Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this establishment. Instant results without harm or injury. I have had a bad experience in the past where l was burnt by my regular dentist in South Perth (l was refunded for the pain they caused) so l had a fear of having my teeth whitened again. A friend recommended boujee and l was impressed with their results. As a medical professional l witnessed great clinical hygiene being practiced with a great ambiance in a warm and friendly environment. I can now smile with confidence . I will return!

Negative experience: ⭐️⭐️ Honest Review of My Whitening Experience (with update) I recently visited Bougie Smile in Joondalup for the $199 teeth whitening treatment (I used a special and paid $149). Unfortunately, I didn’t notice any visible improvement in the colour of my teeth. I took before-and-after photos, and the shade looked almost identical. The staff were friendly, and the clinic was clean, which I appreciated. However, for the price, I expected a visible whitening result, and personally, I didn’t get that outcome. Update: The day after leaving my review, I received a call from a staff member named Sammy. She was very polite and explained that everyone’s enamel, staining, and natural tooth colour respond differently to whitening. Some people see results after one session, while others may need multiple appointments — which makes sense. Sammi kindly offered me a complimentary follow-up treatment, which I genuinely appreciated. I chose not to take up the offer, but I want to acknowledge that they handled the situation professionally and followed up to help.

Fantastic experience: Quick, easy and great results. I did the triple white treatment and I found having it done in 20 minute intervals made it very comfortable, after 20 mins the technician takes out the mouthpiece and you get to rinse, grab a drink of water etc then reset and go again and repeat. I will be back...thanks guys

Fantastic experience: Clinton was a very attentive and a good consultant, so I felt confident in his care. Happy with my results although I probably should have done a 90 minute treatment instead of 60. Managed to get 4 shades whiter during that time. Salon is tailored for the young adult vibe which wasn't quite me, but I can't hold that against them.

Friendly, personable, and juggling multiple things/clients at once without making you feel unimportant. That's not easy to do. I seldom feel the need to write a review, so well done!
