sitting.

Negative experience: The lady is very professional. No complaints there. What you gotta know is that you can get burnt gums like we did, sensitive teeth for days to the point where you cringe if you drink anything cold. It wasn't a pleasant experience. We were told our teeth shades improved by 12 shades.. not credible. Maybe 1 or 2 at most. In summary, perhaps what we experienced is totally normal when you get your teeth whitened. We're not sure. But we wouldn't do it again.

Fantastic experience: Had such a great experience at Smilelabs. Lib is so lovely and really just wants the best for her customers. She explained everything thoroughly and knows her stuff. I was so happy with my experience and going 8 shades lighter with the triple package. I had some slight sensitivity the night of my appointment but I went to sleep and was fine the next day ☺️ Other places charge $600 for an hour's worth of whitening wheres Lib's prices are a third of that and still as effective. Highly recommend if you want affordable, effective teeth whitening. Thanks Lib!
