I had a few broken nails that were in terrible shape, but they were fixed perfectly with so much care and attention to detail. Fantastic experience: Beauty Flow is a fantastic one-stop-shop in WWP. I have been visiting the salon for a number of years and can say that I am never disappointed. They offer a range of services, both hair & beauty, so you don't need to visit anywhere else. The owner Grace is lovely and always makes sure that you are happy with your service. She has extremely high standards, and only has the best employees working for her. Crystal does a fantastic blowdry in a ridiculously short amount of time and Alice is so knowledgable with anything to do with nails. I very much look forward to all of my visits.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to Grace the owner of beauty flow for the past 10 years and have never been happier and her work ethic is amazing. The girls at beauty flow take good care of their clients, they also make sure that you are happy with the service that was provided. Keep up the good work girls!

Negative experience: I came in for a keratin botox treatment and left with a chemically burnt scalp. Beauty Flow showed lack of duty of care and accountability when I came back for help. I have had keratin before multiple times but not keratin and let them know this. As soon as she applied the treatment, my head started itching. I mentioned this to the hairdresser and she said this is a normal part of the treatment and suggested I go for a walk to ease it. There was no disclaimer or mention of possible reactions or side effects before they started the treatment. I have also never had this sort of reaction with my normal keratin treatments, which I mentioned to them. When she washed the treatment off, I could feel open sores on my head. I mentioned my head was still stinging before I left, they said this was normal. I called again in the afternoon as my head was still stinging, and again they said it is normal. I had no idea how bad of a condition my scalp was in until my partner took a photo of it. I sent the photo to another hairdresser and he told me I had chemical burns. I went in the next day back to Beauty flow for help. What I was met with was a lack of responsibility and accountability. They looked at my scalp and agreed they saw irritation. They suggested I must have done something to cause this – have you changed your diet recently, are you stressed, you must have scratched your head (which I of course did not). They said I must have done something as the ingredients in the keratin botox are all natural (this is absolutely false). They then said that they were not liable for this as the manufacturer of the treatment has stated they are not liable for any reactions, therefore they are not liable. This was never mentioned to me and how is this relevant? I had the treatment with them, not the manufacturer of the product. I also did not sign anything waiving their liability if I react to the treatment. Apparently this was reason enough for them to not provide any help or after care. They then said, I can come back for more treatments. Why would I want to come back to a place that has injured my scalp and pay more for treatments that may do more damage? Beauty Flow displayed a lack of duty of care. No disclaimer that this type of reaction could occur. If there was, I wouldn’t have taken the treatment. No assessment of whether my scalp was in the right condition for the treatment. No test patch completed as I have not had this done before (which I mentioned to them), and as they said (after the treatment was already applied) that it could have a reaction. No checking of the scalp during the treatment, even after I expressed how itchy and uncomfortable it is. I came in, paid full ($400+) for a service and came out injured. I went back for help, but instead I left with a suggestion from them that I somehow did this to myself, and sorry they cant help me because they are not liable. But it can be fixed if I come back for more treatments and potentially spend more money? At the end of all of this there wasn’t even an apology.

Fantastic experience: Grace and the team do such a good job in the salon. I have been going to Beauty Flow since it has opened and have never left the salon disappointed. Not only do I have upkeep appointments ( nails , hair trim , waxing ) here I had my wedding spray tan done here and wedding nails. Highly recommend their spray tans . Amazing I would not go anywhere else for a spray tan no way . The team are professional and friendly and get the job done to a high standard. Fantastic experience: today, I decided to start my journey of being jet black to going blonde. Sitting in the chair for more than six hours, we literally finished half an hour ago. Like wow what can I say she’s amazing and brilliant at what she does. Can’t wait to see you again. In three weeks time.

Negative experience: Ugly that either owner or Google are filtering the reviews, my wife had a terrible experience and by doing this is artificially inflating their status. Disgusting. In short she came in for treatment and received chemical burns, all while the establishment said this was normal. After clear signs of damage that evening and the next day, she seeked help and was met with denial and lack of responsibility. After agreeing that it was damaged they suggested that she had done something to cause this and then also said they were not liable, and suggested she undergo another treatment in which she no longer felt safe with.

Fantastic experience: So much love for the Beauty Flow team and the stunning work they do! The girls work efficiently without making you feel rushed, and the salon atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable. My favourite touch is the starry lights on the ceiling of the wash bay - much better than looking up at a light globe burning your eyes, while you’re trying to enjoy your head massage. Grace is very knowledgeable, trustworthy, reliable and phenomenal with hair. I have been seeing Grace for so many years, and highly recommend her services. I have always had a memorable appointment whether it is to have my hair cut, hair colouring/foils and keratin treatments. The salon is so beautifully designed and comfortable. Fantastic experience: I have tried many well known hairdressers in Sydney and was never fully happy or impressed with the results until I was recommended to Beauty Flow! I have now had a few cuts, colours and keratin treatment and can confidently say that they are amazing! The staff is so friendly and talented, they know what they are doing, what to suggest and make sure it lasts a longtime. I have had 3 keratin treatments so far and ALWAYS lasts 8month!! My blonde highlights never turn orange anymore. I live 30min away and it is totally worth it. The service, quality and long lasting end results are unmatched. I highly recommend! You can also get your nails done at the same time which is a big plus for me.

Negative experience: I have been to beauty flow a few times now. Grace is amazing and extremely welcoming and friendly. I have found some of the other staff quite welcoming and friendly as well but a few also quite rude and blunt. Last time I was in I asked for an extremely simple Christmas nail pattern which consisted of a few sparkle lines through 2-4 nails and was told “not enough time”. I booked my appointment with plenty of time and this was a little disappointing especially considering Christmas only comes around once a year. I was really hopeful for a great experience here as I have heard such great things but my experience has felt a little different to most reviews I have seen..

Fantastic experience: I usually get my nails done by Amy and am always impressed by how much care and time she takes to ensure the end result is on point! I've had bad experiences at other salons where they've applied too many coats of SNS or they're far too rough with my nails/ cuticles. Amy is gentle and meticulous with her work and ensures my nails look neat and natural.

Negative experience: I had a awful experience there I had hair keratin there and I lost half of my hair after the hair keratin First time I went there and they tried to keratin my hair, result was so bad. I called them and they told me it is because if my shampoo( I am doing same every year and I always use same shampoo , never was not like that) they told me we need to do it one more time, they did and hair falling was started They have a good service for nail, but hair service is not good

Fantastic experience: Beauty Flow is a wonderful one stop shop that specialises in a number of treatments from Hair, to waxing, tanning and nails. Grace and her team are just beautiful. There’s a lovely, friendly ambiance and every treatment I’ve had I’ve loved. Most recently, Azi did Botox treatment on my hair. I’d had keratin and wasn’t overly impressed but this is excellent! I haven’t had to straighten my hair since I had it done, which I always have to; especially in this humidity! Highly recommend and highly recommend her spray tans. Superb!

Fantastic experience: As daunting as it is to go to a new hair salon for any service, I found this place and I don't regret a single dollar. The owner Grace made me feel very comfortable, from the time of my consultation and to the end of my appointment. The fact that she was willing and confident to achieve the bold hair look I was after is amazing. Each person who works there really puts in the effort to accommodate and care for each clients needs. Definitely a well quality salon. I would describe the salon as lux, fresh and layed backed location.

Fantastic experience: I got extensions last week and I am beyond obsessed! My friend recommended Grace's salon and its incredible! I get blonde foils which normally takes 5 hours in a salon, however I was out within 3 1/2 with foils as well as extensions- and the foils were the best i've ever had them done!!! As well, the price is extremely good! I pay $375 just for foils at other salons and i only paid $650 for blonde foils with extensions (which is extremely well priced for extensions and foils) Amazing staff and the salon is gorgeous. highly recommend!

Gorgeous salon and all of the staff are lovely, very professional and great at what they do. The fact I can get my hair and nails done at the same time is so convenient and a huge bonus. Even though I am out of the area it’s worth travelling to for the amazing service!!

Fantastic experience: I visit beauty flow regularly. The staff are efficient, professional and highly trained in what they do. The customer service is exemplary, it’s a one stop beauty salon and I love getting pampered there.

Negative experience: I visited this salon after seeing the amazing reviews and it was completely DISAPPOINTING. I had an appointment for a haircut (trim to get rid of split ends) and made this appointment in person a few days ago. I have naturally curly hair and usually they are cut either by spraying them with water to control the frizz or after a wash. The girl who did my hair firstly burned my hair by blow drying them. Anyone who knows anything about curly hair knows that straightening or blow drying is very harmful for the curls. Then she continued cutting my hair that is layered in the most unskilled manner. She did not take the time to go through each layer and just decided to chop my hair with a straight scissor leaving them looking horrible and uneven from everywhere. Due to the density of my hair, it usually takes hairdressers 35-45 minutes to cut my hair and yesterday it only took her 10 minutes by the watch to finish my haircut. I would not recommend this salon for a haircut at all. The staff need to either learn how to cut various kinds of hair or tell the customers that they are not skilled enough to manage their type of hair.
