Negative experience: Although my initial interaction was positive, it wasn’t until I got in the car and looked at my eyebrows closer that I noticed one of my eyebrows was thinner than the other and completely botched. I sent through this information on their insta page, and it was never acknowledged or seen. I went in with high hopes and came out very disappointed. Would not recommend.

Recently I have been struggling with several skin problems such as acne and severe dryness. I had spent so much money on random skincare because I was trying to fix my skin concerns and nothing seemed to work. Fantastic experience: I recently visited this skin clinic and had the most incredible experience! Their Lira Clinical facials are absolutely next-level, my skin felt instantly smoother, brighter, and more hydrated. You can really tell they use high-quality products that deliver results. The staff were super knowledgeable and took the time to tailor the treatment to my skin’s needs. I also picked up a few Lira products to continue the results at home, and I’m already seeing a huge difference. Highly recommend if you’re serious about taking care of your skin!

Negative experience: Booked an appointment with Brows by M, but tried to reschedule it, called left msg but no response, received a call on my appointment day and time telling me I had an appointment, explained that I have been calling to reschedule and left msg, her response was sorry but you need to reschedule online and you have lost your deposit due to 24 hour notification which I did. I said I did but you did not respond, her response I need to speak to my manager. Please be careful making appointments as there excuse is sorry didn’t get your msg and we are keeping your deposit. Great customer service NOT obviously it’s all about the money not the customer.

Negative experience: I'm ahead of time And no one came out at all. I came from the city to wait in front of a store that didn't even have a seat and was extremely hot.

Fantastic experience: Both Anit and Imani are amazing my eyebrows are finally starting to grow out and look more even after going to them on a regular basis. Appreciate that they actually take the time to do them properly rather than rushing through. Also 10/10 customer service as well thank you for squeezing me in last minute.

Fantastic experience: Sonia is super kind. First time I got my brows done with her and there is no other person I can go to now. She recently moved to a new shop, so it looks a little bit dodgy from the outside but do not be afraid! You must book online (and get charged) in advance, then Sonia will fix you up!

I have always struggled with my eyebrows shape and trusting people to touch them, so I did them myself for over 5-6 years. I took a leap of faith when they had a young new worker that started this year and she has made my eyebrows completely brand new. Her work and hand for detail is amazing ! Unlike other Tanning salons I did not have any spots that didnt look natural or stand out more and mg skin didn’t look orange unlike other time where i had gone to other tanning salons.
