Negative experience: Asked for a fade and had the whole of my sides shaved by the guy with the tattoos, they talk to much and dont concentrate on what they shoul be doing. Cutting hair. Definitely won't be going back. Much better barbers out there at that price

Fantastic experience: After getting stuck in a storm, Abs invited us into his shop to wait out the rain. He was friendly and welcoming, and his shop was clean and tidy. I can’t speak for the services provided, but his persona was greatly appreciated when we were in a pinch. Thanks man!

Hi andrei , I understand where you are coming From , sometimes the boys get carried away with the vibe and like to have a good time . If the music is too loud you can ask for it to be put down . And the English part we know who obviously cut for you maybe next time you should ask for abz as the one that doesn’t speak English much is new to serenade . Hope to see you again soon

Fantastic experience: Went in earlier this evening for a haircut. Harry, the barber was extremely welcoming and did a great job. Prices are better compared to other Barbers in the Potts Point/Darlinghurst area. I was even offered a cold drink. Would highly recommend.

Negative experience: I’m a tourist visiting Sydney for a short while and thanks them for ruining my holiday by giving me a terrible hairstyle. I told the barber that I can’t remember my number and showed him a previous picture. I said on top it maybe 4 in a hesitate tone but he didn’t check with me and just shaved a lot of my hair without I even realized it. I showed him the photo because I want to get that hairstyle. I am so disappointing in his lack of patience and didn’t thank in the customer’s shoes, he maybe good at hair cutting but he sure doesn’t care how the customer feel when walk out his shop. What he disappointed me the most was he didn’t show any sincere apologize, not even a ‘sorry’ but trying to find himself an excuse and simply give me a $5 discount, well, I guess that’s how much an asian guy’s feeling worth
Hi Sam , I am terribly sorry about that experience you had , it is very unusual to happen at serenade barbers . A lot of mis communication and understanding happens with tourists and I’m sure it has nothing to do with your race …. I will speak with the team at serenade and make sure such an experience never happens again … once again we are truely sorry for that and hope the next time around you will review the experience and I’m sure it will be a better one ….
Fantastic experience: I went to Serenade Barbers for a head shave, a beard shape and straight razor. It was only a short wait and the owner Abs did an amazing and quick job! While waiting Abs greeted every customer and even shouted them all coffees from the cafe next door. Being someone that goes to a lot of barbers I highly recommend. Incredible customer service and amazing results with a quick turnaround.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming in about every 2 weeks for a beard trim, shape and to get my Mohawk shaved in. These guys are excellent at what they do, they're really friendly and I always leave looking and feeling great. Highly recommend!
