Retention is the best I've ever experienced out of any other lash business on the Gold Coast, 4 weeks in and they are still full! Whereas at other places I had fall outs within 1-2 days. Fantastic experience: Absolutely the best! I have been going here 5+ years and always walk out with amazing lashes. I'm very fussy and have difficult natural lashes that require experienced technicians so I don't trust "just any place". I've done my research and these guys stand out as the most professional, take time to discuss the look I'm wanting and have never had to take break from lashes. I wouldn't trust my lashes to anyone else.

Negative experience: If they ever answered their phone or had a phone messae serv ice I might have been able to book an appointment but after hours of trying to get through I gave up. Why do people bother to get a phone if they don't plan to answer it

Fantastic experience: Bree gave me the most even and flawless tan that looked amazing on my skin for my formal. The colour looked great, wasn’t green or orange and lasted a long time. The staff are all so friendly and made my experience so comfortable and enjoyable! Would 100% recommend and will be going again!

Negative experience: Lashes fell off quickly, some stayed on but my lashes looked sparse after only a week

We are disheartened to see your review on here, as you have been a regular client with us and we could have easy resolved that issue for you if you would have contacted us directly.
We do have a guarantee in place that if your lashes don’t last and you contact us within the first 7 days, we offer a free touch up. We would have happily fixed them for you, as there is multiple reasons why they could have fallen out early.
One of your last appointments was in October. Which you cancelled last minute with only a few hours noticed, that incurred the 30% cancellation fee. I hope that isn’t what upset you for leaving us this review.
As a small business we need to have those policies in place to protect us, especially for a 2 hours long appointment like this was. This is common practice and we also get everyone to agree to our terms before their appointment to be aware of them.

It's disappointing to read your review. As mentioned to you yesterday, we made the decision to cancel your booking with us, and no longer accommodate any further bookings. This decision was purely to protect our small business.
You had cancelled all previous appointments, last minute. Leaving us with hour long gaps to fill for our technicians. This for any business is damaging. And we can no longer take that risk.

Negative experience: Lash lift ! I came in to get a lash lift and they completely fried my natural lashes. She told me this is normal and they are just dry. I then spoke to a professional and they advised me it has been left on for to long. I wanted a lash lift ? Not a lash curl into my upper eye lid. The owner then called me straight away as they knew that they had done the wrong thing. I obviously don’t want to go back for them to touch my lashes again! Just a heads up to not get a lash lift done with them. First time ever having one, was not talked through the process at all and told that it is normal? No that’s a lie. Just a warning to others :)

Our beauty therapist informed me of the issue and that's why I contacted you straight away to see if we could rectify the situation.
As with any procedure there are risks involved and things can go wrong, especially with very fine lashes, like yours. Our therapist had adjusted the times appropriately but unfortunately your natural lashes were still over processed.
I reached out and offered corrective treatment, as suggested by the manufacture. I understand that you didn’t want to do that. As a show of good faith, I have given you a full refund for all your services from that day.
Once again, sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you. We take great pride in our work and loose sleep if something like this happens. If you have any further questions, please contact me directly.

If so are you able to let me know when you came in so that we can look at what happened and see if we can rectify this for you. The last thing we want is someone unhappy with our quality.

Fantastic experience: I got my first ever eyelash lift and tint done by Chloe and it was a great experience. I was super nervous as I've never had anything done to my eyelashes before but she was very lovely, made me feel calm and made sure to keep checking in on me :) . 10/10 recommend her and will definitely be coming back.

Fantastic experience: Tayla did a phenomenal job on my hybrid lashes! It's been 2 weeks since my appointment and I couldn't be happier with them. She really did a meticulous job on shaping the lashes to suit my eye shape and yet they do not look "over the top", yet they make an impact.
