Negative experience: AVOID. Purchased a gift voucher for my mother in law, she advised her therapist the massage was to hard and was hurting her which the therapist ignored. The therapist then advised my mother in law that she had edema and a life threatening kidney condition. My mother in law was petrified, followed up with her GP a medical professional who has now completed all testing and non surprisingly has neither conditions. Absolutely disgusting and embarrassing to know we sent her somewhere so unprofessional.

Negative experience: I gave my friend a massage voucher to use for her birthday. My friend called the shop to book for her appointment but nobody answered! She sent an email instead and got a reply so she booked an appointment. Her appointment was today at 2pm so when she went to the massage shop, the shop was literally closed! What a terrible customer service! Very unprofessional! Now I feel guilty of giving my friend this voucher. What a waste of money and time.

Negative experience: Literally one of the worst massages I have experienced. It was such a waste of time & money that I felt it was necessary to review & post. As I said to my partner, he gives me a better massage & at no cost! I’m sure the therapist I had was unqualified. Ironically they missed every sore spot I had, did not wipe me down afterwards, the place was unclean & honestly, the list goes on. Don’t waste your time or money on this place.

Negative experience: Will never return or recommend this place to anyone! I made a booking over the phone and spoke to a lovely lady a few days earlier, but when I turned up to my appointment, the lady that finally came out after almost 5 mins waiting at reception was just plan rude! I felt like this lady didn't want anyone to be there. She was very cold towards me and made me feel like I had done something wrong. I ended up leaving after all the negative comments she said, as this was meant to be a relaxing positive experience, and it was anything but that.

We had pre booked, pre paid and done everything correctly. Avoid this business! (but I hear Debbie is really lovely but wasn’t there at the time)

My therapist, Preeti was very experienced and her massage technique was the best I have had. The facial packages are great value and the massage that comes with it release tension that you were not even aware of. The organic products are from Fiji and smell exquisite. Negative experience: I have been visiting Beauty &. body Wellness Spa (originally Dina Spa) for over 10 years. Me and my daughter have always loved the treatments there. It has changed hands a few years ago. My daughter had a facial last week by Pretti, It was the worst facial and experience. We both will not be returning to this Salon ever again. The service and the new therapist are not the best. I complained and was offered 10% of next treatment. There wont be a next time. Bec was always the best therapist at the salon.

Negative experience: Went to get a lash lift & tint with an eyebrow tint and a spray tan to even out the tan lines for my wedding. Not too impressed. Worst lash lift I’ve ever had and the tint is nonexistent, eyebrows came out orange and the spray tan was uneven and left my hands orange - thank god my dress was long cause my legs were so streaky. Had to keep using a tan eraser to try and fix it before my wedding. Talk about extra stress!! Won’t be going back again.

Negative experience: I attended Dina’s Day Spa for Bio-sculpture on my nails. Overall I’m pretty disappointed in the finished product - now I am in the sun i can see so many imperfections, they are lumpy, the top coat doesn’t cover the full nail and my nails are soft and bending, almost like there is not adequate product applied. The range of bio sculpture colours was limited and shellac options was the other option. Certainly an expensive service to only have a bio base coat and shellac on the top! Service is expensive and i was almost over charged for the service by $15. I would not return and would not recommend this salon to anyone wanting bio-sculpture. The staff member I saw was very friendly and however that’s not enough to get me back in the door again.

Fantastic experience: I have had wonderful facials here by Debbie and Shakily. On my last visit Shakily worked on my neck and shoulders as my muscles were tense. Felt so good. My skin has felt and looked incredible afterwards. Many thanks Cheryl Hume

Fantastic experience: I went to P with extreme an pain in my upper back, she not only did an amazing massage but also performed cupping to help ease the pain. I waited for 2 days before writing this review to ensure the whole process does actually help in long term, and It does!!! She knows what she is doing and she is also very good at it.

Negative experience: Never left a review anywhere before but felt I had to with this place! Got to my appointment and wasn’t seen until 15 mins after my appointment time.. no one apologised or said anything.Unwelcoming greeting when I was finally seen to. I had booked a massage and facial, there was no consultation form or verbal consult either. Massage was for an hour but felt like it went on forever because it was the worst massage I’ve ever had, all the moves were being done so quickly and repetitive I felt on edge, it was like she was on fast forward. Then that was finally over and was time for my facial, the girl literally slapped a few creams on my face and then walked out of the room didn’t say anything to me came back in banging everything around being so noisy. Then kept walking in and out of the room over and over, was so glad to finally get out of there. Wanted to treat myself for my birthday but left feeling so annoyed and less relaxed than I did walking in.

The difference it made to my appearance was amazing!! No more drawing on my eyebrows. Dina was very professional and meticulous - highly recommended

Negative experience: Friendly staff but...... visited today....no consultation form... I could be anyone with any allergy or medical condition...no verbal consult done either..... therapist 15 minutes late......I was 10 mins early.... french bio sculputure...found this spa on Bio's website to avoid problems...therapist who did my nails wasn't listed... Gel is very uneven...can see bubbles underneath tips and waves in the gel...for $85 in this current climate....I am very disappointed.....will not be returning..........very unhappy
