Negative experience: I’ll very underwhelmed by how downhill this place has gotten, it use to be fabulous, the only thing that is keeping me from not going elsewhere is Misty, but apart from that I would be moving somewhere else. The new name is confusing??? You haven’t updated your signage so I don’t know if your under Australian laser and skin or skora skin! Why isn’t there no where comfortable to sit anymore you took all the nice chairs away! It feels more like a sterile medical clinic than a warm welcoming skin clinic. I saw the current promo on the tv was about 50% off laser but was told that it’s an old promo and that current promo doesn’t apply?? So why have an old add on the tv? I called last week to change an appointment but had to get transferred to hillside as the computer system wouldn’t boot up!!! Hello…. Dear manager it’s time to update the computer system as it’s not the first time I have had to change or make an appointment and have to wait 10 decades for the computer to do its thing! If you want to retain your customers you should be providing state of the art equipment including up to date technology. Also asked about my melesma treatment but some of the lasers are broken at the moment….. fix what needs to be fixed surly I am not the only customer that is frustrated by the lack of maintenance. You have one more chance to get this right before I encourage your staff to leave and go somewhere more reputable from a loyal angry customer

Last two appointments I had with Misty. What an amazing person she is! She will always go above and beyond in providing any care. I had a few laser hair removal at the different place and there's nothing to compare! I will never go to a any other place.

I see Misty the most and she is awesome, very knowledgeable of the products and treatments and talks you through each step of the procedure. Created a care plan of how to improve my skin and it worked. The other therapists are great too when Misty isn’t around :) would highly recommend!

Negative experience: Do not recommend at all they have no care or customer service they never respond, they are quick to take your money but don’t refund you back when they cancel your appointment at last min disgusting service

They’re trained to use the laser on higher setting which means it’s more effective. I could not recommend this business anymore or speak more highly of Misty.

Fantastic experience: Been going to Werribee branch for a while and I can't recommend it enough. Misty is the freaking best, so professional to answer all my questions, she treats me with respect and makes feel heard when I raise my concerns. She's gentle and i don't feel rushed up. Regarding the treatment as such (hair removal everywhere), it's the best investment ever. Do not think twice cause it's a life changer and I know you won't regret it!

Negative experience: My wife had 1 laser treatment and it resulted in a very, very bad skin reaction. We requested a refund for the unused pre-paid treatments on Doctor's advice and Australian Laser will not provide this without a signed waiver releasing them of any responsibility. Once we advised we would not sign the waiver they have not returned multiple emails or calls. Read the fine print and do not pre-pay any treatments. In response to your comments. A medical doctor advised my wife not to get any further treatment as she told you multiple times. It is negligent that you wanted her to come in for further treatment against a medical doctors advice. Your company is a disgrace by suggesting she must attend in order to gain a refund for services not rendered. Very, very poor response from you. You should be ashamed. Just for the record, this refund has still not been resolved and we have had to contact consumer affairs and have sent more than 5 emails asking for a refund for services not rendered. This is basically theft that you will not refund the money for work you have not completed. 18 Jan 2023 - We were forced to sign a smaller scope waiver in order to receive a refund for services not provided. Terrible experience dealing with this company.

I've been to a lot of different laser clinics and this is the BEST I've been to. Misty is a huge asset to Werribee branch I hope she stays there forever! Haha I'm a shy person but she made me feel very comfortable throughout my first visit answering every question I had excellently, and making sure I feel okay with my treatment. Negative experience: Hello, A few weeks ago I had a consultation with Kristina at the Werribee clinic. I didn’t have a good experience, her mannerism wasn’t friendly, the entire time I felt uncomfortable and felt like I was wasting her time. It’s such a shame as much children go to school across the road it would of been handy to have my laser place close by. I was highly recommend by a friend to attend your clinic but my friend must see the other girl.

Fantastic experience: It really is so fantastic to know that I’m being looked after by someone that is not only kind, honest and trustworthy, but realistic. Kristina at the Werribee clinic is truly amazing she helped to design an affordable treatment plan for me that will hopefully clear up my pigmentation. After my first free general consult back in November I left feeling confident and had everything I needed to start what was going to be an exciting but anxious experience. Within two weeks of using the products given to me I was getting complements about my skin left right and center, I even reduced the amount of make-up I would normally wear daily because I felt more confident. At my second visit I had a chemical peel applied and Kristina was fantastic, making sure I was informed about the process, so I was not left wondering and unsure of what to do once I went home. I have never been the type of person to look after my skin but now after meeting Kristina I’ve not only learnt the importance of clean skin but the long-term effects of sun damage. I would highly recommend everyone visits Kristina, even if it’s just for a free consultation.

Fantastic experience: A week ago I received my first ever injection of lip fillers. I'm ABSOLUTELY in love with them. I just received 1ml, and the girls at the clinic knew exactly what to do & where to inject certain places to even out my naturally uneven lips. I've never been so confidant in myself. I love love love looking at them, my insecurities were literally taken away from just a simple visit to the clinic. From beginning go end the clinic & all the girls were fantastic, couldn't recommend Didem anymore, she did an amazing job at them. 10/10 would go back xoxo
