Kellie has been taking care of me and she is super lovely and such a great person to talk to. Receptionist is also quite welcoming. Will continue to come all the way here for other treatments even when there’s one round the corner from me. The drive is definitely worth it.

Negative experience: I had 2 laser hair removal sessions so far. Both have left me scarred. 1st one was my bikini area. I cannot provide photos for that. But I thought to give them another go as it might’ve just been a trial and error thing and thought it would heal eventually. But the second time left me with a lot of scars on my thighs, which I cannot hide! I thought it was just irritated and would heal in a couple days but as you can see they are scars! I bought several sessions too so my legs can be silky smooth, instead they are all scarred up. How can I continue the sessions if it will leave me scarred every time?! Not happy.

Negative experience: Been a Client for a good number of years. My Auto-Immune disease is very unpredictable, and so I have to cancel appointments without the 72 hour notice that is required. They know this about me! I can understand, and accept a cancellation fee of $50-$60, but charging me almost $200.00 for my missed appointment fee is ridiculous! No consideration that I am a loyal Client, just fake Smiles, and money hungry.

Positive experience: Very clean place with great product service. Staff policy is strict with cancellation and they are not understanding if you cancel within 24 hours of appointment resulting in loosing a session if an emergency arises or you are unwell to attend your appointment.

Fantastic experience: I love, love, love Australian Laser & Skin in Williamstown. I have had two different girls do my laser over the last couple of years and they have been absolutely fantastic. They always ensure I am comfortable and happy and really do take the extra effort and care when providing the service. My hair removal results have been amazing. After only six sessions, I have had great results. I will be returning next time I need any laser or skin work.
