Negative experience: I am very disappointed with my skin tight treatment. An absolute waste of money. Made no difference whatsoever and of course they say I need to have ongoing treatments with ongoing costs to notice any improvement to my skin! Very dissatisfied

I’ve had a bit less than half of the membership package I purchased and can already see some improvements in my skin. Will review again after I’ve had them all on full results.

Fantastic experience: After just 1 HIFU treatment I saw such an incredible improvement in my skin that I have booked a package of HIFU treatments. I'm having my second HIFU session today (again with the lovely & professional Jasmyne) and absolutely can't wait. Friends have already commented on how I am glowing and the hormone dark pigment spots on my face caused by aging (I'm 50) and chemotherapy having seriously aged my skin with hormone blockers meaning lost estrogen causing collagen loss and more dark pigment spots on my face. These treatments are a game changer for fixing what I thought couldn't be fixed.

Note: I have had SO many treatments in the past for pigmentation. I am hoping this treatment will work!

Negative experience: I have had 3 rounds of hifu 10d the areas crows feet and fine lines around the eyes I had specific concerns which were expressed numerous times have not changed at all and thought investing on this would mean I could ditch the Botox I am very disappointed having invested a small fortune on this package to not have had results the website or therapist indicates you will see. My concerns have been expressed privately to the Rejuv Lab and have been completely dismissed. This does not guarantee results and does not work for everyone.

Fantastic experience: I did a 7D HIFU face and neck lift with Felicity. She was really helpful and kind - she talked me through the procedure and had lots of interesting facts about skin. The procedure was painless and I received the promotional deal - great value. I am excited to see the result.

Negative experience: Originally went there for a special. Got enticed to take another package but kept telling them of my concerns. And how far away from where I live as this itself was a treat as I'm a carer to my children. With reassurance to have the consultations closer to coast. Which they could never help with . Noticed a slight difference on my neck. But was very sore and had to go to the dentist from the pressure. No other results. Kept asking for the before and after photos but they again didn't send them. I left messages from only a week or 2 on that Id rather stop package and receive a refund. No one contacted me just kept brushing me aside. I couldnt make an appointment due to health reasons with another child quite serious and made the decision to finally ask for a refund. The staff member then told the management I abused her which I never did . My friend was right their listening. I'm just frustrated as lot of money was spent and they are refusing to a complete refund hard to determine. Their lack of support and attitude was very upsetting . I do not recommend them for mums and carers needing a pick me up after many years of caring for others.

Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment today with Robin at Mooloolaba. The whole experience was amazing. I was very nervous, but Robin made me feel very comfortable. The procedures were clearly explained to me and all my questions were answered. There is no hard sell, you are given facts, prices and payment options. I am definitely going back.

She talked me through each phase of my treatment as it was happening, which helped alleviate any concerns. We discussed other problem areas I want to address, Robin provided the best package to deal with these & payment plans & I booked my next appointment immediately!
