Negative experience: Had the worst experience here, went in for stretch mark removal as advertised on the website with low level laser. Got there turns out they don't have that so they said they'd do micro needling. Went for a few sessions and it left horrible scars all over my body and made it 10× worse than before I went there even thou i never had sun expsore like they recomended. I don't recommend this to anyone going in for similar treatments. Please look elsewhere this place is really horrible. Really hate the terrible scars they left all over my arm and under arm and on my shoulder. Very unhappy. I still have paid sessions left but am so traumatised by the experience I'd rather not go back there.

Negative experience: Misleading tattoo removal advice given in order to commence $800 of treatment. After 7 treatments, the small tattoo is faded but not remotely close to being removed, contrary to the clinician’s assessment

Positive experience: I have been going to South Yarra clinic for the past 5 years so. The experience is always professional, staff are always friendly. During covid I did find it hard to book appointments and get my usual nurse to attend, but glad it's back to normal business rhythm and I can select my usual staff members to attend to. Hoping to have few more competitive offers with treatment packages/bundles in the future. Thanks guys!

Fantastic experience: Clinic at South Yarra is pristinely clean. The staff are wonderful and knowledgeable, have never had any concerns over the 1.5 years of me coming here. Nancy is wonderful, super gentle and great to have a laugh with. Also have been treated by Nicky as well and she's also just as professional and gentle these two are are a great asset to have at the clinic and know their stuff.

As others have said, yes you pay more here, but you get the one on one treatment with a generosity of time, in being listened to and looked after in treatment, rarely seen these days. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Speedy, friendly and professional service! A little more expensive than some other laser clinics but I feel it is worth the money. I stopped using another chain laser business which I was going to for years because of how low they turned the machines down & consequently I saw such poor results. Every time I use Australian Laser & Skin services I’m really happy with the outcome.

Fantastic experience: I was visiting friends in Melbourne and my skin was in need of some TLC. I had micro and a facial with Nikki - she really understood what my skin needed and took the time to cater the treatment to my skin. My skin reacted incredibly to my treatment actually better than where I usually get my treatments in Brisbane. Wish I could fly back monthly to see Nikki but I will definitely be back when I'm in town

From the consultation helping me find the right treatments to helping me purchase the best skin products to get the best results, everyone is so kind. I’ve had Mary & Angela do my skin needling so far - they’re amazing and make me feel as comfortable as possible. Every single staff member that I’ve come across while buying products or waiting for appointments, have been so kind and warm.1000/10 recommend visiting this clinic.

Positive experience: Sophie is a true professional, she gave an honest and frank opinion of what treatments I did & more refreshingly, 'didn't' need! She explained the treatment options thoroughly along with the pros & cons. Brutally honest when advising 'this will hurt'... Sophie is a star, she clearly understands my needs, is very knowledgeable in her profession, and therefore gives me the confidence to chose the treatment options wisely. The only reason I'm not giving 5* is due to the clinic obviously needing more resource. Not enough Sophie's there!!

Fantastic experience: I went to sophie for lip filler and a brow lift, and was so impressed by her professionalism! I had never had anything done before so was very nervous of what to expect. I took in photos of what i liked and what i didnt like and she exceeded my expectations giving me exactly what i wanted. throughout the process she showed me in the mirror so that i felt comfortable and involved. very very happy!!!

Negative experience: Badly run clinic. They will never give you a proper receipt of what service you have purchased and a balance of what's left. Everything is in "their" database and you have to trust their system- very unprofessional!

Negative experience: Rude management. Years of patronage yet they don't care about their customers. Management burns out the staff which obviously result in frustration over smallest of the issues and the customer suffers. There are so many other laser clinics in Melbourne. Spend your money with someone who would treat you like a proper customer.

Fantastic experience: I can highly recommend the South Yarra Laser & Skin Clinic. I haven't tried any skin treatments but I had my 9th Laser session today and I'm really happy with the results. I tried IPL before but it didn't work for me so I'm glad I changed clinics. I am with Catherine and she is awesome, I always like coming back.

Negative experience: Disappointed with service, no follow ups on queries, asking for one simple question for last 6 mths and have called thomastown clinic multiple times but no one bothered to return my call.
