Fantastic experience: Amazing service,, knowledge and care. I’m a newby to this and felt so comfortable from the start, highly recommend!

Negative experience: Horrible, they have gone down the hill with the service and the results. They have been using a weak machine and they don't respond to your feedback or needs. They don't listen, don't pay upfront. Waste of money. Not recommended

Fantastic experience: Roza was lovely. She explained my upcoming procedure clearly and was happy to answer any questions I had. She has helped me to prepare and has explained in detail what I should expect from the Cosmelan treatment and I am looking forward to having it and to see the final results.

Fantastic experience: Stephanie was very helpful and good at helping with my laser treatment. There were some issues with communication from the main office regarding my booking, but the clinic helped resolve the situation on the same day.

Negative experience: Dislike leaving negative reviews, but this place is not run the same as it used to be a few years ago and it’s not right to waste people’s time or money like this. High staff turnover past 12 months, poor communication with clients and between staff - don’t get told when a practitioner leaves just get surprised on the day, request a particular machine and it’s either broken down or in service by another client even though you make a point of requesting it. Both the above have occurred three times. Keep charging you for doing the same thing for hair removal even though it’s clearly not working (no change in hair 2 weeks later) and you have to tell them to try something different. Really unprofessional. Will not be returning once I’ve used up remaining treatment.

Negative experience: Long time client that will not be returning. Very disappointed in customer service over the last year along with lack of consideration for your customers time and money.

Initially, for laser hair removal , then, for more treatments such as peels, needling, facial laser, microdermabrasion, Botox and filler. All the girls are lovely . Roza has been my regular clinician lately , and she has worked magic on my lips

Fantastic experience: I’ve been attending this clinic for years. I love the girls and they all are top notch and know their stuff! I totally feel secure and looked after. They are all wonderful but I do love Rose snd Suzie and how kind and expert they are in looking after me. But I’ve had other technicians and they all do a fabulous job. I’d never hesitate to sing their praises and they all know exactly what they are doing and they do wonderful and effective treatments and are all so lovely to boot! Wouldn’t go anywhere else! Negative experience: I called up to rebook a IPL appointment as I had one left from the group bundle deal they sell, and was told it was out of date even though I had paid for the tickets in 2019. Yes I understand deal’s change but due to Covid and other reasons I live an hour away, I was also saving the last ticket for a yearly maintenance and was unaware of there being a time frame and falling short. There was no help or support in giving me some return. I just wanted to get my money’s worth on my yearly IPL treatment. Very disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Australian Laser & Skin Clinic provided an extremely professional experience. I had three different employees working with me throughout my treatment and all of them were extremely professional. Overall I was made to feel very comfortable in what can be quite a daunting process and the results have been a game changer. Thanks to the team at Ringwood for helping me out.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been using AS&L for a my anti wrinkle injections for years and have always been happy with the service and treatments. Over the weekend I went for my first lot of dermal filler. To say I was nervous was an understatement! Nurse Isabella was an absolute legend. She answered all my questions, took the time to make me feel at ease and was super gentle with her treatment. Not only was the service amazing but the results are incredible. Negative experience: I've been a long tenure customer, the laser results varies based on the technician experience, there have been occasion where the receptionist does your laser and so many mispatches I had to go back to fix- That's ok though human err and is fixable- What I am really upset with is how unprofessional the receptionist was today, as they had done a mistake in their system showing I have done 9 sessions, where I had actually done 8 sessions.. as much as I told them that I have always paid at front before the treatment ( you never actually get a treatment if you haven't paid in advance!), and I had attended 8 sessions, they made me to pay for one whole extra session of treatment ($120) after the treatment- So, I had to go back and look at all my google map tracking (thanks to google!) and also my bank to show them the day that shows I had a treatment, was actually the day that I called to purchase the package on phone and I was at work at CBD that day- The receptionist refused to refund my money and said she had to ask the manager- I was very upset that they could easily charge me for their mistake, but not wanting to fix the mistake they made and requesting to even waste more of my time and no apologies!!! It took few hours of my weekend to look into all the history and go back to the clinic to prove it to them. Beyond that the fact that they didn't bother to look into it first, but they simply charged me, taking my word for nothing! I made them to call the manager on spot as I won't want to talk to them or ever deal with this clinic again! so watch out if they charge you for more sessions than you actually attended! Absolute incompetence and lousy service!

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this clinic for about 18 months and had a wonderful experience. The clinic itself is extremely clean and hygienic. The lazer results have worked as advertised. I have had a variety of staff over my visits and what I really appreciate is the honest well educated and yet very personable staff. They will tell you when a body part is done, when you can start extending the time between session or if an area just wont work. I would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I've been attending the clinic over the past two years, and the laser hair removal has been a great success, results exactly as advertised. Recently had a consult with Trystyl to discuss how other services/treatments might benefit me. Her explanations were thorough and easy to understand, and she was really responsive to questions. She offered flexible options based on my personal circumstances and didn't apply inappropriate sales pressure. I'm really impressed with her customer service style.

Negative experience: I had a client come in for a cover up. She me told me she have had SIX session of tattoo laser removal done at this place. The tattoos are still there an SUPER black they LITERALLY robbed her. SHAME ON THESE PEOPLE.

Fantastic experience: Amazing Team! My skin has been treated by all of the girls and they all have done an amazing job. I have very sensitive skin and they always choose the rights treatments and products to continue my results!

Positive experience: The service is inconsistent depending on the technician. I have had 4 sessions to date, the first and last ones were awful - the technicians were breezing through the procedure and the results were unsatisfactory. They said it’s because of the different machine used but I can tell the difference between someone who really cares about doing it well compared to the ones that are just mediocre. The 2nd and 3rd sessions I had were great - it was done by a technician that was a temp there so she’s not there all the time. She’s great and very professional and thorough (name starts with an M). She was usually there on Saturdays but wasn’t there on my last appointment sadly.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending the clinic for about 2 years for multiple treatments throughout that time. I have recently been seeing Rosa for skin treatments before my wedding and couldn’t be happier. Rosa and the whole team are extremely knowledgeable. Couldn’t recommend the clinic more highly.

Negative experience: Very disappointed with my treatment for malasma and redness. The malasma was much better for awhile but returning rapidly, and in new spots, my skin is now so sensitive wearing 50+ sunscreen in winter isn't enough. The redness is worse than ever and i now hate leaving the house without makeup. Treatment was poorly explained and what I was told kept changing.

Negative experience: A friend from work recommend this place to us so my group of friends from work bought a package deal of six sessions last year. Its been good experienced then, staff were lovely and friendly so after the six sessions I bought another 3 sessions package. Today I went for my sexond session but unfortunately wasnt happy with the staff that did my treatment. No briefing before the treatment and as soon as the treatment is done she went outside without even talking to me about when will be my next booking which is normally what happened each time I went for my treatment. This was the first time that this particular staff did my treatment and for the first time I felt really unhappy and not valued as customer. When I finished dressing up and went outside she was talking to one of the girl in the front desk and they just looked at me like ... felt very uncomfortable. So I walked out, called them and let them know how I felt and told them will never go nack again. Dont care about the remaining treatment. Will never rexommend it to anyone after my recent experiwnced.

Negative experience: Very underwhelmed about the experience. They didn't do any extractions despite getting a free "deluxe" upgrade on my microdermabrasion (was part of a promotion). Just because I didn't technically pay for the upgrade doesn't mean I won't feel ripped off? Next day i also got this weird red mark on the right side of my face. Would not recommend!
