Negative experience: Not happy… This review is for the young hairdresser near the exit of the salon. On Sunday, March 16, 2025, I visited this salon and noticed that one of the customers appeared to have a scalp condition or some sort of dermatological issue. I was hoping not to be called by that same hairdresser, but unfortunately, I was. I asked him to disinfect all his tools, and while he did clean his clippers, he didn’t disinfect the other utensils. When I asked why he hadn’t disinfected everything, he told me he wasn’t used to cleaning after every customer and that, as far as he knew, the law only requires cleaning once a day, not after every client. Despite my request, he seemed to ignore it. I paid $35.58 for the service.

Negative experience: VERY VERY BAD, gave the worst haircut and didn’t listen to instructions at all. The worst part was the barber laughing at me during the haircut and making jokes to the other barber thinking I didn’t understand what they were saying. Never going again.

Negative experience: I don’t like posting bad reviews but man did the barber messed up my hair bad. Shaved my back part all the way to the top and now it looks stupid. Paid no attention to my hairline at all, looked like he was new and just wanted to finish the cut as fast as he can…. Took like 5 minutes. Went to a barber in cabramatta and they fixed it up as much as they could but it’s still pretty bad, they even said the cut wasn't equal at all. Idk if he is new or what but definitely needs to go relearn everything.

Negative experience: Absolutely horrible customer service with laser. Laser machine has been broken for nearly a month and not one phone call to update their client on the fact that laser is now ceased. Do not come here if you are planning to laser within the remainder of 2024.

Negative experience: If you wanna go and get your hair destroyed then come here, I asked to trim my hair not cut all my hair off, asked for a normal cut and they cut everything off. Now the top of my head looks like a little kid cut everywhere and left little bits for me to style. I hate this place and recommend not to go here if you wanna save your hair and appearance.

Negative experience: I was very unhappy today with my haircut and had a bad experience with one of the barber who was cutting my hair. Initially I asked for a high fade but mid way through the cut, it looked like a mid fade so I asked the barber to go a bit higher and his response was he hasn’t finish the fade so let him finish it first so I waited. Towards the end of the cut, I asked again to go a bit higher but he said it’s too late to ask and I should’ve told him earlier. I felt so confused because it was too early to ask him originally but now it’s too late to ask him to fix it? He then had the audacity to say that he would’ve charged me more if he had to do a re-fade. I was so angry at this point and I didn’t want to risk him ruining my hair and making me look stupid during my Christmas break so I stopped asking. I’ve been to many barbers and never in my life, have I encountered a barber saying to me that it’s too late to fix or cut it shorter. Poor customer service and I will never go back there again.

I had SMP done by Nofar after a friend had referred me to the barber shop. Nofar made the whole experience easy, hassle free, professional and affordable! I left feeling confident and happy knowing I got a professional service done at a great cost. Would highly recommend 10/10.

Negative experience: After, growing my beard for months decided to try the shape here, it was all over the place, the sides were in different lengths, no shape was done at all! 55 dollars for it, which I’m happy to pay if it was a good trim. As I got home I had to trim myself to make it even! So six months of growing thrown away, might be a good place for short beards but if you have a medium to long I’d stay away!

Fantastic experience: I came to this business for a wedding cut and shave. Did a test run a few weeks before and was incredibly happy. Came with a whole bunch of trimmings I didn't expect, including a warm towel over the face for a few minutes to open the follicles. Getting a beard lining for the first time felt confronting until I was in the chair and realised I was speaking to someone with genuine expertise. After getting a cut here I don't think I'll let anyone else touch my hair or face again. The shop also has a good vibe, other barbers have overbearing music and just chat away to co-workers while cranking out the fastest cut they can. Not here. They listened to what I wanted and communicated things they were doing if required. Could not recommend more highly.
