Despite my initial determination, the staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism and care. They patiently explained why such enhancements were unnecessary for my facial structure. Even after consulting a second nurse, who also advised against the procedure, I requested a third opinion. The business owner then provided her expert perspective, concurring with her team that the treatment was unnecessary. Their honesty and commitment to my well-being became evident, as they encouraged me to reconsider and avoid impulsive decisions. That evening, I realized it was a momentary impulse and felt immense gratitude for their integrity and ethical practice. I highly recommend Charlie Ralph Clinic for their unwavering commitment to honest and professional service. They truly prioritise their clients' best interests over profit.

Fantastic experience: So I got my face and arm lasered with cosmetic empire 4 weeks ago. Honestly speaking I get them done from many years with different big clinics but the machine cosmetic empire use is very effective on my skin and I love the results on my arms and face. Girls at the clinic are so lovely and so precise with their work. Absolutely love coming to the salon. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Omgawd! I can’t believe how nice the staff actually were. Visting them just made my day. I got a mole removal procedure done with Cosmetic Empire on my Birthday. It was a job well done. The staff were so reassuring in response to me being nervous about the procedure but honestly I couldn’t be happier and I am already very very happy with the results, that too on the same day after the procedure. These girls made me feel so comfortable as I felt light headed and they offered me a drink and something to eat and made me feel so welcome and happy. Negative experience: Shocking Service - AVOID! Manager then proceeds to make up I was 1 hour late (I was 15 minutes late)...I was then asked to wait for 20 minutes before the manager approached me and refused to reschedule. I then advised I would not be returning as a client where again as per below - makes up further tall tales of abuse, when this simply was not the case. Completely unethetical in what seems to be an ongoing occurrence at this salon. You are basically stealing.

Negative experience: Shocking service with a rude an arrogant manager. Below review states incorrect facts, client was 15 minutes behind and refused to reschedule and advised that regardless she would be classified as a no show and would be charged the full fee regardless of the cost and no service provided. Advising you have lost a loyal and long term customer is not considered abuse, it is a statement. Making up the client was then an hour late is just unprofessional. Do yourself a favour and Please attend a better run salon!

Negative experience: Attending this salon was a very uncomfortable experience. When I walked in about 5 of the girls were just standing at reception staring at me as I walked up to the counter.. mind you not 1 of them smiled.. looks of judgement were so evident it wasn’t even funny. Customer service is one of the most important aspects in the Beauty industry and clients should be made to feel welcome considering we are paying for a service. Probably one of the worst customer service experiences iv had in the beauty industry. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Professional, Knowledgeable and kind staff! ❤️

Negative experience: Unfortunately I was left black and blue, and so sore after my jaw contouring session. The bruising was so bad, it looked like I'd been severely choked, the bruising was severe for 3 days. Cosmetic empire used (and trains other businesses to use) fat cavitation on jaw treatments. This is not only painful but extremely dangerous, having low frequency ultra sounds can burst your ear drums and voice box. RF Skin Tightening should only be used on the face and neck. In an unregulated industry this can be incredibly dangerous for the individual as well the whole industry, giving businesses with integrity a bad name. Cosmetic Empire does not use aus medical grade technology or offer training to other businesses that prioritise safety. No fat cavitation should be done anywhere near your head - anyone who's properly trained and values clients safety over results, practices this. I was given a refund after complaining and after they denied having used fat cavitation and acknowledging it's risk. I know the treatment well and this was definitely preformed on me, my clinician reiterated she was performing it 3x throughout my treatment. I also sourced out other businesses that have purchased their machines and training from Cosmetic Empire and all confirmed that they use Fat Cavatation on the jaw and face treatments. Incredibly dangerous, dishonest and unethical. Anyone that's wanting to explore body contouring - make sure you have proof that the machine and clinician you're working with is trained properly, and the machine is medical grade! Health and safety is number one priority

Fantastic experience: I undertook a tooth gem training course with the team at SS&B and gosh, what an enjoyable experience! Not only were the girls friendly, helpful and accomodating, they were incredible knowledgeable and patient! Would absolutely recommend either undergoing a treatment with them or taking any of their other courses available!

Negative experience: Very unorganised and poor service. My first and last time. This is worst experience and service I have ever received. Really rude and horrible owner trying to make me pay for a service I have already paid for but saying that was a mistake while charging me by her own staff and trying to blame on customer and make them feel responsible for something that’s not their problem, I found it really appalling and low level. However I tried my best to give them a chance to explain to me but the owner she was really rude while talking to me and at one point told me to stop barking” Really disgusting way to talk to your customers and expecting them to provide you with their credit cards. She hung up on me and told me I’m not worth wasting her time” after told her don’t attempt to use my credit card without my authorisation otherwise I will contact my bank. Would recommend to don’t use this place at all. I was not happy with any of their services at all..next time go to a proper clinic with actual results and don’t waste my money. Regards

Fantastic experience: Visited Sparkle Smile for the first time yesterday and couldn't be happier with my experience. The girls there are all absolutely lovely and make you feel very comfortable the minute you walk in. They are knowledgeable and very helpful. Not to mention the facilities are beautiful! Hannah saw me and treated my eyes with the fibroblast plasma pen and the results are amazing! She was quick and thorough and made the experience easy. So happy with my results! Highly recommended!

Negative experience: I attended the clinic three times and had a great experience the first two times! Awesome services available. The third time, there was a mix up (admittedly my fault) as I somehow accidentally booked under my mother's name. I was charged a cancellation fee despite attending my appointment and chatting to the manager about it. I was also overcharged for the service. I prebooked at the sale price of $80 (I showed them the print screen) but was charged $120 instead and a $40 cancellation fee was deducted from my bank account on top of that. I emailed the establishment, dm'd them on instagram..no reply. Really, really disappointing.
