Fantastic experience: Roxanne was absolutely lovely. This is my second time there, did oxygen and hydrafacial and she was absolutely patient, knowledgeable and authentic. No hard selling or pushy sales. Most importantly she understood my needs and catered accordingly. In addition the treatments were super comfortable, and she does have magic hands. Negative experience: Appalling customer service. I had booked an appt at 12, got there by 12:18 yes was late because of heavy rains and parking was a nightmare in the place. Informed the same. Understand that appt could not proceed but she was very rude and did not even provide an option to book alternate appt. Please do not buy Groupon for any treatment here as they do not value their customers
Abha, We would like to address your completely unfair negative review. Your booking was made using a discounted $19 Groupon voucher. You arrived 20 minutes late for a half hour lash lift, without prior notice, and without having the decency or etiquette to notify us.
We had other clients booked immediately after your appointment. As such rescheduling on the day was not possible and secondly, we have allocated staff for your treatment and those staff were unable to treat any other person in that period allocated to you. Somehow you felt more entitled than other customers to complete disrespect the allocated time and staff.
As outlined in both our policy and Groupon’s terms and conditions, arriving late or failing to attend forfeits the voucher. This policy ensures fairness to all clients and allows us to manage our schedule effectively.

Negative experience: Horrible customer service. When I arrived was told they were running 10 mins late. Waited in waiting area for 45 mins before leaving. No updates, apologies or explanations. Won’t be returning. Edit - your inability to take on poor feedback is disappointing. This review IS called for as my experience in your salon was poor. In future, handling these situations with humility would probably do you some good.
Hi Jennaya, sorry about what happened, it’s no excuse to keep you waiting, however when the prior client runs late then the plan for immediate follow on bookings is impacted. I trust you could appreciate this occurring. You should have been informed of the delay as it occurred. When the therapist came out to advise you a short time later, she noticed you had already left. We have taken on the feedback and we have updated training to our staff.
We sincerely wanted to apologise for the events and to make it up to you. However you did not allow us to handle this situation
differently and provide complementary treatment at no cost. We did try to contact you repeat and also left you a message however you failed to acknowledge or respond and insisted on providing this unreasonable review where we have had no opportunity to discuss this with you.

Negative experience: Be aware when you put a deposit if you have to change dates on the date of your appointment you loose your deposit they have not hesitation to take your money and they will not care if you have been they client . I’ve been at this clinic a few times for facials treatment’s and eyelashes lifting but the last time I was there the lady doing the facial will not stop offering me all this products and treatment packages which it make really annoying as if I go to do my facial I just want to relax but she didn’t stop trying to sell me all this products till right at the end when I have to paid I accept to put a deposit for whatever treatment package she offer as I was trying to be nice and she said you could come any day if you can’t on the day that you book in just call me, but the date of the appointment come and I couldn’t make it so I was calling early No one answer the phone so I try various time till they finally answer and a women over the phone said that I will loose my deposit if I don’t make it to my appointment she didn’t have any hesitation about to take the money was more important to her take $65.00 then keep her client happy by just changing the appointment date till I said ok I will make at 3:30 and she said not 4pm I said ok I will do lash lift as is quick and will cover the value of my deposit and the girl was sneaky and said not lash lifting price is now $99.00 and I said the last time I paid $50.00 plus $20.00 tinting anyway she said it when up 10% which didn’t make sense to the price she just give me she did everything and anything to keep my money which finally after discussing this matter over the phone I said you no what keep the money .
We are a small boutique business, our Clients are our assets. We take small deposit as on many similar occasions Client does not show up or cancels only few minutes before the appointment time. This is unreasonable for business operations and unfair to others looking for same time slot especially on weekends. We make all our clients aware of our policy in relation to cancellation and deposits by Emails, sms and website. If you don’t let us know that you couldn’t attend your appointment within 24hours or the day before, then the deposit is generally forfeited unless you advised of genuine reasons for not attending. As for yourself, we sent you a message in regards to your appointment and you confirmed that you will be attending your 1 hour treatment, that others would have loved to have that timeslot, you then called us 30min before the appointment to cancel. I have contacted you to discuss this matter but you have not responded .
In regards to our prices they are all on our website and yes they have gone increased slightly however we still provide the best value for money service.

The staff here are incredibly professional, friendly and really go out of their way to make it a pleasant experience.
