Fantastic experience: Taya is an amazing hairdresser! She spent six hours working on my long hair balayage and haircut, and she was incredibly patient with my fine hair. She gave me exactly the results I wanted. I’m definitely going back to her!

Negative experience: I was really looking forward to my appointment at this salon, especially after hearing such great things about it and receiving multiple confirmations via text and phone call. However, when I arrived, they had no record of my booking, which was incredibly frustrating and nearly ruined a very important day for me. The owner was kind enough to book me for another appointment on a different day, but the whole experience left me feeling upset and disappointed. I had high expectations, especially after the glowing recommendations, so this mishap was a huge letdown. While I appreciate the owner’s effort to resolve the issue, I can't ignore how stressful and inconvenient it was. Hopefully, this doesn’t happen to anyone else and I truly wish the best for this establishment.

Fantastic experience: Carmel is absolutely lovely and so good at what she does! She was able to take my vague (unresearched) idea of the type of makeup I wanted for my wedding day and translate it into exactly what I had imagined! She made me look like the best version of me, whilst still looking like me :) She was very professional with a great attention to detail. Would definitely highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I had the most beautiful experience at Harlow and Co! The staff are skilled, intelligent and compassionate. I got a 3/4 head of foils + complete restyle cut of my hair. The price was affordable considering the change I went for! I will be back! Thank you all so much

Fantastic experience: Alana has been an amazing stylist and always so helpful in creating my hair goals. The girls are always a bunch of fun. You've created a safe, healthy and welcoming environment for both employees and customers. As someone who has been using beauty and hairdressing services since I was 12 I can tell you now, from a customer's perspective there are some not so nice people and businesses out there. I've only been coming to harlow for 5 years but I'd never change now. The staff and the space are incredible and what's more important when you see them outside the salon they don't shy away or turn their noses, they say hello and almost always with a big beaming smile (the right working conditions will do that to a person) Teenage, anxiety ridden me who was bullied by their hairdresser behind closed doors thanks Harlow and the team for breaking the stigma around salons being toxic and judgemental environments. I'll never stop raving about harlow, and neither should you lots of love always xo

Fantastic experience: Carmel and the team are great, I’m a 2023 bride with extra long, dyed blonde hair that’s well overdue for a big chop, but in wanting to keep my length for my wedding, and chop after the big day, they’ve gone above and beyond all year to guide me and help me reach my hair goals for my wedding and maintain my length in the healthiest way possible. Always given me great advice and valuable knowledge for my wedding day. Big huge thanks to Blake who has primarily been my stylist and a special thank you to Priya for my final hair appointment of the year.

Coffs Harbour is very lucky to have these ladies in the area! The salon also looks so lovely, and the products used are high quality and again very affordable. Will definitely be a lifetime client :)

Fantastic experience: I got my hair styled with an emerging stylist on Wednesday and she did a brilliant job. She was fast, efficient and my hair looked fab! The style lasted 2 days which is unheard of for my hair. I was really impressed and will definitely go back

Fantastic experience: Had my hair done by Tamieka- hope I have spelled it correctly- if not so sorry. Colour and cut done beautifully. Whilst the colour was a bit darker than I had hoped, I had used a dreaded box dye making predictable colour a bit difficult. Still a beautiful colour and I can’t wait to go back for my next visit.

Fantastic experience: Liz and Pyria are amazing!! I booked them for my bridal hair and makeup and from start to finish they were so much fun to work with. They were so accommodating to our requests and of course they nailed it! My teething whitening and tanning experiences were also fantastic, everyone at the salon is so lovely! I get amazing spray tans, waxing, lash lifts, RF treatment, Hair services with the AMAZING Danielle, including foils, hair cuts, extensions. Carmel is so knowledgeable and so clever, I almost cried with happiness looking at myself after she made me up (and that was just the bridal make up trial).
