Aly is beautiful and welcoming where I had a consultation prior to my appointment to chat about what I wanted and for Aly to draw on what my brows would look like! Fantastic experience: I have been looking at getting my eyebrows done for 5 years and have been struggling to find someone that will do it so it looks very natural. I don't like the thick dark eyebrows. Having a lot of anxiety in general this was a very difficult thing for me to do. Leaving my face in someone else's hands. What if this turned into a disaster. Aly is the absolute best. From start to finish she acknowledged all my fears and talked me through all the steps and expectations. The day after my first appointment my anxiety went into overdrive because I thought it was too dark/red. Beautiful Aly answered all my texts and helped me to relax and in her words "trust the process." I am so glad I did it. I absolutely love the end product and the colour and feathering is absolutely perfect. The only regret that I have now is that I waited this long to get it done. Thanks Aly, you are AMAZING!!

Positive experience: I went in for a brow and lash tint and a brow wax in the new Elizabeth St location. She seemed a lovely young lady, but I had a couple of issues with the service. 1. She used a strip wax on my brows (which I've never been subjected to before). Unfortunately it isn't as accurate as the hard wax and I lost the ends of my already sparse brow. 2. She usually does the brow wax while the lash tint is on - luckily I realized she was about to do so and stopped her. I always have an ouch reaction to brow waxing, and that leads to a serious risk of tint in the eyes if you have a lash tint on at the time. I understand some people don't find this an issue, but I do. She did not ask if it was ok - and that is not ok! Will I be back? Probably not . . . although I wish her all the best!
