At Haus of Beauty, we strive to provide exceptional service to every client, even when our schedule is fully booked. On Saturday, we made every effort to accommodate you in between our scheduled clients, as we understand how important it is for you to receive timely care.

Regarding your concerns:

Consultation and Tint: Our goal is to ensure you receive the best possible outcome, which is why we checked the tint colour (chocolate brown) with you before proceeding. We sincerely apologise if the final result was not what you anticipated. We understand that tinting can inevitably affect the skin around the brows, and we did our best to rectify this by removing the tint when you expressed discomfort.

Brow Shape and Feedback: As professionals, with 8 years experience in the industry, we believe in providing honest and constructive feedback to help our clients achieve their desired look. Our intention was never to criticize but to offer insight into how your brows could be shaped to their fullest potential. We appreciate that brows are unique, and we always aim to respect and enhance your natural beauty.

Skin Care Advice: As part of our holistic approach, and our duty of care as a skin specialist, we noticed that your skin appeared dry and suggested possible treatments that might benefit you. This was intended as a helpful recommendation, not an upsell, and we apologise if it came across differently.

Timing and Service: We apologise for any inconvenience caused by the timing of your appointment. While we aim to give each client our undivided attention, there may be instances where we have to balance multiple clients, particularly on busy days.

In light of your dissatisfaction, we did NOT CHARGE you for the service, as our priority is your comfort and satisfaction. We sincerely apologise for any anxiety or discomfort you felt during your visit. Your feedback is invaluable, and we will use it to improve our services moving forward.
