I always feel like I'm a valued person - not just the next cash-cow in the door, and there is never any hard-sell or over-servicing. I can't recommend Tracey highly enough - I really do think she's the best in the business.

Negative experience: Was a long standing client of Tracey's (5 years). After my last visit I still had visable lines in my forehead. I returned twice for follow up visits explaining the difference from previous appointments. Tracey blamed the lines from frowning in my sleep and my skin type, although I've never experienced this before. Tracey did not take responsibility or try to rectify on the second follow up visit. 8 weeks after the initial visit, I have full movement in my forehead. Will not be returning nor recommending Seed Cosmetics, waste of money and time.

I have found prices to be competitive and have never been 'upsold' something I didn't need. It's been so helpful for jaw clenching and grinding!

Fantastic experience: Another amazing session, this time I had an absolutely amazing facial with Mel before I saw the talented Tracey!! Mel knew exactly what my dull skin was needing and I walked out feeling like I was walking on a cloud, from the personally made jelly face peel which I'd never had before but felt and smelt divine!!! And the effects of the ultrasonic facial are INSANE!!!!! I am so getting that again! Tracey finished me off with suggesting something new and it totally transformed my usually witch-like chin to a very feminine pretty looking one. Thank you lovelies ladles.
