Negative experience: had my eyebrows done by Neelam today after waiting 45 minutes for her to return from lunch. While my previous experience with her was fine, this time was extremely disappointing. The session felt rushed and harsh—she injured my skin and left my eyebrows uneven and poorly shaped. I’m genuinely upset with the result and the lack of care shown during the appointment. I won’t be returning.

Negative experience: Unfortunately I can’t recommend the lash lift and tint here my lashes look no different to before my appointment. I’ve had incredible lash lifts before that had immediate results and lasted a few weeks and I’m really disappointed I wasted my money to not even be able to tell I’ve had anything done. I was told they’ve develop over 24 hours but they’re already flattening after a few hours.

Negative experience: Did my lash lift here, walked out with eyes so red as she kept getting chemicals in my eyes Ive never seen anything like it. Over processed lashes that were frazzled at the ends and curled backwards into my eyelids..extremely disappointing as I had pretty long lashes from using good serums and they were destroyed. They actually looked way shorter than when I would wear mascara. I got lash extensions a couple of weeks later while my lashes settle and the lash tech agreed they were over processed. Could tell the worker was inexperienced. Disappointing

Fantastic experience: Came to this amazing find today after not having my brows done for six months, because my brow lady moved away. Wow. Greater with friendly customer service. Left with incredible brow work and teeth whitening. The brow consultant knew what she was doing and what suited my face. I’d impulsively included the whitening once I discovered it via the online booking system - so affordable . The ladies guided me through my first teeth whitening process - they were both just lovely. Have already rebooked.

Fantastic experience: Comfy chairs that recline back at an angle rather than laying flat. They allow you to close and rest your eyes without the stinging. Highly recommend!

As a first time customer she listened to what I wanted with my brows and she absolutely delivered above my expectations. I rebooked straight away with her . Thank you Hilary so much!

Negative experience: Do NOT recommend this salon for a lash lift. They do not know what they are doing. My eyelashes were overprocessed, curling backwards onto my eyelid (almost forming an O) and larger ones at ends touching my eyelids. I've had many lash lifts before so It hasn't been done right. I called within 1hr, got told 'its not overprocessed just not curled to the way you like'. Also she had NO clue how to reverse the process/straighten the eyelashes. 'Nothing can be done'. She did not want to call and disturb the manager on her weekend.... Only option she gave was to apply water, so basically undo-ing the lash lift. Which I had to do as I can't walk around with my lashes looking hideous. Very disappointed, supposed to be lash experts!!!

Negative experience: Booked a lash lift here, appointment was delayed by half an hour on the day, showed up at the asked time and was kept waiting for another half an hour with no explanation, then had to ask how long until i could be served and was told another hour, so i rescheduled and left. On the new day I was told to come an hour past the agreed upon time, turned up and got my lashes done. The ladies there were nice, good service but the overall results were pretty bad. You could barely tell i had anything done, and despite taking good care of them, the results lasted only two days before they started to fade. Overall would not recommend, and not worth the money.

Negative experience: I had my brows laminated at the Camberwell location. All was well however when I went to pay I was charged $100 despite the website advertising $75. I paid not to make a scene however when I left I contacted the salon to clarify their mistake. They accepted the mistake and said that they would refund me the $25. They asked for my bank account details however three months later it still has not been paid. It’s not about the money at this point it’s about the principle. Goes to show their dishonest work ethic, as it is outright scamming customers. No value for people, all about the money. Beware, don’t get scammed. There are other places that offer just as quality of service with a much friendlier demeanour and make you feel comfortable and happy when you are leaving.

Fantastic experience: Best eye brow wax yet

Negative experience: I had my eyelids badly burnt/torn off during an eyebrow wax & tint at $66. I had open, painful wounds and swollen eyes for 2 weeks post the treatment. I wasn't offered a refund, but a complimentary next treatment. Went to get an eyelash tint & lift and they hesitantly would only take $30 off the this so had to pay another $66. To add to this, my eyelashes look exactly the same as they did before the apt. Do not recommend.

Negative experience: Way overpriced. Went in for a lash repair and ended up agreeing to a full set removal and volume full set as they said my lashes were damaged and could not refill the gaps. Paid $306. An absolute rip off. I do not have volumes at all. Was completely mislead. It wasn’t until I got home that I realised they have given me classics instead. Will never go back.

Fantastic experience: The girls in here are amazing! My one stop fix for hair brows and lashes all under one roof. I am super fussy with all three services so to find a place where the technicians nail all three is amazing. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Have been going to Brow & Lash Co for a few months now after having been to several different salons to have my lashes done for the last few years and it is a step above all other salons. From the moment you walk into the salon you are always made to feel welcome by all of the girls, there is always a friendly vibe, good music and the salon is always extremely clean and tidy! The reclining chairs are super comfy in comparison to the hard, plastic ‘beds’ that other salons use and I literally fall asleep everytime I have my lashes done with the squishy neck pillow and warm blanket. Most importantly, my lashes have never looked better! They last well over 3 weeks and I only have them refilled that often because I love them fluffy and full! Great attention to detail and I get soooo many compliments! Would never go anywhere else now and recommend them to everyone I know! Keep up the great work girls

Went to a different salon to fix them after customer service failed to get back to me and I was told that my lashes were burnt and couldn’t be fixed. Negative experience: Dont bother going the place has gone to ruins. Dirty, unprofessional, all good staff have left and therefore junior operators doing the work. The neck rest was filthy, the person who did me was inexperienced, she had a cold and made horrible noises throughout the treatment. When I arrived she had been counting money from the till I thought she was the receptionist- she then jumped straight into doing my lashes and did not wash her hands. I couldnt wait to get out of there will never go back!

Negative experience: I gave this place three chances as I was recommended there by a friend. They say 30min for a shape and tint. Each time, I was in and out within 10 min, tint was way to light and not consistent and the shape was terrible, too much was taken off as I have thin eyebrows, I tried a different eyebrow artist each time. Not worth the money or time. So disappointed

Negative experience: Pretty dissapointed, been coming here for months spending every 3 weeks for lash refills and I wasn’t told about the new $10 increase in prices. Extremely unprofessional, no instagram post, no communication, nothing to inform clients. Is this the way you treat your clients? Just hiding prices under the rug at the checkout and not say a word? Or maybe because I’m not instagram famous so it’s fine to lose an average client like me. Use to love this place but service is really lacking as of late and the prices are just too expensive now. No one told me about a trainee doing my lashes they didn’t last at all. Since your prices are up you can absolutely afford a receptionist (I hope) since no one ever answers the phone. i am not impressed by your response to a recent review that beauty salons can be intimidating for some people. some people referring to who? unprofessional response

Negative experience: Unfortunately the customer service is lacking. I’ve seen celebs plastered all over Instagram that come here, but for an average women like me who walked in off the street, I just wasn’t important enough to impress. I turned up 15min early and the young lady wasn’t interested in me or my appointment at all, I simply was not acknowledged. Treat all your paying clients with respect, no matter what colour or race I am. No matter what background, no matter what social circles I may or may not have. I won’t go back because customer service starts the minute you walk in the door.... as opposed to when I hand over my credit card. My eyebrows were done yes but the experience was underwhelming. PS admin you will not find my appointment in your books because I booked under another name. I write up honest reviews on my experiences for the people. $48 for 10 min on eyebrows- you have room to be beautiful to all your clients. Change the atmosphere

Fantastic experience: I started going here as Rita got a job here. I wouldn’t trust anyone else anymore with my brows and lashes. Her lashes are so natural, yet seductive and compliment my eyes so much. Her brows are also amazing, she takes into consideration what brow suits you and suggests the one she thinks will compliment you most. Trust her! Gal knows her stuff. The atmosphere is lovely. All the girls are so helpful from what I’ve experienced, and great. Do yourself a favour and book Rita, lay back and get ready to leave pampered and sexy as hell. Brow and lash co is the best place to go in my books.

Fantastic experience: Today I had my eyebrows done by Rita and I’m totally over the moon happy with them! I walked in having very little experience and no clue what I was after. I gave Rita complete control and she delivered. She explained all her decisions with the shape, tint and how to style them. Her care and customer service was amazing, thank you so much!

Just a heads up to anyone whos looking into purchasing the Ey Envy products, jump on Ey Envy website and see where else is selling them around the area , Brow & Lash Co's price on these products are more than what other Salons are selling it for . Felt a bit ripped off .

Positive experience: this place is very modern / stylish, the place seemed quite clean, girls are very friendly, although the lashes didnt last as long as they have at other lash places, and were falling out in large clumps, maybe it was just the girl i had this visit? have booked a refill with someone else, lets hope i can update my review.

Negative experience: The worst customer service I have ever experienced...The women working there are colder than iced vodka...no emotion, no aspect of a soul in their bodies...The level of care during my lash appointment was non exsistant. The hands of the person applying my lashes smelt uncleaned. Whenever I asked a question regarding the lashes I was left to feel as though I should just shut up & not ask. Really people if you are going to charge an arm & a leg for your services your staff could at least be polite to their customers. Better yet, wash their hands before, after & in between clients? Not going back again...

Fantastic experience: An amazing new salon the BLC babes have opened! Such a great vibe in the salon with really friendly and welcoming staff! The salon itself is amazing! They have a seperate tan room and brow stations which I don't think I've ever seen before! As always the services offered are better than always- Russian Volume Lashes on fleek and my brows... never looked better! I use all of their brow products at home and of course their lash shampoo which is like no other! It actually helps keep my lashes on! The girls really know what their talking about for each service the salon offers which is so great to see! Can't wait to go back next week and every week for eternity xxxx
