Chantalle took so much time to go through the products and procedures, expectations and aftercare. I was anxious when I arrived and felt amazing when I left. I had scoured the internet to find someone the right person that I could trust with my face, and I’m so grateful I found her. Can’t wait to come back to see Chantalle again!!

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Dr Amir Masoudi enough. I have been coming to see him for my treatments for over 7 years now. The whole experience always feels completely at ease . The clinic has such a calm and welcoming atmosphere the girls are receptionist are very sweet and caring. Dr Amir is honestly one of the most professional, kindest people whom makes the procedure a painless breeze I’m beyond happy with the results every time. My results are always natural, balanced and exactly what I want. Dr Masoudi is gentle and precise with no bruising that I ever experienced There was absolutely no pressure, just genuine care and attention to detail. If you’re thinking about aesthetic treatments and want someone you can truly trust Derme Aesthetics is the place .

Negative experience: Had a consultation booked on 24th, took an hour to get there by PTV. Relatively excited, heard good things. Was left waiting until 10:30, no one came to see me or advised why there was a delay - mind you they had just about opened. I had to leave and notified the reception staff who were very lovely. However this wasted 2.5 hours out of my day, the clinic has not followed up with me nor apologised.

Fantastic experience: Have always felt comfortable and well looked after here, and have been coming for some years now for different things. Staff are always professional, efficient and friendly. I really love seeing Chantalle, she's absolutely gorgeous and conservative with treatments in the best possible way, helping achieve what you're after while staying measured. Thank you guys!

Fantastic experience: Love the Camberwell clinic! Chantalle’s work is flawless! I wouldn’t trust anyone else to treat my face. She is so gentle with injectables and has transformed my skin by helping me get rid of unwanted pigmentation. :)

Negative experience: Don’t waste your money. Doctor quoted me $650 for Botox in three areas. Went to another person and had three areas done for $380. I was also told it was $4.50 per unit over the phone but got there and it was $4.99. Obviously because I can’t afford $650 for Botox I then lost my $50 deposit. Honestly don’t waste your time.

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend Dr. Amir highly enough! He is incredibly professional, maintains a spotless and hygienic environment, and stays up-to-date with the latest practices. Every visit results in outstanding care and perfect outcomes. I only trust Dr. Amir. Five stars all the way!

Negative experience: Had fillers done by nurse Chantelle she advised me were i need she over filled me and in wrong places now my face is botched my advise do your homework im emotionally scared mentally and physically im now not working at home been to a few places no one will touch my face been to 2 surgeons my only option is surgery which is 50,000 so thank you and my face will not look the same Update on my face its worse my lymph nodes arnt draing my surgery is now more complex and expensive im still mentality scared so please go and get fillers done by professional doctors who know what there doing

Fantastic experience: Great, friendly service and lovely clean clinic. My daughter and I have been seeing Shelby for our IPL and she’s fantastic. We’ve been to other IPL clinics and the service has been atrocious. Shelby is so thorough and nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend, we wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I randomly enquired about another treatment during my appointment, and she carried this out immediately after she had done my laser which was super convenient.

Trish is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, and her friendly and warm demeanor made me feel comfortable from the start. She paid great attention to detail, though my pain tolerance is really low, she ensured a pain-free experience whenever possible. I highly recommend her to anyone!!! Fantastic experience: I visited the Camberwell Clinic for filler in my temples to lift my jowls. Chantalle performed the injections and the results were truly amazing. With her incredible skill Chantalle was able to strategically place the filler in the right places and my jowls disappeared! Negative experience: Got a quote. Paid a deposit on arrival found the price was now more than triple the quoted price. No apologies. No refund of my deposit. How disgraceful. Give it a big miss.

Fantastic experience: Laser for Redness. Initially nervous about my treatment, Chantelle immediately eased my mind. She explained each step of the process which made me feel educated and informed about my laser therapy. Aftercare was also well explained to me. Chantelle was prompt and friendly. I am already seeing wonderful results after just 1 session. Looking forward to my upcoming sessions.

Fantastic experience: Got laser hair removal at ALSC in 2017 and was happy with my treatment. Hair didn't grow back till early 2022 (but very fine and not much). Got another laser session last couple days at Camberwell and was very happy with Celeste who is very friendly, helpful and skillful.

Fantastic experience: Over several years I have had a few anti-wrinkle injections at Australian Laser and Skin clinic. Dr Amir is always professional and explains the procedure well. The last was a very minor one and to my surprise he was free in between appointments when I walked in purely to enquire about booking it some time in the future. He offered to do it on the spot and less than 5 minutes later I walk out :-). Discomfort was minor (as it is with skin injections) and now, 4 days later I can see the results starting to kick in - a discrete but noticeable improvement. I can recommend ALS clinic Camberwell (this is the only one I attended). Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this clinic for my own skin and cosmetic treatments for a while now, I would not go anywhere else! I have always been extremely happy with my results and have/would recommend to everyone. All the staff from receptionists, beauty therapists, nurses and doctors are absolutely lovely and have such a warm and welcoming vibe. I have also done some injectables training with Dr Masoudi and cannot speak highly enough of his knowledge and skills in the cosmetic field. His eye for detail, professionalism and passion for client satisfaction is immaculate. Honestly all round would not recommend anywhere else to go!

Negative experience: I got a microdermabrasion facial here and have mixed feelings. The treatment itself was good, the place is clean and the lady who did it was lovely. However, I felt like I was being 'sold at' the whole time which ruined the experience. I had a 'consultation' before my appointment that I wasnt told about by a man who didn't introduce himself, give me any background to his experience or why he was talking to me so this put me offside from the beginning. He didn't ask any questions about my skin type or even look at my skin before talking to me in a condescending tone and telling me the treatment I am getting is only superficial. He then told me i should be getting a three pack of skin needling done at $390 a session.
