Negative experience: I got a teeth whitening here recently and honestly all it's done is give me toothache, my teeth aren't any whiter looking at all. I got a Groupon deal so not sure if that's what made it bad, the lady providing the service also wasn't very welcoming, she said maybe 4 or 5 words to me and I got the impression she just couldn't be bothered. Maybe they do other things well but definitely don't go here for teeth whitening.

Positive experience: Sorry if I got the name completely wrong. Anna or Anla was a lovely lady who did my eyelash lift and tint, but they're still not lifted, but I appreciate her trying her best ☺️

Negative experience: What I wanted v/s I got. I paid 100$ for volume set, but volume is no where to be seen. Wasted my money. I used to go there but wasn’t going for a long time because I wasn’t satisfied with the services, then I thought just to give one more chance because the picture on her page was looking good. But got highly disappointed. Didn’t say anything there because I’m not one of those who create a scene. Just left in my mind never to come back again .

Negative experience: I received terrible service for brow lamination, brow lift, and tinting. The service was poor, and the hygiene was lacking. The technician did not wash their hands before starting the process. During the waiting time, they went outside to smoke, and I had to endure the unpleasant smell of cigarette smoke the whole time. The result of my brows and lashes looks awful and sticky. This is the first and last time I will visit this place. What a waste of money.
