Fantastic experience: I had my eyebrows and lashes done today and I couldn’t be happier! The service was amazing from start to finish. The staff were so lovely, welcoming and professional. Everything was done with such care and attention to detail. I’m really impressed with the results and would highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for quality beauty services. I’ll definitely be back!

Fantastic experience: I had the most amazing brow lamination experience at Flirty Co! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was so welcoming, calm, and relaxing. The space is beautiful and instantly makes you feel comfortable. The staff are absolutely lovely, so kind, friendly, and professional. They took the time to explain the process, made sure I was comfortable the whole time, and genuinely cared about giving me the best result. Fantastic experience: I went to Ella for the 1st time for a copper colour correction. They managed to fix it in one sitting, removing all the red I was so upset about. Really appreciate their help on such short notice and il be going back in a few weeks for some highlights to take me back to blonde again.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely loved my experience at Flirty Co in Birtinya! I booked their $150 package which included a full body massage, facial, foot rub and head massage — and it was incredible. As a mum, it’s rare to take time for myself, but this honestly made me feel so relaxed and refreshed. The staff were warm and welcoming, the space felt calming and clean, and every treatment was done with so much care. I walked out feeling like a new person! Highly recommend for anyone needing a bit of self-care or mum-time.

Fantastic experience: Bought my wife a voucher for her birthday and the girls were very helpful putting together a package for me. I had no clue what I needed. They looked at her past visits and also added what she has spoke to them in the past about wanting. She’s only been there a few times, but they knew exactly who she was. Very delightful customer service. Thank You. Update: She has been back numerous times now and looks forward to her appointment each time.

Fantastic experience: I was beyond impressed with my experience at Flirty Co The owner was so accommodating and lovely. My lashes are definitely the best I’ve ever had! I also got a tan spray tan and normally I’m super uncomfortable, but Ella just focused on making me laugh, that I totally forgot I was standing there naked thank you so much. Negative experience: If your getting your teeth done please ask to have the all information risks that can occur as the all whites smile page is not linked to the main page .. no information of the risks that were possible provided at the time of the booking - just wanted my deposit asap to lock it in and a severe pain after. Ella the owner I reached out to asap Told it was rare however I should have been given all the information at the time of booking to consent and be aware of .- Not after when I asked for it as severe tooth pain for days after. So owner was aware once I got home and the pain started as I reached out asking if this was normal ( my teeth were throbbing not when drinking or eating - I couldn’t even eat that night also had to reach out again to ask for the procedure information and to be emailed what I should of been told to read and consent to which I had to re- ask for the next day) for the full possible side effects. Once reading the correct form she eventually emailed the next day (after re-asking - it also states other things like medication you may be on so wouldn’t be recommended to have done … so owner yes the owner Ella was aware asap of my pain and that she had not provided me with any Clint care information- yes she gave me some information that afternoon and again when it hadn’t stopped latter that night ) yes she responded after hours but with no helpful information other then what I also googled to take pain medicine and that they can not provide stuff over the tooth that dentists would to help the teeth recover in case of this severe pain as they can not obtain the same things dentists would apply after to help the enamel recover and be protected . All of this should be given to people before taking the money just in case as dangerous for some and then costly seeing a dentist to help with the correct after care to help the teeth throbbing and try to restore the damaged enamel No refund offered which would have been one thing nice to do ..knowing the incorrect process was not carried out for client care only asked not to leave a negative review. 1 not letting me know I had to have a all white diet after rushing me to pay to lock it in - so I lost time from my business showing up and needing to reschedule… no apologies 2 - no information given to me at the time of the booking as I was not a eligible candidate for this 3 no refund knowing I was needing to see a dentist and correct protocol of giving safety information provided - knowing how extreme the pain was didn’t even check the next day to see if it had settled down - no care at all 4 asked me not to leave a negative review (this is a honest review - to ask all to make sure they are giving the information sheet that the day after was emailed to me not at the time of booking - very important risk factors on there. Really disappointed and out of pocket for a lot of pain and no empathy or apologies for the lack of what giving me any information- these side effects may be rare as Ella said however i definitely should of been gave that information when booking to read not once I was in agony. So please all for your safety ask for the information no matter how rushed she may make you feel to book and pay to lock it in this is not suitable for all and should be explained . The fact that it was advertised off her private account to message the number or send her a personal message on fb to book it in - is no excuses to say it’s because it wasn’t booked online that she forgot to give me the information (also relayed to the girl when rescheduled in due to the not been aware of the all white diet ect you would think she would of then also thought to make sure to send me all the other information risks that I should of been made aware of or even knowing this and not doing the client care correctly- acknowledged my severe pain - knew I was needing to see a dentist - could of offered a refund at least ! Could of checked on me the next day not had me chase her again for information Nothing was done to professional standard by the owner at all.

Fantastic experience: The BEST blow dry EVER

Negative experience: Lash lift & brows. -0 professionalism & -0 hygiene. Didn’t wash / cleanse my lashes or brows before starting (didn’t remove any makeup before starting) was stopping mid way through multiple times to text (yes sound was on). And the cherry on top of the cake was being over charged. Calculating the price I deposited according to the website prices I was over charged $10. 100% would not return to this salon.

Fantastic experience: ✨ Absolutely OBSESSED with my brows! ✨ Ella from Flirty Co is an absolute brow magician! I had the brow sculpt, dye, and wax done and the results are honestly flawless. She shaped them to suit my face perfectly and the colour is spot-on, natural but bold. Ella is not only super talented, but also made me feel so comfortable and pampered throughout the whole appointment. Her attention to detail and passion for what she does truly shows, I wasn’t allowed to leave until they were perfect ! I’m beyond happy and will definitely be back! Negative experience: I had lash extensions done here for the first time. I have been getting lashes done for about 6 years in NSW. My lashes used to last for 4 weeks, always. As soon as I got home, I brushed them and they already started to fall out. They were gone within a week. I paid $140 for lashes that lasted less than 1 week!!! All they could offer was a discount on another set!!! Not my money back. Disgusting.

The girls at flirty co have been so supportive in saving my brows for an wedding and helping me work towards getting healthy and happy brows. I have been impressed with the professional service and the luxury yet calm atmosphere. Would definitely recommend!

Positive experience: I went for simple eyebrow wax/tidy. She did a decent job, no issues with that, but there were a few things that left me feeling like I probably won’t go back. The technician didnt offer a mirror to check I was happy, or guide me to the one on the wall over the otherside of the room. She didn’t ask anything about what I wanted before she started applying wax, didn’t apply any cream or wipes to soothe the area after (which most places would do in my experience). I noticed the basket to leave my stuff in was dirty in all the corners. The technician unfortunately was breathing from her mouth most of the time and smelled unwell (sorry to say it I’m sure some can’t help it but it can really affect the experience). I could see the technicians bra and it just wasn’t a professional look. That said the price was great and the she was pleasant to chat with.

I have been getting my eyelash extensions done all around the coast for the last 8 years and can confirm the lashes/ service at flirty co is absolutely amazing. Welcoming atmosphere on arrival and comfortable waiting area , toilet inside the salon which is convenient ! It offers way more then just lash extensions and has child minding available on site aswell. Definitely worth booking in- the staff there are so nice and welcoming. Flirty co slaps 10/10 x

Fantastic experience: Over the years I have experienced many salons and many artists until stumbling across Flirty Co where I met the beautiful Kayla in her First year of training, Kayla always welcomes me in the salon and knows how to put a smile on my dial and make me feel comfortable & relaxed. My lashes are always left looking fluffy and full, love Kayla’s work & wouldn’t go else where. Keep smashing goals babe!

Negative experience: If you’re looking for a professional lash tech I highly recommending going somewhere else! My appt was with Kayla (is she even qualified???) Kayla is the owner of the work in the images attached. She glued my eyes together and somehow put an extension on a bottom lash, talk about the pain and sting when I opened my eyes. 2 hours & 40 minutes later, I walked out and wanted to instantly rip them off. I went back and forth with the business owner, Ella for a refund to which she flat out said NO. The series of things I was offered was firstly ‘blame’ to me for leaving, then that I tried to rush the tech, then I was offered me a $40 studio voucher (I said no), then she tried to gaslight me for not reaching out earlier so they could fix them (not a chance I was letting you touch my lashes again), then lastly I was offered a free infill. Again, why would I ever let you touch my lashes after delivering such a poor instal? I have so many questions.. Why is the glue all the way up my lashes? Why is the glue so chunky? Why weren’t the extensions installed along the lash line? Why are the ends darker and thicker than the rest? Why were extensions chosen that were so short? Why were they so curly they touched my eyelid driving me crazy? The curious part of me asked Ella if she would accept the quality of these lashes if they were done to her and if she believed these lashes meet the standards of her brand? Guess the answer??? “These lashes aren’t up to brand standards” but again it’s my fault for having another appt booked 3.5hours after my start time and for not reaching out earlier. I reached out to Ella the next day just to be clear, after I had them fixed by a true lash professional. I told Kayla about my next appt and gave her an extra 25 mins making me late for my next appt because she said she needed more time, my appt was at 12.30pm and even at 3.10pm she still apparently needed another or so 20 mins (not my fault she started a few mins late). I’m disgusted in the outcome from you Ella, some situations need to be handled with more care and professionalism. EDIT as I can’t reply** Ella, the website states 2 hours for a full set of hybrid lashes which is what I booked for, and Kayla said she didn’t want to do them, instead offering a 3D set so I allowed more than enough time, I should have have enough time to duck home between appts! I wouldn’t use the word ‘happy’, I was dying to get out of there and by the quality of the work done I am glad I didn’t stick around for more extensions to be added half way up my lashes haha, like what even is that? Looks lke 2 week retention after only 20 minutes these lashes looked like the work of an unqualified person claiming to be something they aren’t. Maybe cut her hours back to zero and step up your professionalism when dealing with customers. The service you both gave me during and after is disgusting, why would I want to come back in after Kayla hacked my lashes?? I’d be embarrassed and ashamed to have my brand attached to work at this quality.

Negative experience: I was in the chair for four hours, I was then picking glue from my eyes after the appointment, my reference photo was a cat eye and as I don’t know lash terminology I was told the photo was “10D” (mega volume) way overpriced and when asked how much the service would be as I didn’t look at the website nobody could give me a price. I’m super disappointed in my service and have friends with similar experiences with this company. When requesting a refund I was gaslit and denied any sort of true apology or my money back.

We weren’t even their client but we had experienced a tan disaster a day before an wedding and they overheard us as we were getting our nails done. They immediately sprung into action and went above and beyond helping us to remedy our dilemma. They offered solutions and help to us even though we were not even a client of theirs and provided us with support and just made the overall experience that little disastrous. Since becoming a mum myself, I’ve found it hard being able to do the self care that I used to be able to do, But being able to bring my little man with me and have him play in the supervised crèche is absolutely perfect!
