Fantastic experience: I haven't had a face treatment for many years. I'm 54, my skin is very dry, dehydrated. I had a peel and facial and my skin still feels amazing 2 weeks later. The sample products I was given are amazing too, I'll be booking in for another treatment soon.

Fantastic experience: If you're looking for a wonderful, relaxing facial then look no further! Timeless Day Spa is located in a great spot across the road from the beach. The day spa is beautiful, clean and so cosy. Jess the owner was super lovely. Stella made me feel so pampered with my facial and helped me with some horrible acne issues I was experiencing and they cleared up the next day. I highly recommend this day spa for any treatment, you will walk out feeling refreshed and relaxed. I cannot wait to come back and have another treatment when I am back up that way again

Positive experience: Weird that I cannot respond to their response on google so I am writing in side the original message. We attended as a group of four people and had different experiences. Unfortunately the experience was variable. I had fairly sensory massage for relaxation which was great for a chill. The masseur did have great hands. The others all spoke of the massage being too soft, two people asked for a deeper experience but this didn’t happen, yet all people said the the experience was ok. For a relax, all good, for a deeper tissue massage, likely not. Other comments are that service is best to be improved. I advised them of a dirty towel, shorter than hour long massage, no back scrub exfoliation (all others received this as included yet I did not), and the tea not being given directly to us; people generally don’t drink from random cups expecting that it is for them. At the point of completion I was not given a discount or coupon for future, but advised of a discount should I return, for this I am not sure of or if this would happen. - They have responded to this and I trust for future it should happen. Just keeping people updated

Fantastic experience: Stella was amazing!! I had the “Royal Milk & Honey Ritual” and felt pampered and relaxed all the way through the treatment. Stella made me feel really comfortable throughout. I left feeling very relaxed and my skin felt soft and hydrated !! Very happy!! Definitely recommend.

Negative experience: The waiting area was not clean and not pleasant to sit and wait. People in the massage room talking and laughing loudly and making the experience not relaxing and pleasant. The massage on redbaloon gift voucher says Fijian Massage but it is not what appears as Fijian Massage on their website. I wouldn't recommend this place based on these negative experiences. In response to your great customer service skills I have to say that we are also hard working people spending our money to receive a service equal or worth to the money we spend. And the service/experience you provided was not worth the fee charged. My experience is my fact. The whole point of reviews are to provide experiences, negative or positive. Better read and listen to customers and take constructive feedback as a great opportunity to improve your business rather than taking it personally and attacking the feedback provider.

Fantastic experience: This was by far the best massage and facial myself and my two girlfriends have gotten. We usually get them together and we all agreed this was the best by far. They cater for pregnant women and really understand how to provide deep relaxation with their massage techniques. I will definitely be returning. Thanks to the girls that looked after us.

Fantastic experience: Eclipse Day Spa is the perfect antidote to a sh!t week :-) Loooooooove the massage and facial specials, which are about half the price what you'd pay at the Peninsula Hot Springs with no sacrifice on quality and you don't have to book 3 months in advance. I'd much rather put my money in local pockets too. Highly recommended.
