Negative experience: Actual treatment was excellent Sarah very professional however beware of any advertised promotion. It’s not what you think it is!

Negative experience: I recently called Frangipani Beauty in Ballina, and I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The new owner was incredibly rude and dismissive, talking over me while I was trying to explain my concerns. There was a complete lack of compassion or understanding, which made me feel undervalued as a customer. The treatment I received failed to deliver on the promises made, and when I sought assistance, the owner was unwilling to help. I had to call multiple times to resolve the issue, but my calls were never returned. Overall, this experience was frustrating and unsatisfactory. I cannot recommend Frangipani Beauty based on this encounter.

Fantastic experience: Today I had a massage with Janine at frangipani spa and it’s the first time I have visited. It was completely Devine! The massage itself was the best I have had and the warm bed and the location and ambiance was beautiful. Thank you so much I got this massage as a gift for mothers day and it was just beautiful

Janine handled my skin with so much care and educated me on what I could do everyday to help my skin. The treatment was so relaxing and my skin feels amazing. The best part is that Janine formulated a plan for my skin moving forward. I am scheduled for another treatment and cannot wait.

Negative experience: To be honest, i love their work but at my last visit they disappointed me, i specially booked with Amy for my eyebrow wax and on the treatment day, i got another therapist who was on training, i was first customer for her on that morning and i did not wanna ruin her day so that’s why i did not say anything to her. i just appreciate her about her work. she’s doing good but if someone book with their preference then make sure you guys give treatment with the same specialist or therapist with whom they booked. I tried to book with Amy on my day off but she was not available so i booked on thursday when i was working just because i wanna get my eyebrow done by Amy. Thanks Prabh

Positive experience: Had a fabulous facial with Sue. My appointment was for 4:00pm & I went in at 4:15. No apology for running late & it would have been great is Sue would have introduced herself instead of me asking her name. But, facial was brilliant & I would definitely use them again.

Negative experience: Lovely people but the quality of nails has me unsatisfied, I had gel polish on my natural nails and they were filed really coursely and not tidyed up they were left completely rough and still are. My hair catches on them. She was way too rough with my fingers and the gel is very uneven, bubbly parts of my nail beds are filled with gel and stuck definitely not worth the $55 I paid for. Also not happy with not letting me wash my hands after sitting in hot acetone I've now broke out in a rash and very itchy :(

Positive experience: My experience was ok it was a bit crowed in the salon you could hear every conversation and when the staff join in on town gossip its not very professional to out of town visitors maybe they need to invest in doors instead of sheets to cover off doorways
