Fantastic experience: Jen is such an amazing Cosmetic tattoo artist!!! I felt so comfortable in her space and she was so in-depth with her consultation and background history before the treatment and was so so thorough In answering questions. it really made the process so easy-going and I felt so trusting knowing I’m in good hands!!! couldn’t recommend this lovely lady enough, i haven’t stopped getting compliments on my lips wherever i go!! also her colour matching was so on point, i went wearing my favourite lip combo and left with same colour of my dreams my before and after attached

Fantastic experience: I recently had the lip blush treatment done by Jen and I cannot recommend her enough. She took her time with mapping and making sure I was completely happy before we even started. She reapplied numbing cream so regularly it was almost completely painless. I love this place !!

The whole appointment was relaxing, professional and surprisingly calming — I nearly nodded off. My lashes look flawless: full, soft, perfectly shaped and somehow still natural-looking. Cass is warm, gentle and clearly knows her craft inside out. I walked out feeling like a much more polished version of myself. Highly recommend — you’re in very safe (and very talented) hands with Cass!

Fantastic experience: I went into defined beauty for an ombré lip blushed and when I met with Jen she talked me through exactly what would suit my face shape, colour palate and skin tone along with blushing my lips to make them perfectly symmetrical. I was thinking about getting more lip filler before my appointment but now I will not be needing it! I’ve had so many complements on my lip shade and never have to worry about my lips bad ever, I don’t have to wear any makeup to the beach or gym anymore I’m stoked! Definitely recommend Jen for any services she’s a gem!

Negative experience: I went to Jen for an ombre lip tattoo. Unfortunately, she made a mistake and brought the ombre down too far, which ended up covering my whole lip and leaving most of it permanently discoloured in the darker shade I had only intended for the border. I tried to be very kind and gentle about it. I said, “I know you’re still learning, and that’s absolutely fine. At the same time, if a mistake is made, I think it should be fixed up .” As Jen had only recently trained and I was her model, I understood mistakes can happen and assumed she would offer to correct it. Instead, she sent me a booking link where I would have to pay for the correction of her mistake. When I asked if she would cover the cost since it was her error, she declined and told me to go elsewhere. I work in customer service myself and always try to be patient and understanding, but I don’t believe it’s fair to be charged for an artist’s mistake. For this reason, I would recommend avoiding this clinic. I will now have to pay another artist to fix this.

Fantastic experience: Loved my teeth whitening experience! I left with my teeth 12 shades lighter, the appointment was so relaxing (I fell asleep!) and didn't hurt at all. The space is so pretty and Jen was super helpful with all the information and an aftercare package!

Negative experience: My exprience at DBeauty, On my first visit, I originally came for a lip blush tattoo with a $200/250 at discount price as it was advertised if i remember correctly. However, she Jen convinced me to change to lip neutralisation for $285, saying I had darker lips and this would be better. I trusted her advice. The session was booked for 3 hours, yet she completed it in around 1.5 hours. I felt strange about it, but I didn’t complain. I respected her work and trusted her judgment. For my second session, I had a headache, so I messaged her to ask if we could adjust the time within the same day if she had availability. I was not cancelling. I was only asking. She replied immediately that last-minute cancellations cost $199. I repeated that I was not cancelling, and that I would still come. I informed her multiple times that I was already in the Uber and arriving. I only arrived 15–20 minutes late, and the session was booked for 3 hours, which means there were still 2.5 hours remaining — enough time (especially since the first session only took 1.5 hours). However, even before I reached, she had already cancelled my booking and I received an automatic deduction of $199 from my bank account. When I arrived, it seemed like she either wasn’t at the shop or had left on purpose after seeing my text I was on the way. I was literally outside the shop texting her, letting her know I had arrived, but she did not answer my call. Instead, she texted saying she couldn’t do the procedure in 2.5 hours — which doesn’t make sense, because remember, she did my first session in 1.5 hours. When I reminded her of that, she ignored it and continued to justify the cancellation. What shocked me most was that she sent a very rude and intimidating message telling me not to stay near her shop. I have never experienced such behavior in Perth. I genuinely felt disrespected and uncomfortable. To me, it felt like she didn’t want to do the session and used timing as an excuse to charge me $199. If the session truly requires 3 hours for quality, then why was my first session completed in 1.5 hours? This experience was not fair, not professional, and not respectful. I am sharing this honestly, after my 1st session my lip color have faded in middle, now my outer and inner lip color doesnot match. N i cant trust her to do my second session to make my lip color same.Thats the issue i have face here. Thats my exprience "paid $199 from my bank account, was waiting outside her shop, keep my lip color mismatch" nothing happy exprience.

Jen is a perfectionist, patient and professional. She really cares for her customers and listens to exactly what you would like while giving great recommendations from her wealth of knowledge. Jen and her space made me feel really comfortable, as someone with high levels of anxiety this is rare for me! I was so comfortable and cosy on the bed with the little blanky over me that I almost fell asleep at a few points. I left with a beautiful aftercare goody bag full of treats. I couldn't recommend Jen enough.

I came in for a cover up of my brow tattoo that I had done 6 years ago by someone else. Fantastic experience: Cas is one of the best lash tech out there. 100% will recommend. I was introduced to her years ago from a co-worker and ever since then she is my go to lash tech. Cas is always professional and also knows what set is best for your features. She is always willing to try and fit in last minute appointments wherever she can. Their salon is super clean and fresh to walk into. If you're looking for a new lash tech who knows what they are doing, Cas is your girl!

Fantastic experience: I had the best experience getting lip blush with Jen yesterday. First off, the salon is absolutely gorgeous - such a good vibe, so clean and smells divine! We started off the appointment going through what I wanted and I told Jen about a lip liner I’ve been wearing since 2014 and within a couple of minutes, she’d matched the colour perfectly. She then gave me the cutest little goody bag with everything I’d need whilst healing, including a gorgeous little lip shaped ice pack and a rubber straw with a carry case in case I wanted to drink hot drinks in the healing stage. There was loads of other stuff in there too, like aftercare instructions, spoolys for applying moisturiser, a little tub of bepanthon to use at night so I didn’t need to buy a full tube and even some little chocolates! The bed was an absolute dream to lie on too. It’s curved to fit the flow of your body, with a pillow for under your knees and even a blanket to keep warm. I was so comfortable the whole way through, which was amazing considering the appointment is 3.5 hours. When it came to the treatment, Jen was such a perfectionist - she was constantly checking that everything was perfect and let me know what she was doing every step of the way. The numbing cream she used is amazing too - I hardly felt a thing. My lips look absolutely amazing. I had minimal swelling yesterday and no pain at all today. I can’t wait for them to heal so I can see the result. I couldn’t recommended Jen enough and I can’t wait to go back for my top up!

Fantastic experience: Booked an appointment with Jennifer for lip tattooing. I was really apprehensive and anxious on having it done a second time as my last experience was horrible, extremely painful and not at all what I wanted colorwise. Upon arrival, I was made very comfortable and Jennifer thoroughly explained to me what results I could expect without trying to sell me anything. She was extremely gentle and made sure I was happy with the color before commencing. I was expecting to feel a world of pain like the last time I had it done but this time almost slept through the appointment. She's very knowledgeable, talks you through everything she's doing (which is very important for me as I'm an anxious person) and makes sure you're at ease during the appointment. Plus her after-care packs are soooo cute. Not going anywhere else. :)

I've been swimming regularly, and my lashes still look absolutely flawless What really impressed me is the LED lash technique—no irritation at all, which is rare for me since my eyes usually react to typical lash glue. These feel light, comfortable, and so natural. No itchiness, no heaviness, just beautiful, long-lasting results. Can’t recommend this enough. If you're thinking about trying LED lashes, do it. I’m officially obsessed!

I didn’t think tinting would make much difference to my brows as they’re so sparse, but Jen was super meticulous with mapping out the shape to suit my features, and quick and gentle with the waxing and tidying up. Positive experience: Friendly, Quick and Easy interaction. Love my Lash extensions. Eyes were a bit red after a reaction to the glue but they came right after about 2-3 days which I heard was normal. It's been 4 weeks since getting them done and they still look good. They have lasted longer than all of my previous last extensions and looking to get refills very soon.

Fantastic experience: I had lip blushing done by Jen last week. Jen made sure I had enough numbing cream at all times. The pain I was afraid of, didn’t happen. Her attention to detail was amazing. After a couple of days of mild swelling, my lips now have the definition I have always wanted and the perfect colour. No more lipstick top ups throughout the day. Fantastic experience: Love love love what Jen has done for my brows! Not only did they turn out better than I could have imagined but the whole process was so much easier and less painful than I expected it to be (the numbing cream probably helped with that part!). For the first time ever my brows are symmetrical thanks to the face mapping expertly completed before the tattooing began, and the little bald patches that have crept in as I edge closer to 40 have been filled in! I know as they heal they will lighten (gorgeously dramatic right now!) and look even more natural. Thanks so much Jen, I honestly love them and will recommend everyone gets theirs done!
