Negative experience: I made an appointment 3 weeks ago, had couple of confirmations by text from the business, but on the day, shop was closed, (no respect for customer at all), no call, no cancellation, staying for half an hour but of course they don’t care. Not recommended, careless & unreliable business.

Fantastic experience: I recently saw Michelle to have my brows microbladed & I couldn’t be happier! Being blonde & having never put much time into my brows, I was nervous they may be too bold or look a little unnatural. Michelle was incredibly professional, made sure I was comfortable with every process and they have turned out exactly how I had hoped. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Was in bright this week for a vacay from Melbourne - got a wash and blow wave from the lovely young apprentice ! I am very happy with it! She did a great job!

Negative experience: Found the therapist friendly but! In a hurry to get me in and out! I had chin and lip waxing and was done in a second! Not satisfactory at all! Have had this treatment done many times and can honestly say this Easter worst ever!!

Fantastic experience: l have just had my eyebrows feathered by Michelle and l could not be happier with the end result. l went from no eyebrows to having wonderful and natural looking brows. Michelle is a perfectionist and true artist when it comes to shaping and having the most natural looking brows. Thank you Michelle.

Negative experience: I have always been able to manage my hair and have remarks from people everywhere. This is due to a good hair cut. Yesterday I got a haircut from someone different due to the fire situation. I am not happy with the cut I received. Never go back.

Fantastic experience: Where to start! I love love love coming to Cheeky bits. I love being able to have everything I need done at the one spot. I recently had family photos done and had my hair coloured and styled, my make up and a spray tan- all of which blew me away. All of the ladies are lovely and make you feel very comfortable. Everything came together wonderfully for my photos and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you!! I have also recently had my eyebrows feathered at Cheeky Bits- amazing. I have not had to touch my eyebrows since- I wake up and they are perfect! The owner is legit an eyebrow goddess. She corrected the shape of my brows and matched them both perfectly. I hated the roundness I had in one of my brows and also needed some spots thicker. They are now looking lush!

Fantastic experience: The Cheeky Bits team has been caring for me and all my beauty needs for 3 1/2 years so I could not imagine using anyone else for my wedding. Michelle Erica and Riley ensured that my bridesmaids, Mum and I had everything we needed and made us look and feel stunning. The in salon treatment throughout the morning was so relaxing and fun. The hair & makeup was done beautifully and lasted incredibly well throughout the warm summer day we had for the wedding. Michelle & Erika paid a lot of attention to what we wanted and our personal styles and we had a lovely time getting pampered at the beautiful salon. If you are looking for a fun and relaxing experience with you bridal party then this is the place to go. The Cheeky Bits team is lovely to deal with and absolute pros at what they do. My recommendation to other brides is to book your appointments well in time - it’s no secret that these ladies do an amazing job :) Rylee was very helpful in all the communication for the bookings, via phone and email. I can also recommend any bride to book a trial session for hair & makeup so that you can talk to the girls about what you’d like ahead of the big day. A huge bonus is also that the salon offers a wide range of beauty treatments, which makes it a one-stop shop for anything you may need before or on your wedding day. Ahead of the wedding I got my hair done by Erika a few times and did my nail treatments with Michelle and I was very happy with the result. Also, if you or your guests are looking an outfit Cheeky Bits has a beautiful and trendy selection of clothes, accessories, jewellery, swimwear, etc. Thank you to the lovely Cheeky Bits team!

After having black hair for 7 years and desiring a colour closer to my natural hair colour; Im am 100% happy with my new do after a full head of foils and toner!!! Negative experience: Didn't get my haircut here as I was a walk in and they were fully booked. I accept this and understand as I didn't have an appointment. What I don't feel is good is the fact you're in a country town and you couldn't recommend another place to try. Bad form I feel in a small community. I went up the road and was welcomed with open arms.

Fantastic experience: I was in the bright/myrtleford region for my cousins wedding and was so happy to have found a one stop shop for my beauty needs. I got full glam make up, wax and spray tan and was very happy.
