Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Beautyology for almost two years now and I do not trust anyone but Sunday for my brows, I’m super fussy about them and she never lets me down! I’ve watched her grow tremendously as a business and I’m so proud of all of the hard work she has put in to create such an incredible salon and customer service experience. Even just the little touches like a post wax & tint aftercare email and selling a post-wax calming balm that she doesn’t have to do but does! No better place in Geelong
It's been an absolute pleasuring doing your brows for the past 2 years. Trust me, you are not fussy or maybe I don't notice because my style compliments your brow expectations ;) We got it all figured out!

Negative experience: I had my nails done here and the nail technician did a great job. However, the owner was terrible. Sunday told me I had something called 'flippy nails' and due to this she would not like to have me back. During the entire session she talked down to her staff and provided a terrible service.
Hi Tameka, It deeply saddens me to have read this and I sincerely apologise for your experience. I hope you also emailed us directly when this happened to rectify the issue before posting a review as reviews like this are damaging and devastating to a small business like mine.
I treat staff and clients as family and I have had a strong loyal following for my 13 years in beauty so I can admit that it may not have been the same sterile service that you get at most salons, we love to have a laugh at the salon but as humans, we do make mistakes and any complaint made, we take extremely seriously and do all we can to make sure this doesn't happen again.
I can see that you visited us 2 years ago with Kellie who is not with us anymore. Kellie is a beautiful person and is too kind and gentle to be spoken to without the utmost respect so I hope it was just a misunderstanding because my business is everything to me, I would never want to jeopardise it. Beautyology has changed a lot since 2018 when we were newly opened. I will promise you a wonderful experience if you decide to return for any service.
Please make contact via email and I will listen to your concerns and invite you back so you can come and enjoy the experience you should have had back in 2018.

Fantastic experience: I send all of my friends and clients to Beautyology. Hands down, the most perfect brows I’ve ever had! I hang out desperately for my appointments, but it’s so worth the wait because I get so many compliments. I’m so particularly picky, being in the beauty industry myself - but Sunday has kept my brows in flawless shape and I’ve actually noticed some brow hairs growing back in areas that I thought couldn’t grow back!
