Fantastic experience: I had one of the most amazing facials that I've had in years at Upper Skin. Glass Skin facial...oh my god! My skin ( which I thought was pretty ok to start with) is GLOWING!!! And has continued to glow and get me a heap of compliments so im definitely happy! The staff were great, I bought some products that fit seamlessly into the skincare i already had and are so easy to use..( and they feel great on my skin!). Im going to be a regular for sure...

My beauty technician Bec is always so kind and lovely to chat to during treatment. She clearly knows what she's doing (as do the rest of the staff) and I'm always in and out so quickly. The service is always efficient, practically pain less and effective. I would recommend this clinic to anyone looking for beauty/skin treatments. The prices are really fair, especially if you buy your treatments in packs. Ask for Bec, she'll look after you!

It was my time being treated by Bec, she made me feel comfortable & was very VERY thorough, my laser treatment was painless. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Australia Laser and Skin Ivanhoe for the past few months and Danielle has been helping me throughout all of my treatments, she has been amazing!! I have done both laser hair removal and various skin treatments. Danielle has explained everything that I need to know and recommended products which have best suited me. Negative experience: Previous good service for laser hair removal but this time for skin pigment treatment, test patch made pigment in face significantly worse, much larger and darker spot. When returned to try to fix it was sold different treatment and told it would help. These were expensive, even with discount, and unhelpful but kept me coming back. Then when I complained, the clinic tried to sell me more treatments. At no point offered refund but kept asking for more money. Extremely unhappy and would never return to this clinic, just money grabbing service.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Martina for a while now and I’m very impressed with how she had made improvements on my skin. I visited the clinic with a few issues on my skin and Martina has been very patient with the procedures identifying the problematic areas and coming up with wonderful strategies to help aid my skin heel. She is super knowledgable on dermatology and is at best explaining outlining the whole science behind it. I have learn alot from Martina about skin and how to take care the skin properly. I couldn’t recommend her enough for someone who wants to experience the best skin treatments.

Fantastic experience: Amazing service by Mary each and every visit. Always greeted with a smile. Appointments are always in a timely manner but I never feel rushed. Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Martina for more than a year and she has been looking after my skin. I can see a huge difference in my skin. She is not just very friendly and helpful but very knowledgeable. My husband started seeing her 6 months ago and his skin transformation is just incredible. Negative experience: This clinic has been beyond disappointing for time management and customer service. They call if I'm 1 minute late to remind my treatment time will be shortened, yet they ran 20 minutes late for my appointment and were happy to keep me waiting. They even cancelled one appointment on me because ANOTHER therapist was away. Don't understand why my appointment was the one cancelled when my therapist was at work!!! I stupidly gave them yet another opportunity to redeem themselves but the antics of poor time management continue when it suits them. This time I walked out, never to return. Enough is enough. Their loss as I'm a local and locals talk to each other, but there are heaps of opposition to choose from so I'll give my money and support to them! Lift your game Ivanhoe!!!!
Fantastic experience: I got my teeth whitened yesterday by Maddie and she was amazing. On arrival I was greeted by a smile and made to feel welcomed straight away. Maddie was lovely, professional and full of knowledge. The clinic is beautiful and has a great vibe. Cannot wait for my next treatment. I highly recommend this clinic.

Fantastic experience: I walk past this clinic daily and having seen a special on their services I decided to make a time. This was a major step for me as I had previously been to a clinic (not a Australian Skin and Laser) and was severely burnt and left to my own devices to seek medical care , so twelve months on I got the nerve to book. The receptionist listened to my concerns about what happened and was wonderful in explaining what would be the best treatment for me and who I would be seeing for my consultation and further treatment. I was booked to see Eva who was not only professional but caring and listened to all my concerns. She explained every thing about my laser procedure and I actually got a skin test(something the last clinic failed to do) once that was cleared I went ahead with my first treatment. It was not painful and Eva restored my faith in laser procedures. I have had excellent results but not only that, the staff and of course Eva were amazing. Would highly recommend Australian Skin and Laser in Ivanhoe.

Fantastic experience: I have had excellent experiences every time I have had treatments. My personal experience with other clinics have been fairly average but the friendliness and welcoming hospitality when I walked in the doors was so lovely. I didn’t feel judged or nervous. My nurse was beautiful, she really understood what I wanted from my treatment and told me what was achievable. Highly recommend these lovely girls. Xxx

Negative experience: Beyond disappointed with the outcome of the fillers and anti wrinkle treatment and with management. I was told that because I did not have my two week review in time (I couldn't get there until three weeks because of work and a lot of appointments were taken) and because I signed the consent form that there was nothing that could be done for me. I have had fillers and anti wrinkle treatment at another clinic and both had worked for me, I will admit that the first round of lip fillers at the previous place did not work as well but they gave me a second mL free of charge which worked fantastically. The only reason I picked this clinic was because I had moved house and this was closer to me than my previous one. The manager did not make time to contact me personally and provide me with a solution, instead she decided to palm me off and nit pick about me not getting a review in two weeks and saying to her employee that provided the filler and anti wrinkle treatment that "she signed the consent form there is nothing we can do for her." No care for the customer has been given whatsoever, I thought this clinic would want pride themselves on happy customers and providing a good service but I can only think that once they get your money there is no aftercare. I also feel that the quality of their product may not be as good as this exact treatment has worked for me elsewhere and not here. Genuinely can't believe that no attempt has been made to rectify this or even a call from the manager herself to speak to me and also ensure a good outcome. I can understand if one product did not work, but for both the fillers AND anti wrinkle not to work seems suspicious to me. I have never in my life written a complaint but I feel so strongly about this I wanted to warn anyone else considering this clinic.

Negative experience: My appointment was forfeited for running 5min late, however timing wasn't a problem when I was kept waiting 20min while they tried to fix the machine. I was so disappointed I didn't even finish my treatments. Talk about double standards.
