Fantastic experience: Deluxe Facial with everything included… I recently treated myself to the Deluxe Facial and I can honestly say it was the best thing I have done for myself in a long time. The entire experience was absolutely relaxing and luxurious. My skin felt refreshed, hydrated, and glowing by the end of the treatment. What I appreciated the most was that everything was included—no add on extras. The lip treatment and bonus foot massage were amazing!

Fantastic experience: Smooth and Tan have developed and exclusively use a revolutionary wax that doesn’t hurt at all, and can do a full chest and Stomach in a matter of minutes. It’s actually amazing.

The beautiful Jade is my therapist and she is always professional, happy and makes me feel very comfortable. On occasion the other ladies have looked after me aswell and I’m always very happy. Excellent spray tans, and their IPL treatments are pain free. Love this salon

Negative experience: worst wax i’ve ever gotten. most painful and left bleeding lots of bumps that’s never happened for me before. i’ll never ever go back. jeylan shouldn’t be working there. every other time i’ve gotten waxed i’ve had no bumps and never bleeding and the redness went down in a few hours. she’s totally ruined my skin and it’ll take days for this to look better. i’m horrified honestly

Fantastic experience: Smooth and Tan is my go to for a reliable, consistently good spray tan each and every time. All the staff are so lovely, and they always make me feel comfortable when I’m feeling exposed before the tan starts. The price I believe is very reasonable. Another thing I like is I can always get a park right outside the salon.

Anika did a great job and did my nails beautifully, its exactly what I wanted. Also they’ve got a new mani/pedi chair thats super comfortable and had a luxurious feel. She was so lovely, so invested in providing her best customer care and I felt so well looked after both by her professional mannerisms and her ability. In comparison to the last lash lift and tint I got at smooth&tan, I would highly recommend Fiona. Unmatched.

Fantastic experience: I booked this appointment from a different state. I arrived for my evening time slot and was greeted by a friendly staff member. She was very professional and quick, and made me feel at ease. All I have to see now is how happy I am over the next week with my spray tan! Fingers crossed for a happy result!

Negative experience: I went here in december to treat myself to a tan and manicure before a wedding.. I was allocated a young lady who told me she was new to the industry. She spoke quite unprofessionally through the service.. She painted my nails with nail polish that had gone off, so was thick and sticky and unable to dry. It then got completely destroyed when getting undressed for my tan. I had to take it off and re do it when I got home unfortunantly. The tan was better but still quite streaky. This was all very dissapointing, but as a business owner myself I value constructive feedback. I sent them a very polite but honest email explaining what happened and that perhaps this young lady still needed some training. They never replied, which was frustrating and has lead me to share this experience.

Negative experience: Both my partner and I got spray tans here (done by two separate people) as a trial for our wedding. We now both have really uneven tans with no care taken with lines around wrists, feet, etc. My fingers look like they have lots of freckles rather than any sort of even colour. Really disappointing tan overall.

Negative experience: Hi, I am not happy with my eyebrow shape and the final tints! When I left the salon my eyebrows looks good but now see the photo of my eyebrows $25 for eyebrow tint which gone on 24h.

Jade is very friendly, no nonsense, fast and very particular. It’s been simple to book, appointments were on time, the room is clean and the results were great. Thanks Jade.

Fantastic experience: Brought my bub along thinking he would sleep during my lash lift. Wrong! But the gorgeous girls told me not to worry, and kept him happy with cuddles while I got to relax and be pampered! The renovations are just lovely, it's such a beautiful and calm space. My lashes are INCREDIBLE - can't believe this effect was achieved without needing extensions or false lashes. Have already booked in a wax, pedi and spray tan in preparation for my upcoming holiday. New fave place!
