Positive experience: Grace is lovely. The only reason I am not giving my visit 5 stars because the Fat Freezing machine kept loosing suction and falling off. Grace did her best to rectify the problem but I’m worried that the procedure will be successful.

Fantastic experience: Five stars for Afi's artistry! I've been getting tattoos for 15 years, and Afi's work is truly exceptional. She completely changed my perspective on tattooing; her skill and attention to detail are unmatched. My eyebrow tattoo is beautiful and amazing. My only hesitation in giving a full five-star rating is the uncomfortable chair. This isn't a reflection on Afi's talent, but it's something the studio needs to address. While I'd love to book her again, the chair's discomfort is a deterrent. Thank you, Afi, for your amazing work and for taking the time to create such a stunning piece. You're incredibly talented and I truly appreciate your artistry.

Negative experience: I signed up for their Facebook Mummy Tummy Offer. After the 1st part of the offer (Fat Freezing) was completed nothing was mentioned about the 2nd part of the offer (ie EMS - sit ups equivalent). I asked if what I just had was the equivalent of doing lots of sit ups. I was told no ... that the EMS machine behind you. After getting dressed I checked my screenshots of the offer and the EMS was included in the offer. I showed the front desk the screenshot of what the offer had promised. I asked if I had come back another time for that. The reply was dismissive, and vague. Told that they only do the EMS AFTER ALL the fat was gone.. or it would be a total waste of time , like only going to the gym for 3 weeks. I go to the gym 2-5 times a week and swim at least 2 times a week. I'm 5'7" and weigh 72kgs. I'm not obese and don't see how trying the EMS would have been 'a waste of time'. I'm beyond disappointed. I could have gone to my local Evolution and paid less for the same Fat Freezing but was excited about trying the EMS to boost the hard work I've already been doing at the Gym & in the Pool.

At my first appt last year they could have just taken my money and done a procedure knowing I was not going to see great results/much change; however, I was advised that I’d be best not to proceed and informed why, and given more info etc, and they didn’t charge me but instead held the deposit I’d paid on file for me to use on something else whenever it suited me. I was very grateful for the honesty and great approach and it gave me the feeling of being with a trusted salon and not a chain store with high KPIs etc. Thank you
