Fantastic experience: I LOVE Jess and this clinic. I’ve been getting laser hair removal here and on the first go, I already had such a dramatic reduction in hair growth! Jess has studied a scientific health degree so she has evidence based knowledge on skincare and treatments, as opposed to those that just study a diploma course. Fantastic experience: I love going to Jess' clinic. It has such a warm and inviting ambience that you immediately feel at home. I have been looking for a therapist and did not realise the clinic was within walking distance of home. I booked an appointment online for an extraction facial. I met Jess and the welcoming vibe was so different to other clinics I've been to before. We went through a detailed consultation and Jess walked through what she thought was the best course of action to correct my skin. Now onto the extraction facial. I have had issues with milia seeds and it had been a while since I got them cleared out. Her technique (quick and extremely thorough) is the best I've experienced. She's definitely the "Dr Pimple Popper" of Caulfield. Best part is she loves doing it too! Definitely my kind of facial therapist!

Fantastic experience: I love love the extraction facial, most places just spend a few minutes at an end of a treatment for extractions, but not Jess, she spends so much time on it. My skin has had noticeable improvements since following all of Jess's recommendations since my first appointment over a year ago where I came in with a damaged skin barrier and acne flare ups. Fantastic experience: Jess is the best! My skin is looking snd feeling great. I originally booked a strong peel but she believed it would be too intense for my skin at the time. She suggested I start slow (which I appreciated) and build up gradually, which we are at now. She is not pushy when suggesting a skin regime and doesn’t try to upsell products that you don’t need. She keeps it simple which has allowed me to be able to continue doing my skin routine at home. I am definitely in the best hands and I finally have a skin routine that makes sense and that isn’t overwhelming!

Everyone is so lovely and I’m always welcomed when I come to the clinic. Service is 10/10. The girls there don’t make you feel like a customer but moreso of a friend. Jess is super honest about everything and doesn’t bulls*** I’m actually seeing results compared to other places I’ve been to I loveee coming to my appointments. It’s never awkward and I’m always having a laugh.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to see Jess for a few years now, originally with my laser but over the last few months I’ve been getting a chemical peel for my skin and I wish I had done it sooner! My skin is looking so much more clear and breaks out a lot less and overall I am so happy with it. She reduced my skin routine to literally 2 steps (3 if you’re counting sunscreen) so that I don’t need to waste money on other products. Clinic is always clean and inviting as well. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: HIGHLY RECOMMEND 5 Star experience, amazing customers service and brilliant results. Jess has shown me the power of corrective facials, educating me on my skin and focusing on improving my skin barrier. Caught up in fads, I was using active skincare products that were way too strong for me and were making my skin irritated. Jess helped me to simplify my skincare routine, and introduce some new cosmeceutical products to focus on redness repair and hydration. The jelly mask (pictured) is absolutely heavenly after a corrective treatment, as well as LED light therapy. I’ve also had a lash Botox treatment where Jess took my lashes from 0 to 100 in an hour The clinic itself is lovely, warm and inviting with beautiful treatment rooms, comfortable treatment beds and blankets, in a very clean and relaxing environment. Jess is incredibly educated and an outstanding therapist who invests in the clinic, leading tech & equipment for treatments, and of course, her clients wellbeing and results. Thank you Jess

Fantastic experience: I can't name a more dynamic duo then Jess & Beau. The blend of professionalism and casualness gives off the best and most warming atmosphere each time i go in for an appointment is truly reassuring. I was introduced to Jess back in November 2023 and can confidently say I don't want to go anywhere else. So far my acne has almost completely vanished and my skin has been looking smooth as an egg with some of my previous scars being completely resurfaced. 100/10 would recommend PS.
