Australian Laser & Skin Clinics Mornington

Negative experience: I have lost almost a $1000 in prepaid treatments only just realising on my own accord that they have shut down. No communication, no reimbursement. I really trusted Dee and had such positive experiences prior. Beyond disappointed.

Negative experience: I have also prepaid for laser hair removal treatments and only discovered today through these reviews that the clinic is closed. Does anyone know who we can contact to seek a refund, or at least transfer credit to another clinic? My purchases aren’t showing on my online account. Very frustrating!

Negative experience: I believe the Australian Laser & Skin Clinic the Mornington branch, would deliberately underpower their laser hair removal machines, leading to reduced effectiveness and often requiring more treatment sessions to achieve the desired results. This issue was noticed repeatedly, and when it was pointed out, they always had an excuse you wouldn’t even feel a zap. It was a real scam. They then went into administration without notifying any of their clients. Their head office completely ignores any communication, leaving customers with no answers and no refunds.

Negative experience: Trading insolvent and knowing you can't fulfil what you have been paid for. This seems like theft . Very disappointing and lots of dishonesty along the way. Lesson learnt NEVER PREPAY ANYTHING.

Negative experience: I had prepaid for 3 sessions and only received one before the clinic suddenly closed. I got vague texts in April 2025 about a “temporary closure” — and then nothing. No refund, no follow-up, no communication. Really disappointing.

Negative experience: I have unfortunately had the same experience as other recent reviews. Prepaid for treatments that I am unable to use now. Received a text on 3 April 2025 informing me that the Mornington clinic was temporarily closed and I would receive communication soon to reschedule my appointments, however I have not received anything from them and the phone is not being answered. It seems as though I won’t be getting a refund of my prepaid treatments - very disappointing.

Negative experience: AVOID AUSTRALIAN LASER AND SKIN CLINCS!!! SCAMMERS the mornington branch went into administration without notifying any of their clients. therefore people who spent hundreds even thousands of dollars on prepaid packages all lost their money and because each location is privately owned the treatments can’t be transferred to another location which is ridiculous. communication non existent from australian laser and skin clincs to resolve the matter. just avoid this scam artist business all together and go to a real company. would leave -1000 stars if i could.

Negative experience: I have also paid 3 packages in advance and have not received a call when they will reopen. They just said they will be under new management. It's been 3 weeks no news yet!

Negative experience: Prepaid for a service and was not told the Mornington location was closing down. No call no email, nothing. I followed up numerous times, no response. I fear I will never see my money again. How people can do this is beyond me.

Negative experience: Prepaid for skin laser appointments and only had 1 of them. Turned up last Friday to find them closed and in administration. Didn't even receive a message! Disgusting that because of providing Afterpay as a way to prepay companies like this have earned money for nothing. I have a feeling I won't see a refund. Lesson learnt to never prepay for a service!

Fantastic experience: Katherine was so attentive to my needs as a first time patient. It was important to me that my questions were respected and answered. She was professional and personable. She was a great listener and she delivered a great anti-wrinkle treatment. I feel really great and I will definitely be returning.

Fantastic experience: Today i had a laser skin treatment performed on my face for the first time. The purpose was to remove skin pigmentation from sun damage, age and hormone changes. The daunting process was made so easy by the professionalism and knowledge of the staff and was as enjoyable as it could possibly be. I really appreciate the kindness and efficiency and would definately recommend this clinic. Dee (my attending beautician) was both very friendly and professional ❤. I felt comfortable and relaxed under her care and would personally recommend her! Anyway, I'd purchased a skin treatment deluxe so I look forward to my skin transformation journey with Dee!

Fantastic experience: Dee has done all of my laser appointments for about 6 months now and she is seriously THE BEST! She’s super comforting and treats you like a friend. My laser results are very noticeable. She is very good at her job and always makes sure she lasers every spot possible! She has also taken in how my hair grows and skin type, Dee adjusts the laser when need be. 10/10 would recommend!

Dee is personable, explained how things would work and was open to answering any questions. She made the experience comfortable and I will definitely be returning.

Fantastic experience: I had my second appointment today with Nurse Katherine for jaw clenching. She is kind and knowledgeable and makes the whole experience so easy. Would highly recommend her for any injectables needs.

Fantastic experience: I had come here initially to get epi-blading done and I was then recommended low level laser for the eczema which was also on my face. which Mako recommended. She's incredibly knowledgeable and is a wonderful person in general. I don't live in the area though I always return due to the great customer service I've continuously received from the team that work here.

Negative experience: Not thorough in addressing areas consistently, staff are not friendly or respectful, and need to be reminded of what it is to be a therapist/ clinician in the beauty industry. Obviously not a nice place to work, as I had a therapist/clinician complain about her job to me during my treatment. Threatened to charge extra $$ after was given 1 weeks notice of appointment change, then condescendingly spoken to about it by the owner/manager. Pathetic response to my complaint which was not taken seriously. Will definitely not be back.

Fantastic experience: Today I saw Katherine and I just want to say that lady is an angel. I almost cancelled my appointment because my husband was caught up at work and I had to drag three children in tow. I had nearly been in tears from a terrible experience with a receptionist at the GP just previously and she turned a bad day upside down! Not only was she warming and caring towards myself, she made my children feel welcome and was extremely engaging. The procedure itself was professional and done efficiently. I was extremely impressed with the service I received today and look forward to coming back soon. Gemma

Fantastic experience: Mako was so incredibly patient with an extremely stubborn wart removal on my heal that she persistently and unrelenting treated until it was GONE! believe it - Mako honoured her commitment to see the thing gone and she did it. So happy with the outcome.

Fantastic experience: Amazing results and service. I have had the Cosmelan treatment for my pigmentation and I am over the moon with the results in such a short time. It has been one month and there is virtually no sign of the brown marks on my face which had been annoying me for the last 15 or so years. So glad that I took the step to do something about it. The number of positive comments I am receiving daily from everyone is flattering and the procedure has wiped off at least 5-6 years from my face. Fantastic experience: I have now had three sessions at the Mornington Australia Laser and skin clinics and they are absolutely fabulous! All staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. I have had Natasha treat me all three times and it is wonderful and fun catching up each time to see how we are both going in between treatments! :) Won't be going elsewhere anytime soon!
